Summary: News Whale: Lucien goes on protest dressed as a whale to try and help save the whales. Naturally, he becomes the newest craze, "Fish Boy", after Wayne "helps" him to get on the news.

Twisted Ending: Wayne's madness won't stop until Dr. Desctructo from the comic gets defeated in the final pages.
