This is the kind of game that you play for only short periods of time. Partly because of the repetitive nature of the gameplay, but also because of the physical pain it can cause you. Play this for a few hours on end and you will definitely suffer the morning after. [December 2011, p.84]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

In FIFA you can just as well give up when you're two goals behind. 0-2 means nothing in PES. In the majority of the games we played, Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 offered more spectacle than FIFA 13. Which could be a big advantage for PES. [October 2012, p.70]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

There were even times when we felt like drifting made us go slower, despite the boost you build up while doing it, and that's not what drifting should be like. Drifting gets even more infuriating when you get blown up after a beautiful long slide. [December 2012, p.60]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

Just like the LEGO games, this is a great game to play with your kids. Especially if you're a gaming parent yourself, because it feels like you're sharing your passion with your offspring. Buying new dolls for the game, however, just feels like you're being ripped off. [December 2012, p.79]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

This SEGA-classic is considered by many to be the best Sonic-game ever made. Sonic goes so fast in this iteration that he can even travel through time, making the pimped out DeLorean from Back to the Future seem like a pushover. [February 2012, p.101]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

You can mix and match potions, which is very addictive, but also makes you look like a 5-year-old as you're using the Move controller like a spoon to stir. Luckily these potions are really helpful and sometimes even necessary, thanks to the pretty tough boss battles. [June 2012, p.90]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

So let`s summarize: zombies, a cheerleader and a horny beheaded boyfriend rotting in front of the school gates. And let`s not forget that the 18+ rating isn't just because of a few rampaging zombies. There's a reason why Juliet just turned 18 at the start of the game. [July p.72]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

Even though Metro: Last Light successfully convinces you that you are actually wandering around in a post-apocalyptic Moscow, a number of technical issues do break the carefully constructed illusion from time to time. [June 2013, p.66]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

It takes some time getting used to the LEGO-aesthetic, but the use of the original music and voices even succeeded in giving us goosebumps when the LEGO-version of Gandalf cried out to the rest of the Fellowship to "Fly, you fools!". [January 2013, p.80]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

A cool twist is that you have to play every level twice, once in 3D and once in 2D. There is a strong feeling of recognition here that will make fans of the Mega Drive-games feel really nostalgic. Dashing through the good old Green Hill Zones for example is a delight. [December 2011, p.78]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

No matter how much physical pain we had to endure, we always had fun. To us, it was like rediscovering a lost love. It goes to show how useful a game (or better said: educational software) like Rocksmith can be. Almost anyone can enjoy it. Even an absolute beginner. It had to happen someday. The very first version of Toki Tori was released on the Game Boy Color in 2001 and now we can finally welcome our yellow chicken friend on a PlayStation-console. The gameplay is as challenging as ever, but never gets frustrating. [December 2011, p.101]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

A promising story mode gets smothered under a heap of weighty confrontations mired with incredibly melodramatic dialogues. DC Comics has always had a thing for brooding heroes, but some light at the end of the tunnel would have been fun. [May 2013, p.70]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

Dark Arisen offers far more than the average DLC. There are more than twenty new demonic types of monsters, a ton of new skills and loads of new gear to wear. Dark Arisen feels more like a half finished sequel than a DLC package. [May 2013, p.90]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

This rhythm game isn't played with a plastic guitar, but rather with a regular controller. Since Blitz is all about hi-scores it is more akin to the PS2 game Amplitude or Rock Band Unplugged on the PSP. The number of available songs is a bit on the low side. The 44 songs long list is blatantly commercial and includes monster hits like "Call Me Maybe", "Rock 'n Roll" and – the party wouldn't be a party without it – Gangnam Style from "everybody's favourite" South-Korean singer PSY. [December 2012, p.90]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

When we say "we", we mean "we" and not "you", because every player up until now has built up different relationships with different characters through the many choices they have had to make. This time your companionship will leave the motel by train. [October 2012, p.78]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

SmackDown vs. Raw 2011 was an ugly bastard. The graphical engine behind WWE '12 is much more evolved. The highly detailed wrestlers are a sight for sore eyes. There are some problems with clipping however. Arms that move through heads for example. [January 2012, p.80]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

We're no diehard fans of the genre, but we can certainly appreciate a good shmup from time to time. Especially if the visuals are as impressive as those of Ion Assault. The basic idea is that you suck up ions and use them as ammunition against the enemy. [January 2012, p.84]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

We had our doubts about the real time combat which, in the first few hour, is not much more involving than pressing the X-button. Luckily this changes when you can link your attacks to those of others, creating spectacular combos. [September p.62]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

Those who do not care about the crazy Japanese aesthetics or the not so subtle references to popular anime, may ask them the question if the actual gameplay is any good at all. Well, it is. Sort of. [April 2012, p.66]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

Dungeon Defenders consists of two phases. First you strategically arrange your defenses, then you use the abilities of your characters to repel every goblin coming your way. Playing Dungeon Defenders in co-op is a must, since you can combine the powers of certain characters. [February 2012, p.101]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

Trine 2 still is a very beautiful game with some very entertaining gameplay even though there aren't any significant improvements over the original. The newly added online co-op sort of ruins the game as puzzles become very easy to solve when playing with one or two friends. [February 2012, p.102]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

It easy to compare this first person puzzler to Valve's Portal, especially if you when you find out that Quantum Conundrum was made by the lead designer of the original Portal. Which also explains why , despite the shabby platforming, it's a pretty enjoyable puzzler. [September 2012, p.87]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

Puzzle fan or not, you've most certainly heard of Bejeweled before. The gameplay is simplicity itself: shove gemstones of the same color against each other and they will magically disappear. And repeat that throughout the eight different modes, including four new ones. [June 2012, p.98]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

Despite its over-the-top tricks, the new SSX is quite serious when compared to its predecessors. Mt. Eddie brings back that little bit of extravagance the old SSX games were known for. Fireworks, giant billboards and funky disco lights bring a whole new level of spectacle to the game. [June 2012, p.99]- Official PlayStation Magazine Benelux

The amount of satisfaction you can get from this new Ratchet & Clank mainly depends on your expectations. This is not a direct sequel of the Future-series, but if you are looking for a cool party game with your favorite characters, you can't go wrong with this game.
