Kayla is locked in an exam room and hears heavy breathing. Steve is apalled at Chelsea's behaviour towards her mother. Stephanie calls her dad and he rushes to the hospital. Austin proposes to Carrie which she gracefully accepts. Steve kicks the door in and him and Kayla inhale a poisonous gas.
