Swashbucklers tries to do many things, but ultimately disappoints in all of them.

Too bad the game is not worth playing. Discs of Tron could have been an exciting action game, but the shallow gameplay keeps this game from ever being as entertaining as the movie.

Not being able to reliably move in diagonal directions makes certain levels near impossible. Q*Bert deserves better.

The game compass is left in a flat spin, giving Neverend zero direction, feeble magnetism, and a dreary sense of purpose. You're after an unnamed treasure, alongside an uncaring cast, equipped with only a comatose sense of adventure. Even considering its gaming-on-a-budget price point, purchasing this title will only give you a never ending spasm of Buyer's Remorse.

I’d be able to overlook the weak plot and acting if there were a decent game in there to back it up. However, due to frustrating game mechanics and tedious play, I’m not able to drum up any enthusiasm over this title.

Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator largely achieves what it sets out to do. I take issue with its means-and-methods, as it relies heavily on minigames for many of its paramedic tasks, but that doesn’t make it a bad game – just a far less immersive one.

If you're not already a fan of the series you won't be won over by this clunky installment. With an enhanced sequel coming out later this year, there's no reason to fuss with this eight year old PS2 game!

The game is boring at best, and frustrating at worst. Definitely a title that can, and should be avoided.

Farming is no fun. You have to get up early, you are constantly getting dirty, you have to deal with unruly animals and it can be a thankless experience. In other words, it sucks. This feeling of tedium and hopelessness is perfectly conveyed in Harvest in the Heartland.

New Gundam Breaker is such a bad game that it makes me feel bad for Gundam fans. I picture a 12-year-old Gundam fanatic that has saved up weeks’ worth of lawnmowing mowing money, sitting with a controller hanging loosely in her hand, staring at the screen and crying. This is a game that should never have come to market, regardless of how much hard work went into its creation. To ask anyone to pay money for New Gundam Breaker is outright offensive.

    XEL
XEL looks great on the surface, but unfortunately it has too many bugs and technical issues to warrant recommending it to anyone. The framerate drops and slow-loading zone transitions alone can cause some frustrations, but add in an uncontrollable camera that is overly distant from the action, difficult to detect enemies, and terrain that is easy to get stuck to - forcing you to reload from your last save point, and you have a game that is near unplayable in its current state. Patches may resolve these issues, but as of right now XEL is too frustrating to fully enjoy.

Surgeon Simulator ER completes the requests by many VR folks for the original game to be played this way. It doesn’t present too much new in terms of gameplay or graphics. If you didn’t enjoy the original game, you’ll probably pass on this one as well. Surgeon Simulator isn’t for everyone and doesn’t have the mass appeal as say Job Simulator, but for those that found some fun and charm in the original game, Surgeon Simulator ER can give you a new way to play and some more enjoyment out if it.

The long tradition of execrable license tie-ins continues with Justice League Heroes for DS...Even a hardcore Justice League fan will be hard pressed to enjoy this one.

Darkfall Adventures is a middle-of-the-road Lost World adventure, where our wisecracking Indiana Jones-like hero spends more time saving and re-saving the girl than recovering a purportedly priceless and powerful treasure that ultimately doesn’t come off as all that pricey or powerful in the end.

Star Trek: The Video Game is almost a fun, harmless game about cool characters shooting lizard men, but never rises above what you’d expect a licensed tie-in to be.

Don't play this game. Its boring, its repetitive, and all of the elements in it that are supposed to hook you and draw you in have been executed before and far more effectively in other games.

While killing stuff with swords and spells is always fun, there isn't enough in Arcania: The Complete Tale to keep you coming back for more, especially since you have to wade through a bog of glitches and rendering issues.

Iron Man 2 is better than your average movie game but it's still rather short and limited in scope. The visuals are great and the controls work well, but I have a feeling HVS could've done a lot more with the property if they had more time to work on the game.

I really wanted this to be good but it turned out to be a total mess. Let’s Fish is comprised of a bunch of great ideas and potential that never come to fruition. Its gameplay is overly simple and the technical aspects of the game are at odds with each other. Just stay away...far, far away.

With its Don Bluth animations and movie-quality production values, Dragon's Lair is the best looking game of the 1980s. Unfortunately, in order to look so good the game had to make a few sacrifices. As a result we're left with a shallow "action" game that is little more than Simon Says. Not even the gimmicky Kinect support makes this game worth playing more than once!

With so many great ideas in The Chaos Engine, it pains me to admit that I didn't have much fun. I love the world it creates, the diverse enemies and the science fiction story, but can't get past the punishing difficulty and cheap hits. This enhanced version needs a few more enhancements to be ready for the 21st century!

It's ridiculously long, completely uninspired and quite simply, the biggest waste of my gaming time in the past decade. Even if struck deaf, blind and dumb, anyone can realize that Psychotoxic is without a doubt, one of the worst PC titles of all time.
