Summary: #12501"The Halloween Bandit" Clifford, Emily Elizabeth and friends take part in a neighborhood Halloween party. Emily Elizabeth has some trouble deciding on Clifford's costume, but Clifford finally comes up with it himself. Then strange things start happening --- peoples' food disappearing and a treats table being wrecked.
