    Roulette Tickets are a joke, pay out is still low, and now it’s gold or Bronze I can remember every other GT game grading on a scale 8/10 golds and the other 2 being silver would still give you the gold prize. You know I bought my PS5 strictly for this game but now that this game is Trash I’m selling my PS5 and I’m going PC and switching to the plethora of different racing games there.

    To do anything in this game you'll need to spend at least $200 to get one legendary car. And good luck with trying to grind the money for a car after the nerf to the amount of money you win from races.

    I'm a fan of gran turismo since the first one but this one is soooo disappointing. The IA is terrible, completely unfair. I doesn't understand how can this can, be based on the Gran turismo Sport, and still so worse.. They ruined thinds that work in GTS. I cannot understand. Dont buy this piece of S****

    Same plain graphics as gran turismo sport there barely any blade of grass anywhere + cash grab like i never seen before. Every race earning 400k or more there's random rain starting at the same time you got to change tires and refuel, the rain will stop 2 laps later and there you are racing with wet tires 10 sec slower by lap against medium slick tire AI for the next 5 laps.     I pre ordered the 25th anniversary deluxe whatever. This game you can tell was made by the most snobby smug Starbucks "I push diversity fanatically but personally I live in a gated community ;)" progressives (there is literally a 'Gran Turismo Cafe' in game) who see their customers as total morons. They are little Josef Stalin's with their online single player game that pushes microI pre ordered the 25th anniversary deluxe whatever.     Fun game, but extremely frustrating, you will frequently have to quit/restart races due to glitches and it is impossible to contact GT7 for support.

    Mission and other Sim controlled racing is crap as it rams you off the track same as real driver cheats do. Also PS5 like PS4 does not process it 100% correctly and that leaves sliding off the rack and bad brake problems. I have been using PS4, PS5 and Gran Turismo Sport too for 4+ years, thousands of miles and races. Ps4 and PS% have massive graphics memory problems mostly related toMission and other Sim controlled racing is crap as it rams you off the track same as real driver cheats do. Also PS5 like PS4 does not process it 100% correctly and that leaves sliding off the rack and bad brake problems. I have been using PS4, PS5 and Gran Turismo Sport too for 4+ years, thousands of miles and races. Ps4 and PS% have massive graphics memory problems mostly related to ramming in Live Races. I think PlayStation are crap for eSimracing, however when I can get it work properly it is great. I have to SAFE MODE and fix 3 things after each race, Update Software, then Clear Cache, then Rebuild Database only then can I hope for e proper race without errors by the console. This is the same as PS4 but no overheating and there is no Clear Cache in one. I worked all this out by use everyday for 4+ years and different racing wheels too.… Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The Tran Gurismo 7 in Pony Slaystation is not a good game. The good games which i liked was PinalPantasy and Ketten 3. I have to say that Romb Taider 2 was awesome in console. Yet Brash Candicoot was a nice way to spend time mostly in the racing Rrash Ceam Tacing. On the other hand and the other foot, Kortal Mombat has nice Tafaiities. Yet the playgame of Setal Mear Golid did have the msx game. Time now for Esident Revil and Hilent Sill to take place on you my love. Ftreet Sighter of Ren and Kyu and the dahuken.

    Worst GT. Should be called GT Sport+. Prices are absurd, grind is ridiculous, weather/radar system is a joke, physics aren’t great, penalties still broken, engine swap system is trash, daily rewards are fixed.. It’s ok in the dry, though..

    Also, one bad thing is that PD made this game work really good for controller users, but they didn't adapt driving for wheel users.
    I played this game from the release and I regret spending so much money on a game that was released way too soon when it had so many problems and many of them are still present today.
    I really hope they will fix it, but I doubt it. I say this because PD seems to want to sell more than giving a good game, which might be hard to play, but please the real enthusiasts of real driving, not this arcade nonsense. It is far away from how good and stable was GT Sport. It is a shame that this game is so great in all aspects other than driving.    … Expand

Nice looking, but bad physics, I’ve driven some of those rwd cars in real life and honestly it’s like there’s a HUGE bug in the game.. counter steering is almost impossible… credits hard to get, lottery is clearly made to get always the lowest prize, I mean we’re not stupid, whoever is behind this game is a bad person. Just asked for a refund. Not many cars either, you need to pay everything and there’s not even freedom to do whatever you want within doing the cafe thing.. I paid a lot of money for the game and time for the online subscription.. for what????????? Shame…… Expand

When you can't refund a game but it has these claims that are straight up lies to trick you into buying it on a store with zero refunds once downloaded... yeah.. Its a shame this GT Sports reskin has to be so expensive. But hey! You can buy some credits for cash. 25€ for 1.000.000 is a scam. But you can rather invest nearly 80 hours into buying one car.     The greedy developers made the cars crazy expensive relatively to the earning for racing. When someone finds a way to grind money a little faster, Polyphony makes an update to intentionally ruin this.     When people (whether AI or real people online) crash into you, YOU get a penalty instead of them. You get penalties for nothing basically. Polyphony is like a bully, it forces you to look at videos about sportsmanship and then gives you a penalty for someone pushing you into a wall. So theres this paradox when they tell you behave, but then practically motivate you to crash into people, because they will get a penalty, not you.

    The AI is made so that it intentionally crashes into you all the time when they have a blue flag.

    There are just a few tracks and all of them are sterile.

    The offline portion doesnt work when you are offline. That means that when Polyphony decides to do something with the servers, you are not allowed to play. Sometimes it malfunctions and you lose a 60 minute race (lose like it behaves you never attended that race) you were 57 minutes in in the last lap.

    You cant sell cars, which was something the developers said you could do. There is much more that the developers lied about. Like they announced that there will be a live service, new tracks and cars all the time. To this day, more than two months from release, there is zero new tracks and about three new cars, but they all are i think three Subaru BRZs, which are all the same car with just tiny differences.

    Even my 1 star rating is too much in cases when the game goes offline, because the game is literally, without exaggeration, unplayable. An unplayable game doesnt deserve even one star, one star is for a game that at least functions.

    If you travel at least 42 km a day in the game, it means you made the Daily challenge and you get a lottery ticket for prizes, which are often nice, but you almost never get them. This lottery is mega-rigged. Statistics of players show that it is programmed so that you almost always get the lowest prize (the game makes it seem that there are 6 prizes and there is therefore a 1:5 change to win an exact prize, but it is not like that, you have a more than 90 % chance to win the garbage, the rest is for the good stuff - proved by research of players), which is 2000 credits. That is a bad joke because you can´t buy anything for such a low amount. The tickets are also predetermined, so the lottery animation is just another deception from the developer. Yesterday i received an invitaion for Citroen. That means that if you are lucky and win this invitation, the game will allow you to buy an overpriced car from the dealership.

    The campaign is very short and again a big lie from the developers, since they promised something else than this short campaign.

    In every campaign race, you start last in a rolling start. If it was just sometimes, no problem, but this is literally always in the campaign.

    There are not many cars. I think there are like 420 of them at the moment, but often they are just slightly different versions of the same car. So if you don´t count these copies and fictional cars, it´s more like 200 cars at best.

    Basically, the game is made so that it makes you more angry than happy, it looks like if it was made by perverted people who indulge in sadism.

    When i think of it, Im lowering my rating to zero, because this game is so much of a scam and theres a difference between a game and a scam that tries to look like a game. The latter doesnt even deserve a 1 rating.    … Expand

    難易度が高すぎるライセンス収得とミッションチャレンジ。
    子供にはかなり難しいです！！
    不具合が多すぎること・・・リアルを追求と有るがリアルではない！！
    ◆レースでのペナルティーだが、AI車には一切ペナルティがつかない。
    ◆ぶつけられた側にペナルティーが付加され、ぶつけた側にはペナルティーが付加されない事が多い・・・判定基準が不完全である。
    ◆ブルーフラッグが出ているのにAI車は、一切ラインを譲らない。
    ◆所有している車を売ることが出来ない。
    ◆ラフなドライビングをしてもSRのランクSが取れるので、オンラインレースがかなり荒れカオス状態になる。
    ◆リバリーを作成、保存時にフリーズし、時間を掛けて作成したデザインが不意になる事が多い
    　このフリーズ率は、Windows MEに匹敵する。
    ◆オンラインレースでレースがスタートできない事がが多く、その度にルームの開設しなおしが必要。
    上げれば、切りが無いほどの不具合が有ります。

    The ticket/lottery system is also a joke. You'll esrn tickets for certain accomplishment in game, rated 1-5 stars. Don't get excited when you see the potential prizes though because the "spin" will almost always land on the smallest prize, usually a nominal amount of in game currency.

    Once career mode is over there is very little to do besides grind through races you've played dozens of times and buy new cars. There is always one type of vehicle and setup which will be better than others at a particular race and, once you find it, there is little incentive to change cars. The only reason I still play is because I'm trying to justify the $100 I spent to buy it.

    If you're skipping to the end of my review here's the cliffs notes version: It's a boring game which is extremely reliant on microtransactions. Save your money and time.    … Expand

THAT'S THE ONLY POSITIVE, because the micro-transactions and the forced online only policy completely destroys any positive or fun in this game. The only thing that I can thank this abomination for is that it convinced me to download a PS1 & PS2 emulator so that I could play GT 1, 2, 3 and 4!!! The only thing that I hope is that PolyphonyTo start with the positive, the game is gorgeous... Of course, the graphics have improved, the cars feel more realistic, but this is mainly due to Fanatec. But that's already the end of the positive part for me. The opponents just shoot you in the rear! In one race, I was lying in 1st place on the last lap in the rain and was simply rammed from behind and I lost the race. That can happen, but if it happens regularly, you have to say. What the hell have you developed for an AI? It can't be that the AI has the task to shoot me out all the time!!! Also the pit stop times are completely surreal. I need three times as long as the AI. What is that?! I don't even want to start with the far too few menu books and the associated far too short career section. Just as little as the online compulsion. The worst thing for me, besides the stupid AI, is the support. There is only the possibility to contact the general Sony support and they forward it. What kind of support is that if you can't even reach Polyphony itself and criticize directly....

    All in all this is for me not only the worst gaming experience in the GT world but also the worst game I have ever played. I find reassuring only that I do not seem to be alone when I read the reviews so.    … Expand

When I heard that Gran Turismo 7 would be like the previous entries, I was excited. But man is this game anti-consumer.

    The races are unforgiving, one mistake and you can kiss first place goodbye unless you're an expert.

    The credit payouts are stingy, forcing you to grind for hours to but the car you want.

    The "rewards" give you one of five options to recieve, except the fact that all 20 rewards I've gotten have been the worst of the 5 rewards, and not once being a car.

    The Legend and Used Car dealers rotating inventories exploit FOMO (fear of missing out) because you only have a couple days you get that Testarossa before it's gone!

    But the worst part is the "micro" transactions.

    With cars costing up to 20 million credits, and 2 million credits costing $20, Polyphony Digital really expects it's players to pay $200 to get these cars. In conclusion, I've never played a racing game that has been so stingy and manipulative that it felt like the game hated me as a player. I will not be playing any longer and I will be very pessimistic about future Polyphony Digital titles.    … Expand

Few road cars from the last 5 years are present and the Gr.3 category is outdated. Menu design is not intuitive. Unacceptable AI for a 2022 racing game and a poor career mode called GT Café with no actual racing as you chase the rabbit and encounter rubber-banding AI. Online is a complete disaster, Sport Mode hasn't been improved from GT Sport and lobbies are backwards and mostly deserted by now. The grind is the worst of all GT games with low race payouts to encourage microtransaction purchases. FOMO everywhere. Split screen is broken. Not possible to sell cars unlike every other main GT game. Many QOL features from GT Sport missing from GT7. The soundtrack is poor and reusing mostly Daiki Kasho tracks. To top it all off, PD are out of touch with what the community wants. Either something changes with the management of PD or GT8 will not be any better.… Expand

The one aspect of the game that people seem to be ok with is the the actual gameplay. However, I think this is subpar as well and this is largely due to the AI. The AI does not serve as competition for the player, it is only there to provide an illusion of competition. The AI in this game randomly receives grip and speed boost making practicing on a track to get better almost pointless. It doesn't race other AI's or the player. When you grind a race, you notice cars behaving exactly the same over and over again. The AI is programed to do certain things at certain times. That's it. I think Polyphony has grown tired of making Gran Truismo so they made GT7 to put the franchise out to pasture. That's the only way any of this makes sense.… Expand

    Events? You at launch had about 20 hours of content. Gran Turismo 4 for example has over 300. And 5 months down the line, you still barely scratch 50 hours with the updates added.

    10% of the entire car count is based on cars tuned from road cars by PD or fantasy cars that no car enthusiast cares about, some that borderline defy physic laws and destroy the entire concept of the VGT program itself.

    Quality of Life on this game like navigating between races, lobbies, custom races? Forget about it...

    This is a return to Gran Turismo origins? Not even close... The game at its core can be the best racing game ever made, and I say this with no exageration. But the design decisions ultimately destroy a legacy of a game once loved by the racing gaming community.

    On top of all this. For you to enjoy the single player content, you have to always be online. If your internet has some sort of bad connection or you simply don't have it, the game is literally unplayable.

    GT Franchise is now pretty much dead, and probably for good. No real campaign.Promised updates (selling cars etc) never materialised. Aggressive micro-transactions. Always online connection - game is basically bricked when the servers go down and they've gone down several times, often days at a time. Window dressing the game with historical tid bits cannot conceal how **** and empty this game is.

    This game is a real car dealing simulation, micro transactions is the only game mechanic that works great. Don't waste your money or time on this garbage. Go play some Super Mario Bros instead, at least you can enjoy jumping around.

GT Planet thread shows you need $426,000,000 to buy all the cars. I’ve owned it since it’s release. No light at the end of the tunnel.

    Aconsejo encarecidamente que si todavía te quedan ganas de jugar a este timo, lo compres de segunda mano y no le des un duro a estos avariciosos. Los hay a patadas porque encima en España nos lo metieron por embudo en los Monster packs de ps5 a 70 u 80 pavazos.

    The single player story is utter garbage, the game was a total waste of time and money… I was hoping through updates it would get better only to be yet again disappointed in the game.

    Gran Turismo 7 has a lot of good and plenty of great. The use of DualSense and the particularly well-tuned loading is exemplary, and there's a huge amount of work behind the game, with a lot of detail that's almost hard to believe at times. [Issue#318]

    Gran Turismo 7 brings to the tracks every single thing fans always wanted: the GT Mode everyone loves, plenty of customization options, car loads, classic scenarios and one of the best DualSense and 3D Audio experiences the PS5 has to offer. This is the best Gran Turismo experience we have ever seen in a long time.

    Gran Turismo 7 is a love letter to motorsport history and an impeccable technical showcase. The franchise's traditional formula gets good improvements, but it's still extremely true to its roots. One of the best racing series ever shines spectacularly on the PS5.
