With each map consisting of three islands, a large variety of buildings, and 30 story missions, there’s more to do than ever, which makes it ideal for beginners to the series. Just don’t expect innovation over previous Tropicos or similar games. [Issue@168, p86]- Playstation Official Magazine UK

Without any upgrade path and thus little reason to invest in a character, your fun with Zombie Army Trilogy will ultimately be short-lived. [May 2015, p.94]- Playstation Official Magazine UK

Despite the frantic nature of the game suggesting pushing you forward is its main motivation, some sections do have a death mechanic that sets you back to a checkpoint. It’s a fun ride full of spectacle, but messy to the point where you can struggle to connect, never really committing to pursuing either experience or gameplay. The story fails to make an impact, and dialogue often feels like a set of one-liners rather than people having a conversation. However, what Indivisible lacks in plot, it makes up for in interesting mythology and beautiful 2D designs. [Issue#169, p.84]- Playstation Official Magazine UK

Not as confident as Telltale's selection of flagship franchises so far, but the ethos of the show is there in terms of tense confrontations and oh-so-tricky power games. [Feb 2015, p.90]- Playstation Official Magazine UK

By turns infectious and infuriating, this is a glorious throwback for the most part, but its inconsistencies hold it back from greatness. Likeable, but flawed. [May 2017, p.77]- Playstation Official Magazine UK

While it's underwhelming in places, there's a lot to like as you venture into the weirder parts of Andromeda. Frequent technical issues hamper the experience somewhat, as does an uninspiring main story. [May 2017, p.82]- Playstation Official Magazine UK

A surprisingly satisfying cartoon RPS that scratches that itch to war a binliner as a cowl very nicely. [Apr 2012, p.105]- Playstation Official Magazine UK

A visually stunning and often satisfying game, but one with more than its fair share of irritating moments. Put up with its nonsense and you'll be rewarded. [May 2017, p.89]- Playstation Official Magazine UK

The incredible visuals don’t (quite) make up for the unbalanced racing, and the kinetic feel, pit radio, career mode, and damage modelling are all inferior to the 2008 original. [Issue#169, p.86]- Playstation Official Magazine UK

It's the best kind of 7/10. The gunplay is raucous, but never revolutionary. The relationships make you laugh, if not cry. Binary Domain is unpolished in all the right places – the rough edges make it a unique metal snowflake in a production line of identical, shiny shooters. Fill that Mass Effect gap with a game that loves you.- Playstation Official Magazine UK

A solid remake of a cult game from a bygone era, MediEvil’s flaws lay in its past. The eight hours you’ll spend in Sir Dan’s metal boots will, however, have you smiling until the credits roll. [Issue#169, p.82]- Playstation Official Magazine UK

Although endlessly exuberant, and often truly original, the sequel fails to fix the first game's issues while introducing new stumbling blocks. Hardly smooth shifting. [March 2017, p.87]- Playstation Official Magazine UK

A fine twin-stick shooter that's just a few minor tweaks away from something really special - though score-chasers up for a stern challenge may well adore its charms. [Feb 2015, p.95]- Playstation Official Magazine UK

The initial selection of Pomeranian and deer does offer a nice contrast of aggressive carnivore and stealthy grazer, but you're grinding challenges for a while before you branch out to the cool stuff. And in a game in which you can fight a cow with a dinosaur, that's a crime.- Playstation Official Magazine UK
