Summary: While the gang becomes continually frustrated with Stockwell's enforcements of anti-drug and public sex laws on Liberty Avenue, Ben and Michael are becoming more concerned than ever with the behavior of Hunter, the teenage hustler who Ben learns is HIV positive, which gives Ben a greater sense of responsibility for Hunter.
