Summary:
The Witch Queen is a repair vessel that carries divers who work on damaged oil pipelines on the seabed of the Gulf of Mexico. Drifting oil platforms that are dislodged by hurricanes can drag their massive anchors along the sea floor and tear apart the network of oil pipelines.
