    A clear cash grab. Crippling drm and micro transactions. This game has destroyed a classic series. It's sad to see this franchise fall so far. This game is unplayable imo. Don't waste your money.

    If a game is centered around being always online and is connected to servers that one day shut down, guess becomes of physics copies of the game. With no offline single player mode, you can never return to playing Grab Turismo 7. This is just a microtransaction machine, nothing more. It is not GT3 or GT4. Say goodbye to Gran Turismo.

    If you just want good gameplay and don‘t care about the specific cars too much wait for a sale. But no one should pay more than let‘s say $30-40 for these scammy tactics.     Sad, Polyphony used to be great (as was Sony), but they've been ruined by corporate greed. RIP great single-player,    I was so excited for a new, numbered Gran Turismo.     Se han cargado el juego. Antes era complicado obtener créditos pero ahora es un pay to win . 80€ para tener que seguir pagando para obtener coches. He solicitado el reembolso en Amazon porque no es lo que yo he comprado anunciaron un juego con unas características pero ahora es un pay to win

    Ich hoffe die PLAYSTION Ony Fans schauen sich mal beim Xbox Lager um. Forza Motorsport hatt den Namen auch verdient, selbst Forza Horizen(Arcade) hatt eine bessere Fahrphysik als Grant Turismo.     You have taken something I have looked forward to for years and utterly ruined any enjoyment I might have gotten from it. As someone who has been a fan of the Gran Turismo series since the original on the PS1 it is so grotesque to see what corporate greed and short sidedness has done to this franchise. Even if we somehow put aside the microtransactions and the insulting nerfing of anyYou have taken something I have looked forward to for years and utterly ruined any enjoyment I might have gotten from it. As someone who has been a fan of the Gran Turismo series since the original on the PS1 it is so grotesque to see what corporate greed and short sidedness has done to this franchise.     EDIT: they finally made u-turns on the nonsense they pulled by slashed payouts and forcing micro transactions but one major let down still for me and the VERY reason I bought the game was Tuning races, they advertised this as going back to the originals complete with tuning, WTH is the tuning??? One or two we're offered and for the last month it's this stupid BOP races, im done with this absolute crap honestly, I will never buy another GT game ever, u are a bunch of greedy liars, u lie about what the game is and sell it as something its not, u have lost me and several of my friends due to your greed and lies, now u can reap what u sow.

    The game has a great fantastic core but the game pushes micro transactions. The community found a decent way (not even really) to make credits.... They immediately did an update to screw us over. I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone.... And I LOVED the GT series since PSx GT1. This is sad and pathetic.

    All modes need to play and save online. So bad. Need so much credit to buy and upgrade cars. Very little rewards after races.

    Shameless. Cars that you easily get in other racing games can be charged 100 actual USD in GT7, no way to play almost all of its single player components offine, patching out races that gives more reward than they intended. It's a good game when the servers are online, but it's not worth the time and money required.

    Game in current state unplayable. You can complain about a lot of things, microtransactions, online obligation, but for me its oversteering of the cars. Not able to drive a FR or RR cars and take a curve without spin like a gyroscope, absolute ridiculous. Played every GT since PS2 and had never a problem with that. Look on Reddit, its a common problem.

    $125 game with microtransactions, updates after the game releases that nerf race payouts and make premium currency seem more enticing. Strict DRM and 24 Hours of outage. This game is a mess, dont support Sony or Polyphonic. Make them hurt

    I was so excited for this game. Then I got it and was extremely disappointed that i couldn't play story mode offline. I really wanted to play so I paid for psn sub. Started playing the game and it was fun at first. I bought a use skyline r34 did a few upgrades and was broke. The grind is unbelievable. Then I found the microtransaction option and my heart literally sank. If I could I wouldI was so excited for this game. Then I got it and was extremely disappointed that i couldn't play story mode offline. I really wanted to play so I paid for psn sub. Started playing the game and it was fun at first.     Requires an always online connection for the majority of single player activities. I didn't pay $90 to load up the game only to see that their servers are down and you can't do anything. On top of that you've got a heavily skewed in game economy that is pushing you to do micro transactions to purchase more cars/content. Irritating to say the least.

    Total rug pull. Not able to access single player game if the server is offline. On top of extremely aggressive MTX and hostility towards its players. Sony denied my refund even I didn't download the game. The crime was I pre-ordered and its "past 14 days". So glad that Sony is so friendly towards their customers. Don't ever pre-order or buy digital from Sony because they will screw you.

    Predatory micro transaction system makes it feel like a mobile game. Lowering race payouts to force micro transactions, and getting the best cars in the game takes literally 20-30 hours of doing nothing but playing. It's a joke.

    Pay to win, the amount of grinding that is required to just get one super car is more than most RPGs. Microtransactions to the tune of roughly 200 US dollars just to get enough in game credit to buy the McLaren F1...yeah no thanks.

    You can not play offline ( only music mode), so if they decided to kill the server, you lose your game.
    The micro-transaction is awful. you pay almost 100 bucks for the game to grind. However the intentionally nerf the grinding part. so.....

    i work 6 days a week. the game is online only. if the servers go down i cant play the game for an entire week. terrible business practice, i just want to play the damn game. the gameplay is great. but i payed $90AUD for a paperweight.

    I have zero problems with microtransactions in a game like this, SO LONG AS it doesn't impact the game negatively. Unfortunately, they set earnings in this game insanely low to push you toward them.

Switching over to ACC or iRacing ($13 for BOTH right now, minus sub cost for iR) since I also play PC. What a scam/shame.

    Car view are twitching, No car damage, Physics not for controller, bad graphic than Forza Motorsport7, Can’t sell car, Cars and upgrades too expensive but game reduce reward after race and this game have micro transaction, It force you to pay more even this game already cost you 70$.     les micro-transactions ont une place centrale dans ce titre, la dimension collectionneur est importante, la diminution du gain des courses fait qu'il faut grind 26h en farmant la course apportant 60k en 5 mn qui est la plus viable pour, par exemple, acheter la Mclaren F1, personne peut grind autant à part quand on est un chômeur, on ne peut même pas vendre les voitures    C'est du racket :

    I bought this game full price to be able to enjoy the Gran Turismo experience I felt on the PS1 and PS2.

    But I feel scammed now as I learned that I cannot play solo without online connection, and also need to pay (expensive) price to purchase cars, that I will definitely not be able to win with just my gaming skills.

    I feel scammed, the video games industry is in crisis... Sad times.

    I am normally a huge fan of PlayStation first party titles like Gran Turismo. I bought this thinking it would work but I have a spotty internet connection and this game keeps telling me I’m in offline mode and doesn’t let me continue with my progress. Absolute headache. I regret buying this game. If you are considering it… don’t. The always on features ruins it.

    Ruined by "micro-transactions" however micro really isn't the correct word considering I already spent a ridiculous $150 on the game and now to buy the current 5 legend cars it would cost $550 AUD. At this point, Polyphony is just taking a dump on its customers.

    When they said real driving simulator I didn't want it to be so realistic that I can't afford the cars...

    This is a shame, waiting for a game more then a year and at the end i find my self with GT sport remastered with a lot of micro transactions, cars are so expensive and we have to bu some expensive ones to get the platine, I'm sorry but it's over with me and playstation they treat the fans like garbage

    Gran Turismo 7 has a lot of good and plenty of great. The use of DualSense and the particularly well-tuned loading is exemplary, and there's a huge amount of work behind the game, with a lot of detail that's almost hard to believe at times. [Issue#318]
