Season 2 debuts April 21 on HBO Max
Season 2 of the HBO Max pandemic hit, which was nominated for five Emmys in its debut season, begins with two episodes on April 21st and 28th, followed by weekly single-episode installments. The new season (which is now moving past the material in Chris Bohjalian's novel that served as the inspiration for season 1) finds Kaley Cuoco's now-sober Cassie living in Los Angeles and moonlighting for the CIA—a job that gets her into more trouble when she witnesses a murder while on assignment overseas. Joining the cast this season are Sharon Stone (who plays Cassie's estranged mother), Mo McRae, Callie Hernandez, Cheryl Hines, Jessie Ennis, Margaret Cho, Santiago Cabrera, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Mae Martin, and JJ Soria.
