Summary: The whole metal-munching mice issue is all the fault of our heroes' old nemeses, Mr. Big! His plot, to send metal-munching mice to USA, to destroy all of the TV antennas. Rocky, Bullwinkle, Gidney, and Cloyd are feeling low. Rocky is upset about the whole TV issue, but Bullwinkle decides to play his old ukulele.
