Summary: Beetle gets caught sneaking out of camp by Otto and for punishment the sergeant tells him to watch the dog while he goes into town. Beetle entices Otto into letting him go to Bunny's picnic with the great food there will be. Bunny's father insists he will drive them and gets busted by the law.
