The only reason I could find for a person to finish this game would be if it was their first exposure to the Revenge of the Sith story.
-
Whether it comes on the Xbox or PlayStation, just avoid the game and try something that looks better, plays better and sounds better. Try "Lego Star Wars."
-
netjakThe only gaming use I can find for this would be to in a museum display for the worst use of video game licenses, or as a cautionary tale about the woes of rushing a product to market.

It's fun to run around the galaxy as a saber-flinging Jedi, cutting down droids by the score. But after a few minutes there's no point. It's too easy and extremely shallow when compared to other adventure games.
-
Edge MagazineIt's a game that makes you desperately want to feel like a Jedi, arcing your lightsaber across the screen, ducking under attacks, parrying counters and going in for the kill, but the subtlety just isn't there. [July 2005, p.94]
-
Since the saber-play is occasionally exciting, and that those of you who desperately want something that reminds you of the film might be prepared to put up with this in spite of its flaws. Me? I thought this was crap.
-
For the love of Lucas, buy Lego Star Wars instead.

games(TM)Quite simply, Revenge⦠is the worst kind of Star Wars game - one that looks good enough to appeal to impulsive fans, but ultimately fails to deliver by being a horribly derivative, stale and linear example of the genre it so lazily falls into. [July 2005, p.114]

Feb 17, 2020I really enjoyed this game as a kid and still do. The lightsaber duels are fun as hell in versus mode!
