Summary: Mister Rogers has to go to a meeting that he'd forgotten about, but Chuck Aber visits and stays with the Television Neighbor while Mister Rogers is away. Chuck shows a skunk puppet and makes it talk. Mr. McFeely brings a tape about how people make erasers.
