    Great selection of pinball tables, excellent ball physics, and just an overall amazing game to play with family and friends.

    I have to admit,it wasn't till I played Pinball FX 2 that I was a fan of video game pinball.I loved pinball but didn't think that the games were getting represented correctly in video games.Now mind you,I said a fan,it bumped me in that direction when I saw the brilliance of," Pinball hall of fame: the William's collection."Which is the best representation of playing a real table in yourI have to admit,it wasn't till I played Pinball FX 2 that I was a fan of video game pinball.I loved pinball but didn't think that the games were getting represented correctly in video games.Now mind you,I said a fan,it bumped me in that direction when I saw the brilliance of," Pinball hall of fame: the William's collection."Which is the best representation of playing a real table in your home without spending thousands of dollars for classic tables.This game trails right behind it with the 2nd best representation of Pinball games.You have to look beyond the lack of polish or spit and shine.This should of been a mandatory priority before being shipped.It's still acceptable...barely , but what impresses me the most are the physics and the history that this game brings to the table.I skipped this version at first because of the 3 bad and only reviews it received.I picked this game up a week ago for only $8 at a pawn shop and for less than $1 a table it's of a ridiculous nature of value.I have put over 60 hours in one way or another and the only other thing that brings this game down is the lack of downloadable tables, like other games in the genre.I guess that's why The pinball arcade is out now.You need to buy this game, it is worth a solid $30 and anything less,well, your very lucky, like me.9… Expand

    Pinball Hall of Fame: The Gottlieb Collection is not a bad game. The pinball tables are varied and fun, and there's plenty of historical content for pinball aficionados to pore over. However, this is a port of a GameCube game, and no real changes have been made to the formula. Players will be disappointed that the improvements seen in The Williams Collection aren't here, and only hardcore pinball fanatics who are more forgiving about the title's flaws and shortcomings will find this to be a suitable addition to their pinball video game library.
