    Its gets a 4 only because it is playable and assumingly beatable. 135 mph in game feels like 35 mph in real life, and at 135 i can take 90 degree corners without braking or drifting. Such a SLOW racing game, ugh. Also, i could not figure out what i was doing wrong to keep getting hit by paint. sometimes there is a clear "bomb" in the road, other times, no indication at all.
