In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday XIII donates the old castle fountain to Mayor Maggie and the people of Westwood. Lady ElaineMister Rogers assembles a fountain in his kitchen. This leads to a videotape of numerous fountains from around the world. Mr. McFeely shows a videotape of his own, on how people make raincoats.
