Summary: Bottle manufacturer Edmund Wald teams up with a bootleg distributor, Michael Viton, to set up a champagne distribution network, and has his cheapskate Uncle Loomis put up the funds. While Eliot Ness tries to shut down the operation, the three partners have plans to take each other out and be the one left standing with the money.
