This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Partners in Crime is the best series opener of the revival era. The jokes are so funny and clever, that I can laugh by just thinking about them. Donna's reintroduction is fantastically done, and it contains subtle and obvious set-up for the plot threads of series 4. But god, where did they find the villain, the lean, mean, exposition machine?
