Summary: Starting at the white cliffs of Dover, Oz and James begin their journey of Britain. They head for Yorkshire to visit the 'highest pub in Britain'; the Tan Hill Inn. They also visit the Fawcett Maltings in Castleford and Thornbridge Brewery in Derbyshire to discover which ingredients actually goes into beer.
