Do NOT buy this game, only RENT it if you really want it. It takes a day to complete every episode.

The game is really boring, so I would only reccomend it to those going for platinums as the only trophies require you to complete the chapters and their are no hidden ones. Also really bad graphics and storyline is slow. I rented it just for platinum as it's the quickest platinum to

Can't argue that the game itself is a brilliant story etc.

But its ludicrous that Telltale expect us to pay over the odds for the PS4 version, when there is little way in the way of improvements from the PS3 version. They didn't even have the decency to bundle both series together for a slightly cheaper price. My advice would be wait until its in a sale. Don't feed the Telltale rip

This is a good game, ruined on the PS4 (and probably any console) due to one oversight: lack of a setting to invert the Y-axis. While the action sequences are more like QT events than anything else, they do involve positioning the cursor over a hot point, which I can't do fast enough since I invariably go the wrong way. And I don't want to try to rewire my brain for non-inverted Y because I fear that will ruin my reflexes in other games. Luckily, I can play the PC-version because I don't use inverted Y with that. So for me, the PC version is playable, console versions are not.

The game itself, like I said, is fairly enjoyable. Don't expect an action game though. It's mostly choose the conversation response you want (which might be on a fairly short timer, and if you don't choose, it continues on as if you made no choice most of the time), and click on the enemy (in time, otherwise you'll likely die and get sent back to a checkpoint). There's a few puzzles thrown in, but they seem to make good plot-sense rather than be Myst-like in nature.

The story in this game has potential to be good, but it's just so slow and boring. I'm not quite sure why people are rating this anything above a 6.

I absolutely love Telltale Game of Thrones & The Wolf Amongst Us...but this does not live up to their standards. The pace of those games is so much faster and isn't filled with 20 minutes of boring walking around looking at fences. If it

If it wasn't such an easy Platinum trophy I would have sent it back to the rental company.

The Walking Dead: The Complete First Season on PS4 is the definitive version of this stunning, narrative-driven adventure.

There are fewer performance problems, but this isn’t quite the overhaul that we were hoping for. That said, if you’re still yet to experience Lee and Clem’s escapade, this is the best version yet. And if you’re already familiar with Telltale Games’ post-apocalyptic journey, then ultimately you’ll have to decide whether it's worth the double dip.
