Tales of Xillia 2 is a great JRPG with a few big issues. The silent main character is an interesting addiction in term of pure role playing, but it affects the whole gameplay ruining the typical narrative of the Tales Of series. The awful debit system is the worst design element of the game. If you'll be able to pass through these elements you'll find in Xillia 2 a great JRPG with a interesting and quite mature storyline.

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2 improves the great first episode. The 60 fps and a more Dynasty Warriors oriented gameplay are enough to let the people enjoy this game. But if you hate the musou genre, you'll find Pirate Warriors 2 too boring for your standards.

Disney Infinity 2.0 Marvel Super Heroes is a step backwards for the Disney franchise. The Starter Pack gives only one Play Set and the gameplay in more flat and straightforward. Toy Box 2.0, on the other hand, is still a lot of fun and gives players a lot of tools to increase game longevity.

DOOM VFR is a great FPS designed for virtual reality. The excellent graphics and the gameplay, similar to that seen in the 2016 reboot, make this game a must for fans of the saga.

The Bard’s Tale 4 is a splendid and fresh take on the RPG genre. Production values are very high and the experience never fails to entertain. Bugs and glitches abound but are being hunted down by the devs.

Shadow Warrior 3 is a hilarious, violent shooter with a keen sense of humor. The gameplay is very similar to that of Doom Eternal but this cannot be considered as a flaw. Technically it is a bit backward and for some it may be too linear but it is still an experience that we recommend you try.

LEGO Indiana Jones 2 is not a bad game: what worked yesterday is still working today, yet the formula is starting to be a little abused and tiring. The Indy theme paired with the iconic colored blocks might still win some hearts, but for the future significant innovations are really needed.

New console, new puppies, new success. If you, or your children, have missed the first Nintendogs, this must be one of your 3DS launch titles. For the rest of the world, this updated version of the original game doesn't deserve much attention.

If you're an old beat'em up lover, you can't miss Double Dragon Neon.

Operation: Tango is a challenging spy adventure that will keep you entertained for a few hours. The title of Clever Plays, however, fails to materialize in a thick product, remaining a rather light and undemanding work.

Tomodachi Life is like a strange mix between The Sims and Animal Crossing that can lure you in with its awkward and lethargic fun. Maybe it will not be the better choice for an hardcore gamer, but it’s difficult not to find it funny.

We look forward to seeing how this little strategic game will influence the Firaxis' main series. In the meantime we are going to enjoy this little gem.

New Hope has changed after the Apocalypse and the new generations are hungry for battles. The core of the fun is the same as always and Ubisoft should have dared a better plot and new mechanics.

The new Sony exclusive is far from perfect, but it's still remarkable.

Although good, the gameplay becomes a tad too repetitive in the long run.

Lilly Looking Through is a typical Kickstarter project: a charming and high quality adventure that lacks in longevity and gameplay depth.

Zeit2 is a fresh reinterpretation of the shot'em up genre, with psychedelic minimalistic style and interesting features like time-travelling. Unluckily, game mechanics are a bit too difficult not only for the newbie, but also for the shmup veterans. Remember that: after you'll start it, your fingers will be in danger!

Retro City Rampage is the perfect compilation of pop culture references. The GTA-like style is pretty impressive due to the awesome artistic work of the developer. The lack of a proper balance for the difficulty level and the boring gameplay of few missions could be a problem to somebody.

A fantastic island in which to have fun with souls in search of happiness and eternal sleep. A videogame inspired by Animal Crossing, from which it takes many elements.

Just Dance 2014 for Xbox One is another cross-gen title for the new Microsoft hardware. The game is as fun as the other versions out there and Kinect 2.0 does a good job tracking players' moves. For a real jump forward we'll have to wait till the next Just Dance for Xbox One, but if you love this franchise you can enjoy it on this brand new hardware too.

Lake is a good narrative adventure with monotonous gameplay but a fascinating artistic direction that is impossible to ignore.

Song of the Deep is an action-adventure metroidvania that doesn’t go deep in the gameplay mechanics, but indeed goes deep in the journey underneath the sea.

Toukiden is a very good Monster Hunter clone, with a better story and a streamlined combat system. If you don't have a Nintendo console but you want to go hunting monsters with some friends, Toukiden is the game for you.

Another blockbuster, another LEGO game. Still enjoyable but with nothing really new to offer.

The Elder Scrolls Online retains most of the elements that made the series famous in a new astounding experience. The transition from offline to online is smooth and the game itself is fun. Unfortunately the monthly fee and lots of bugs partially ruin the experience.
