    Gameplay, graphics, music... everything else from the game is awesome. Except stupid plot logic and narcissistic writers ruined all of this and made the game joke of century.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Don’t believe the false negatives! This game is great. Grinded it on survival mode for 31 hours. Fantastic storyline and impeccable character development. From hating Abby, to rooting for her to kill Ellie in the end when you realize she’s actually the more altruistic of the two; this game surely sends you on an emotional rollercoaster. Not to mention the countless deaths of supporting characters you wanted to see thrive (Yara, Jesse, Manny). Joel had it coming and we all know it. The brutal battles scenes and challenging 1v30 WLF/Scar slaughtering served to impress beyond anything Last of Us 1 could offer. Seeing both sides of the story through the eyes of Abby and Ellie was truly masterful by the devs. And left you deeply contemplating who was in the right. On to what I didn’t like .. At times the game would feel very repetitive in that “ok, we’re here and we need to get 5 miles that way through crumbled building and hordes of enemies.” If the battles weren’t so intense and graphically amazing, this would have made a big impact on my score. My final word and issue with the game... Did we really need to go to San Francisco to reach the same outcome? Don’t get me wrong, the battle with the Rattlers is awesome and it felt like they would never stop coming out of the woodwork, but Ithad the same ending that the theater battle had. No one actually believed the devs would kill a changed Abby and protecter of Lev. When Ellie was initially shown at the farm with Dina and JJ, I thought it was over. I hoped it was over! But they instead added that extra bit in San Francisco because they thought it’s what we wanted. It didn’t bother me too much, but I know deep down that it just wasn’t really necessary apart from maybe setting up for Part 3. That’s all, hope you enjoyed my review.… Expand

    Lo primero, esos 4 que lo puntuo se lo lleva la jugabilidad y todo lo bueno que tiene, porque no mas puntaje, simple, solo esta tomando una jugabilidad que ya se implemento en el primer juego y aca lo copia y lo refina.

Regardless of the message the writers were trying to send to the viewer about "revenge" none of the games characters that existed in the first game ever felt true to the original. Joel and Tommy in the second game come off as idiots with an affinity for wanting to walk into lion dens with meat around their bodies. Which ends up being the biggest plot point in the entire game. The entire reason things pan out the way they do is based on a writing flaw. If you wanted to kill a character at least make it true to the character. In this case that wasn't done. This also doesn't take into account the pregnancy fetish that the writers seem to have. For almost the entire game you're escorting around a pregnant woman while you're both being "total badasses". While I am all for making women look strong in video games. This felt so forced that it leaves a bad taste in almost everyones mouth. We might as well talk about how poorly paced the game is. You are for about 12 hours of gameplay playing through a 2 day period through the perspective of two different characters. Both being insanely unlikable. While doing absolutely ridiculously unbelievable **** Like having a pregnant ally running around doing more work then an Army soldier in the trenches of an all out war or getting surrounded my enemies and someway shooting yourself through it all as a teenage girl with 12 rounds of ammo in a semi auto revolver. For this 12 hour time span you also have to play as the anatagonist for half of it. (HOW COOL. VERY VERY ORIGINAL DEVS.) With the anatagonist somehow being even more unlikeable then the now main protagonist Ellie. The time spent playing as Abby (The antagonist) is painful and will leave the player questioning if it's even worth making it to the ending of the game or if they should uninstall the game and play something else. Now I will say this idea isn't entirely bad if the gameplay wasn't insanely repetitive. Literally the entire game is. Go here, Kill People/Infected, Do the objective, Oh wait can't do this objective til I do this other objective there, Go there, Kill People/Infected, Do the objective, Go back, Kill People/Injected, Complete objective. This cycle occurs constantly through the game. The only nuance that exists between combat encounters is whenever you finally get a new weapon but even then it get's boring quick and it happens so unoften that it doesn't improve really anything. With all that being said. To the devs I must say. Playing as Abby was a horrible idea. Killing Joel was done so bad that it's unjustifiable. Pregnant women aren't Superman, Your characters aren't as likeable as you think they are. Your pacing choices made the game so grueling to play that the FBI could legitmately use your game as a torture method. The message about revenge you were trying to convey isn't new or cool or necessary. If you had nothing story wise. Just don't make another game. Your franchise is dead now. The devs look like complete jokes. Good job. Thanks for wasting everyones time and money.… Expand

While the graphics are amazing that means jack when the story is utter garbage. Gameplay felt the same as first so that didnt bother me but as a single player game the story is so cruical to its success and this story failed miserably. They turned joe into a complete idiot to get him killed. Then ellie goes on a revenge spree and doesnt even get the pay off at the end. Sorry in a post apocalyptic world you dont let a person just walk away out of mercy. Thats probably the dumbest crap ive played in a long time.

    Notice how i didnt bring up any LGBT or anything else like that? You know why? Because it didnt bother me but the fanboys apparently think since you didnt like the game you are some homophobic person which makes no excuse. Some of the biggest youtubers absolutely hate this games story as well. Are they homophobic? Are they review bombing it to bomb it? No and no. The Music was awesome as always and the attention to detail was a lot improved, eben though in the First Part i thought that it couldnt get much better. There are some easter eggs that made me smile, like Gustavo Santoalalla playing guitar. And that you can explore auch huge parts of seattle was a really nice experience. Everything was really immersive and the fights were really terrifying. At oke Point i was disappointed by the story and I really didnt want to keep playing as abby Even though now i have to das that her story was very interesting and I would Even want to See what will Happen with her in lev(Finding the fireflies). I just think that Joel didn’t deserve to die this way and Ellie didn’t deserve her biggest to fear become true, she lost everyone and now even her memory is getting left behind because she can’t play the song anymore.     This game, The Last of Us: Part 2, doesn't deserve a 10/10 and no game will ever be a perfect game so stop praising it! Get over it already.

    You are not better than the critics, you all slamming 10s and 9s just for the sake of it makes you all criminals as well. You won't feel better or satisfied, trust me!
    Naughty Dog doesn't know and will never know you...never care about you...never remember you...never praises you...never cares about your scores. You shouldn't defend a company that doesn't know or care about you and will not care about you.
    Stop daydreaming, believing that you are worth something to them...cause you are not! You are a wallet to them...and there are never good relationship with a wallet, which in that case...you are the wallet...
    Now that we got that out of the way and hopefully the fire will stop soon...
    Time for the review. and I will be quick but honest about my opinion about it since too many have already reviewed it.

    What are the goods in the game?
    The graphics, first and foremost. Breathtaking! No complains here.
    The cinema, the way characters acting, the animations, they're almost flawless (still not perfect).
    The sound effects are exactly what you expect. Onpoint and satisfying.

    What's in the mixed thoughts?
    The writing. There's room for a lot of improvments, I was not amused. it's pretty average. A well made writing as an example is the witcher which made me giggle and laugh out loud many times. Little did I felt anything based on the writing of Tlou2 alone.
    The gameplay, the Fun. It's really mixed here. Some got bored really quick, others said it was fun and entertaining. In my opinion, It's fine at best and could have had some improvements, deleting animations in the workshops to stop wasting time for example, real is fine, too real is bad for gaming and time wasting, no one really has time to see someone cleans hisher gun everytime you go adjust the gun. Let's be real here, this is not the reason why you're playing the game...

    What's the bad in this game?
    The story.
    I don't like it, not one bit. It's more than just the recent "events" that you definetely will come across. It's just a revenge plot...It's generic, the way they executed it is pretty boring and lazy.
    A child can write a revenge story, almost anybody can write a revenge narrative and in my opinion and in all honesty, also can write a better and more satisfying story for both sides of the spectrum.
    It's also filled with holes, holes that shouldn't have been made on purpose. The ending is unsatisfying. They could have added multiple endings, they had 7 years to do so, but they decided not to do so...Interesting...really interesting...I wonder what was more important to them during all these 7 years...The story? Or the graphics...the cinema...the movie like feeling...
    The replayability - Well, we all can guess about that...

    i want to add some important things that I think should be addressed as well cause little has been talked about it, and I will include this in my review.
    First, crunch culture. People crunched their butt out to make this game, risking their lives in bad conditions to provide a product. if any of you, customers, or 'wallets' have no feelings for them or reconsider, "maybe the company crunches them too much, maybe they shouldn't work so hard to the point where it's health risky" If none of you even thinks about these people, you are pathetic, undeserving beings and should be ashamed to yourselves!
    No one should make a game at the expense of their health.

    Second. The DMCA strikes. I saw what you did Naughty Dog, Neil. A lot of it was unjustified and you should be ashamed of yourselves! A pathetic management with pathetic and boring ideologies.

    The final review after summing it all up is sligthly above average. 6/10
    It's an average and sligthly average at best.
    You may not like it from both sides, if so, replay the game and read my review again. There are better games that you can play the will play with your emotion strings to heart and not in a cheap way.
    Good examples are 'Nier Automata' and 'Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice'. Try these for a change if haven't done that yet...    … Expand

I was such a big fan of the first game, played it countless times. Loved everything about it. As a huge fan of the first game, this game just hurts. Characters you fell in love with, they lose. They lose everything. And it gets worse and worse for them as you play through all the way to the very end. And the characters you dislike, the villains, they win. And i just don't understand how this could have gone in the direction it did. Its disgusting. When i got to the end, it just felt like i was staring at a big fat game over loss screen that i could not go back to and win. I just lost and now i have to deal with that.

    Its tragic because i actually loved a lot of things as i was initially playing the game. The gameplay, the graphics, the voice acting, the horror aspects, the musical score. So many things i was enjoying, but the story was so poorly written and executed that it was actually a distraction from these good features of the game.

    So lets talk about this story. Its hard not to talk about the first game during this because the story of the first game got so much right. It built up characters that the players fell in love with and cared for. Characters that we could relate to, with flaws that we could understand. We witnessed the journey and shared the emotions of the various characters we encountered throughout the game. It was so enjoyable and because of this we were excited to see how this story could continue.

    What we got instead was poorly written revenge story with shallow characters, that the players didn't know and never care for. We weren't built up to like any of the new characters. And the characters we came to love from the first suffer and they suffered as a result of not being the characters they were in the first. Players are forced to witness a tragic, gruesome death of one character as a result, and its a death that was hard to watch. Players wanted revenge just like Ellie. They wanted payback for this hurt. Instead we are forced to play as the killer for 8-10 hours? Forced to fight and try to kill Ellie and Ellie's friends? Then we let the killer get away and we leave Ellie with nothing.

    Why? How does this make sense as a good story to tell to your fanbase who loved your first game so much?I understand for some stories, especially in a world like the last of us, characters will die. That's fine. But what was the point in this? We suffer, and these characters we care for suffer, and nothing enjoyable came from that whole experience. Many people dont care for whatever message this game was trying to communicate. It sacrificed too much to try to deliver this message and instead players are angry and hurt and NaughtyDog is going to have to deal with that.

    I'm done talking about it. I'm going to redownload the first game now and experience what made the FIRST last of us great.

    第一部E3首发预告片里爱丽弹着吉他，地上全是尸体，然后乔尔走进来（别说听不出是乔尔，哪怕云个一遍也听得出），询问爱丽，爱丽表示要对某个组织复仇，当时大家都猜测是爱丽的女友或某个亲近的人死了
    然后发售前的一个预告更过分，爱丽经过一系列战斗后，被乔尔从背后抱住说了句“你以为我会丢下你一个人不管吗”这分明是误导大家，乔尔至少活到陪同爱丽一起复仇，当时国外各大主播对这部预告的反应，都是之前毫无波澜，看到乔尔后集体欢呼。结果发售后2小时，玩家们都傻了，于是差评铺天盖地。顽皮狗坐不住了，开始又婊又立，说是为了创新，为了坚持理念而不盲从主流。
    你坚持理念就该一开始在演示里把真实内容放出来，凭实力赚钱，知道自己搞这一出怕销量暴死，就故意在预告片里虚假宣传，靠情怀骗人预购，现在被喷还转移话题，把玩家对剧情和虚假宣传的不满归结于“种族主义”“恐同”，试图用ZZZQ的大棒堵玩家的嘴，简直无耻下作    … Expand

    Volete le motivazioni di chi pur amando il franchise ritiene parte due una schifezza immonda ? Nel primo vediamo che Joel si accorse di un imboscata subito, era un uomo con esperienza, un uomo con la puzza sotto al naso, nella parte due ? Trasformato in un fessacchiotto. Parliamo dei muscoli di abby, una donna al naturale é impossibile possa mettere tutta quella massa, hanno più o meno il 25% di massa muscolare in meno di un uomo, abby si dopa ? Per non parlare del nonsense del finale di Ellie, dopo aver ucciso quasi tutti si ferma, gemità, un finale pessimo, da giocatore mi sono sentito vuoto e inutile, soprattutto dopo aver visto come si era ridotta per non essere riuscita a vendicare Joel.
    Poi quando Ellie accusa Joel per averla salvata, perché la nostra cara dopo aver saputo la verità non si é offerta a qualche dottore di sua spontanea volontà? Buchi di trama grandi come una casa .
    É inutile poi farci giocare per ben 11 ore nei panni di abby per farci in qualche modo piacere il suo personaggio, noi siamo Joel, la sua storia é la nostra storia, Joel é il personaggio principale del primo, Abby? Resta un nemico, nonostante ripercorra le gesta del nostro Joel, entrambi dei mostri, si, ma un mostro eravamo noi l'altro mostro? É Abby, Ci ha ucciso, ha ucciso la nostra storia, la storia di parte 1. Impossibile amare quel personaggio, impossibile.

    Sadly with all the great game mechanics and beautiful graphics, it really gets overshadowed by the story line that feels messy. The first hour really felt disappointing the way Joel and Ellie was used, by you get to Abby, it just feels like you're just going through the motions. I don't have much of a reason to care for Abby. but whatever.

    While the AI is amazing, the graphics and sounds are nothing short of a technical achievement, and the game is very cinematic, this is completely ruined by: being forced to kill a dog when we were told we wouldn't have to, bad story, and bad writing, and incomprehensible reasons and situations that led up to the death of Joel AT THE START of the game.

    I want my Money back. The one Score Rating is basically for the gameplay as the first game. Which was good but nothing new. Story was just way to random and a lot of things didnt even make sense.

    The main problem is the story:

    The first game had great graphics and an amazingly strong story: it was fairly predictable and simple in the end but they managed to delivered us some unforgettable moments between the characters and the harsh reality of a post-apocalyptic world. There was no plot-holes nor moments where any action by the characters wasn't justified.

    In Part II, they forgot all of it. Too many unjustified actions by the main characters: they behave very differently compared to the first game, even "experienced" characters that were present in the first game seem to know nothing about how the Last of Us world works (rational vs emotional). Lots of plot-holes and the dangers presented in the post-apocalyptic world sometimes seem that they don't exist.

    If I had to explain the story to someone that never heard of Last of Us I would say that the story is " a college project where 5 people wrote each part and in the end they tried to glue everything together".

    Also it makes no sense for us to play at least 10 hours as the "villain" and even fight the main-character. I understood why: they wanted us to form a connection with the villain and give us the backstory and his/hers motivation. But the "villain" is a rigid and unempathetic character. Too stiff and afraid of everything. Like many people I was unable to have any affection.

    It was so bad. It's like you picking up your favorite team in FIFA and the game forces you to play against it.

    Also the gameplay is 75% equal to the first game. The default difficulty is too easy imo. You'll get bored fast especially if you played the first game    … Expand

The game undoubtedly hooked me and settled in my heart, and the news of the sequel made me just tremble. I was impatient to see the old characters after many years, to find out what became of them and what path they went through. And I got it all in the second part.
    From the first sight, the first sound, you feel the love of the creators. You look at Joel, Tommy, and Ellie, and you remember how the journey was made. However, this path was a stumbling block. When you finished the first part, did you have any questions? Did Joel do the right thing? As a father, Yes, but as a person on whom the survival of the species depends? Many people looked at what was happening through the prism of the fact that they were killing simple bots, but after all, in the essence of the story itself, there were the same people trying to survive in that disgusting world. And as we see, there are no actions that have passed without a trace. I didn't see any spoilers, but I suspected that something would happen to Joel either off-screen or in-frame. The story just isn’t good and it tries too hard to make you feel sorry for people that you immediately don’t want to feel sorry for.     BUT exactly this is what makes this game so unique. The Problem is that we as Players love Ellie and Joel so much and identify with then that we are Not able to see things from an objektive point of view. Think about it..what makes joel and elli better then abby and there friend, or all the people they killed during their journey?
    This game wants the Player to see things from a hole different perspective and exactly this is the method to Show us the brutal world of the last of us.
    It hurts to be honest but on the other side its what makes this game so damn realistic.

    I loved the first LOU game and can definitely say it is masterpiece. The characters were great, the story was great. Overall it was one of the best zombie survival games i have ever played. When i saw they were making a new one i was so hyped, but im disappointed with Naughty Dog. The LOU 2 is not a Masterpiece (Critics please stop sucking Neil Druckmans dick and saying this game can compete with the first one because it cant.) It has its good moment (the flashbacks) and some parts are fun. But it does so many things wrong. First of all Joel dies in the first mission (WTF) im not angry about him dying, its the way he dies (Joel the alpha male who travelled across half the US, slaying hordes of clickers and hunters and then fighting his way through hospital filled with heavily armoured Fireflies all the while protecting a young Ellie is taken down by a golf club.) So stupid. Then you are forced to play as his killer and experience why she wanted to kill him, no one gives a **** about her. Im pretty sure the first thing everyone did with Abby is kill her using a pipe bomb just to redeem the game a little more! Then the ending...so you (Ellie) kill everyone involved in Joels killing in brutal ways. But as soon as you get to the person who actually did the deed, your like "eh, i cbb to kill you so ill just let you go and get no revenge whatsoever" This discount Greta Thunburg gets away with killing one of the most beloved characters in the series. wtf is this.

They use a random character as the antagonist, someone who we never see or hear about from the first game, but suddenly has an in depth back story, and just appears then kills Joel after the first hour. It's all in an effort to make you feel bad for the antagonist and try to make you switch sides as you go through the game.     Como fan de TLOU solo puedo sentirme decepcionado. Y enfadado.

    Para mí es un CERO. Un cero porque ha tirado por tierra todas mi ilusiones acumuladas desde el anuncio del juego. Un cero porque la experiencia jugando ha sido desagradable en todos los aspectos narrativos. No he disfrutado del juego. Ni tampoco de la historia. Un juego creado para contentar a los "colectivos" reivindicativos populares. Pero un juego no debería politizarse. Para la cruda realidad ya tenemos la vida misma.

    +5 años esperando la secuela y cuando te la dan te la destrozan al inicio mismo del juego, obligándote a jugar con un personaje odiado y ofreciéndote un final insatisfactorio. Podrían haber hecho un juego digno con SpinOffs, pero no, han tenido que destrozar los personajes más queridos en favor de las críticas politizadas. No hay más que ver las críticas de la prensa "especializada" en comparación con las críticas de los usuarios. Al principio pensé que dichas críticas negativas se debían a "Fanáticos" que querían reventar la nota, ya que con tan poco tiempo era imposible valorar el juego. Pero me equivoqué. Con 2 horas de juego ya puedes calificarlo con un suspenso si eres de los que adoraban los personajes de la primera parte. El juego tiene una historia sublime, sí, digno de película "bla bla bla", pero ya te puedes ir olvidando de disfrutar de todos tus personajes preferidos de la primera parte. TODOS.     Además me siento ESTAFADO, ya que en los trailers te engañan para que pienses que vas a jugar con unos personajes y luego descubres que en el juego esas mismas escenas tiene los personajes cambiados. Me he comprado un juego que tiene publicidad engañosa y eso debería ser penado legalmente para que no se repita en el futuro.

    70€ tirados a la basura. Para mi TLOU2 no existe. La historia termina en el final de TLOU1.

    -Characters made stupid for plot convenience.
    -False advertising in trailers.
    -Unsatisfying ending that makes everything that happened in the story worthless.
    -Playing as a character that the game makes you hate for like 10 hours.
    -Killing loved characters from the first game illogically for shock value.
    -Most of the game is a walking simulator with cringy dialogue.
    -Uncomfortable Cut scenes that get shoved down your throat to remind you of the character's sexuality.
    -Fans waited 7 years to play as a character that was killed in the first 2 hours

En la primera hora de juego matan al protagonista de la entrega, por un personaje metido con calzador del que más tarde hablaremos. La parte de Ellie, desde mi punto de vista, tiene momentos tanto buenos como malos, siendo en su mayoría buenos. Hasta que llegamos al final del juego donde todo lo bueno se pierde en una decisión estúpida. Has recorrido medio país, no solo para no completar la venganza, si no que has terminado peor de como empezaste. Has matado ha todo dios excepto a la persona a la que juraste matar?? WTF??? Me estas diciendo que en el último puto momento y después de haber matado a 50.000 personas perdonas la vida a la única que querías matar?? Bueno ahora pasemos a la parte de Terminator, por que es lo que es Abby. El juego pasa de narrarte una historia post-apocalíptica, hasta cierto punto intentando reflejar la realidad, ha jugar, durante 1/3 del juego, con un personaje al que odias desde la primera hora como es Abby, la Superwoman. Un personaje, que no siendo inmune como Ellie a la infección, se lía a hostias con todo dios, humanos, infectados,... Es un personaje, que aun intentando vendernos que es bueno, sus propios amigos, véase Mel cuándo la dice que no vaya con ellos a Santa Bárbara, la describen como mala persona. Pues bien, este personaje puede no solo completar su venganza matando a Joel, si no que además es capaz de sobrevivir a todos y todo. El juego te vende que la venganza es mala pero solo para Ellie, por que bien que Abby puede cargarse a todo dios y seguir como si nada. Quiero hacer especial énfasis en el final del juego, Abby y el niño llevan días, semanas? atados a un poste en la playa, bien pues nada más bajarse puede realizar una pelea a muerte, con mil cortes, perforaciones, contusiones,.. incluso está durante 1 min debajo del agua, hola?? infecciones, deshidratación, falta de oxígeno,...??? Nada puede con nuestra Terminator.... Y aún me venderán, dentro de un tiempo, una expansión con estos 2... Como cargarse una entrega tan buena como el primero haciendo tan terrible historia..

    Respecto al review bombing, no puedo hablar por los demás pero por mi parte no tengo ningún problema en la inclusión de personajes LGTBI, creo que de hecho es bastante bueno para normalizar el tema y que gente poco tolerante aprenda a simpatizar más. Además en este juego no interfiere en la historia por lo que no entiendo las críticas.

    Por mi parte he puesto el juego a la venta.

    Por favor Sony no quites el formato físico, te salva de recuperar el dinero invertido en tan terribles juegos como este.

    Now the for controversy. Is the story as good as the first game? No, I don't think it is. The writers decided to go in a new direction (which I applaud), but the landing wasn't as perfect. But I still think it's a great story, easily one of the best I've seen on the PS4. Now that's my opinion from playing the game. And as you've seen, enough people think otherwise.

    But the point is that you have to play it to make a decision for yourself. I bought the game know many people hated it, but I still was willing to give it a chance. And I'm happy that I did so.

    Gameplay: 6/10 very similar to the first game, long and repetitive. For 2-3 hours of play, 2 minutes of story. Much of the second half of the game gets boring.

    Story: 4/10 Classic revenge story that you can find in any movie with a lot of plot holes. That the game forces you to play with the antagonist for 10 hours, seems to me the worst possible decision. When you play with an antagonist you have to have some connection with that character and empathize with her, and that is impossible since she has killed the best video game character in the first hours of the game.

However, parts of the story were lacking to me and certain parts just seem tedious because of the constant flashbacks from two different characters. Believe it or not I went into this game spoiler free and had no idea of what was going to happen. I will say that during the confrontation between Abby and Ellie, I felt pretty angry that I had to play as Abby and I assumed the worst. I would just look away from the screen and tap the square button just forcing the inevitable. Surprisingly they didnt kill Ellie off there and dragged on. At the end they decide not to complete the quest that the entire game leads up to! Leaving the fan base empty handed on theyre blood thirst for revenge. 5 out of 10 from me. Poor poor storytelling which is what made this "franchise" popular in the place. The gameplay is monotonous and repetitive after a while.     Well, compared to the first part, the game is bottom to bottom. In the first part, we played for Joel and watched his relationship with Ellie, this was the highlight of the game. It’s enough to recall how Joel treated her calmly at the beginning and what sacrifices he went to at the end.
    No matter how much the Cicada assured us, there was no guarantee that Ellie's death would help in creating the medicine, because they already had patients with similar immunity. So there was no point in leaving Ellie for an autopsy.
    In the second part, they show us Joel, an idiot who could not tell during Ellie’s hysteria how dear to him she was and tell her that the Cicadas had deceived her about the vaccine ... Yes, maybe the first time he couldn’t explain of this, but it was necessary to try more ...
    Also, the minus of the game is LGBT propaganda, a dumb story about revenge, if Ellie killed so many people, then she could have killed this pumped-over transgender man ...

    Чтож, по сравнению с первой частью игра дно дна.В первой части мы играли за Джоуэля и наблюдали за его отношением с Элли,это и была изюминка игры.Достаточно вспомнить как Джоуэль к ней хладнокровно относился в начале и на какие жерты пошёл в конце.
    Как бы нас не уверяли Цикады,не было гарантии что смерть Элли поможет в создании лекарства ,ибо у них уже были пациэнты с подобным иммунитетом. Поэтому не было смысла оставлять Элли на вскрытие.
    Во второй же части нам показывают Джоуэля,каким-то идиотом,который не смог сказать во время истерики Элли,насколько она ему дорога и рассказать ей ,что Цикады её обманули,насчёт вакцины...Да,возможно с первого раза не удалось бы объяснить этого ,но нужно было стараться больше...
    Также минусом игры есть пропаганда ЛГБТ ,тупой сюжет про месть,если Элли убила столько людей,то она бы уже могла прикончить этого перекаченого мужика трансгендера...
    Так как дела сначала нужно было закончить и потом уже плакать и вспоминать Джоуэля...
    Видимо ,как только Дракмана покинул второй сценарист первой части игры,то он начал писать всякий бред в сценарий,жалко что столько лет разработки игры слито в трубу...    … Expand

    I played TLOU 1 on ps3 but..... this one, i didn't like the characters development and the forced homosexuality in the game. I feel like it's way unrealistic and very forced

    Gameplay was great, loved that they added the dodge and prone actions. However the story and forced agendas ruined it all for me. False advertisement in the trailer was a shame indeed, for all of us who waited seven years.

Imagine waiting 7 years to not play as ellie for more than half of the game, False advertising Joel being in the game more when he gets killed off not even 2 hours in AND his killer gets to walk free after killing hundreds to get to her. AND They want us to “sympathize” with Abby??? No. The way the story is and ends doesn’t sit right with me. No closure at all and leaves you with so many questions. This is exactly how to ruin a perfect game with a **** sequel. If they make part 3 it’s gonna be a disaster. HOWEVER, The game mechanics and the universe are perfect but they should’ve worked more on putting that storyline together that actually made sense than worrying about perfect graphics and game mechanics because people are playing for THE STORY after all.… Expand

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then...
