Summary: Cobra makes a so-called "generous" donation to the Joes' toy drive; a battalion of Cobra troops, miniaturized to look like toys. Once inside Joe Headquarters, the Cobra forces sabotage the defenses, open the gates, and let the reinforcements inside.
