Summary: Hank and the gang rent a back-hoe to install Bill's new septic tank. While shopping for a part, Hank runs into Hal, who is very similar to Hank, and even drives the exact same truck. Hank befriends Hal which makes Hank's other friends jealous. After Hal helps Hank put in the new septic tank without telling Bill and Dale, they decide to runHank and the gang rent a back-hoe to install Bill's new septic tank. While shopping for a part, Hank runs into Hal, who is very similar to Hank, and even drives the exact same truck. Hank befriends Hal which makes Hank's other friends jealous.
