Summary: Billie is horrified to learn of Zack's death, and of Chelsea's role. When Bo refuses to lie to the police or Hope, Billie takes matters into her own hands. Marching Chelsea over to the police, she confesses to Zack's death herself. Zack visits Shawn and Belle in a vision, telling them that they are meant to be together. Carrie and AustinBillie is horrified to learn of Zack's death, and of Chelsea's role. When Bo refuses to lie to the police or Hope, Billie takes matters into her own hands. Marching Chelsea over to the police, she confesses to Zack's death herself. Zack visits Shawn and Belle in a vision, telling them that they are meant to be together. Carrie and Austin are both on cloud nine after their date together, but Lucas and Sami know that everything will crash and burn when Carrie learns Austin took over highstyle.
