Summary: A nice brick home on a quiet corner lot should be an easy sell, but Todd and Tracy hadn't received a single offer in the five months the house had been on the market. First, it was time to bring a little more sparkle to the sunroom by repainting the brick wall white and taking up the carpet, then recutting the shades to fit the windows. Hanging baskets were added to the fence in the yard.
