Summary: In a city full of psychics ranked from Level 1 to Level 5, Toma Kamijo is the only Level 0 psychic. After angering Mikoto "The Railgun" Misaka, Toma finds himself on the wrong side of her electrical attacks. His luck gets even worse when his power goes out and everything is his fridge spoils. While taking his stuff outside to air out, TomaIn a city full of psychics ranked from Level 1 to Level 5, Toma Kamijo is the only Level 0 psychic.
