    I'm surprised by how I didn't like this game as much as I thought I would. I haven't completed it yet, but what I have played so far is still good, at times great even. But as linear and straight foreward as it is, it gets a little boring when I meet a road block and have to solve a puzzle that I am too dumb to solve. I fully acknowledge this is a me thing, I just didn't enjoy these partsI'm surprised by how I didn't like this game as much as I thought I would. I haven't completed it yet, but what I have played so far is still good, at times great even. But as linear and straight foreward as it is, it gets a little boring when I meet a road block and have to solve a puzzle that I am too dumb to solve. I fully acknowledge this is a me thing, I just didn't enjoy these parts of the game. There is a portion where your traveling through a dark fairy hall with no light and you need to find your way across, and it's really frustrating to solve because anytime you think you've found the answer, like hurling your axe at a crank, you realize that's not it.

    I will say that, if there's one thing that saves this game from being stale to me, the combat is the most satisfying of any game I've played. It's super fun to hurl an axe at enemies with light and heavy combo's, and I can only imagine how fun it'd be with the blades of chaos.

    So far, it's still a fun game, and I do think a lot of good things are here!    … Expand

    Sem palavras, gráfico, história, gameplay(que apesar de eu achar meio confusa, e bem diferente dos outros gow's) mto boa bem fluida. Sensacional, na espera pelo próximo gow.

    Дико красивая. Местами фан сервис культуры северных германцев затягивать начинает. но эти постоянные отношения не к месту. Сюжет на уровне фолычей от беседки. Но наполнение мира при этом отсутствует в сравнении с игрми беседки Просто скучная игра. За исключением боевых постановочных сцен.

    Great game. It's hard to choose which one is better, this one or the first one, each game has its pros and cons being this one a complete different genera.

    Note: DO NOT attempt to go after the Valkyries in God mode without the high end armour in hard mode first, I repeat DO NOT attempt to go after the Valkyries. This is not because of the difficulty of the game but because of the nasty    Great game. It's hard to choose which one is better, this one or the first one, each game has its pros and cons being this one a complete different genera.

    Note: DO NOT attempt to go after the Valkyries in God mode without the high end armour in hard mode first, I repeat DO NOT attempt to go after the Valkyries. This is not because of the difficulty of the game but because of the nasty bugs in it, thus playing in God mode difficulty plus the nasty bugs it will turn the game in a very frustrating experience and you will never be able to complete it.

    There are some horrible bugs, like healing, resurrecting stones and chests that don't get triggered, enemies that float across the place defying all the laws of physics to get you, or Kratos getting stuck in a single position despite pushing every button in the controller to make change/move in a middle of a boss battle.

    Despite all of that it's still a great game and if you follow my advice at the beginning you should get a great experience.    … Expand

    One of, if not the, best games I have ever played. Everything is crafted to perfection with interesting characters and plots, enthralling landscapes and the best weapons I have ever used in a video game. Fully utilizing the PS4 to it's maximum capabilities, God of War captivates and truly cements its place as one of the greatest PS4 games ever made.

    God of War ruined all other video games for me (for at least a little while). In every aspect of a game's experience, GoW excelled.
    - Gameplay: Incredible
    - Story / Character Development: Outstanding - Soundtrack / Visuals: Awe-Inspiring I can't think of anything negative to say about this game so I will leave it here, if you have written off this game due to the sexual indulgences    God of War ruined all other video games for me (for at least a little while). In every aspect of a game's experience, GoW excelled.

    An Incredible tale of a Father and Son. Kratos is a mature and developed character with his own motives, and Atreus is a fantastic deuteragonist with some depth, that enhances the story of the game. I love how they changed the gameplay mechanics from the previous games, the game feels more realistic and grounded, while keeping the amount of action a God of War games needs. There is so muchAn Incredible tale of a Father and Son. Kratos is a mature and developed character with his own motives, and Atreus is a fantastic deuteragonist with some depth, that enhances the story of the game. I love how they changed the gameplay mechanics from the previous games, the game feels more realistic and grounded, while keeping the amount of action a God of War games needs.     Good game but not the best in the franchise. Not as many epic battles as previous games and repetitive enemies. Some level design could have been better. Also I am so sick of playing games based on a huge jungle. Norse mythology has much more than that. You can enjoy but don't expect an unforgettable experience.

    Otro de esos juegos que no puede faltar en nuestra lista de favoritos, una resurrección de un "anti-héroe" como es llamado, de alta calidad, obviamente hablamos de Kratos.

    God of War es un juego simplemente perfecto o casi perfecto, lo principal, su historia, como es contada y su desenlace es exquisito, los personajes con los que te encuentras, perfectamente sacados de la mitología    Otro de esos juegos que no puede faltar en nuestra lista de favoritos, una resurrección de un "anti-héroe" como es llamado, de alta calidad, obviamente hablamos de Kratos.

    God of War es un juego simplemente perfecto o casi perfecto, lo principal, su historia, como es contada y su desenlace es exquisito, los personajes con los que te encuentras, perfectamente sacados de la mitología nórdica y correctamente diseñados hacen que el juego sea maravilloso para lo amantes de las historias Vikingas.

    Mecánicas y gameplay son excelentes, los movimientos de Kratos son brutales y viscerales y eso sumado a los script, lo hacen bastante cinematográfico y espectacular y eso se agradece.

    La banda sonora no la podemos olvidar, es de una calidad tremenda y bien usada durante el desarrollo de la historia.

    La dificultad esta muy bien equilibrada, el desarrollo del personaje va acorde y ese ingrediente RPG para mejorar nuestras habilidades es bastante completo.

    A diferencia de los anteriores God of War, no es un juego netamente lineal, sus misiones secundarias son bastante buenas y divertidas y quizás necesarias para mejorar a Kratos.

    Un juego redondo que debe estar en tu vitrina de videojuegos y que claramente debes jugar.    … Expand

    It's a masterpiece, the continuation that fans deserves!!!! Must Buy, must play, you will love this game for sure. Kratos is one of the best protagonists ever, He carries the Playstation icon in the bag. Hope for a sequel soon, thank you Cory balrog for bring this masterpiece to us.

    La dificultad y la progresión están muy bien medidas y planteadas,
    Todo el tema del plano secuencia, la cinematografía es espectacular, el movimiento, las animaciones, lo visceral que es, está todo tan bien hecho que es una maravilla.
    Los personajes secundarios, las tramas secundarias, los giritos para contar la historia de Kratos, y bueno, el giro final es espectacular. Cosas buenas:    La dificultad y la progresión están muy bien medidas y planteadas,
    Todo el tema del plano secuencia, la cinematografía es espectacular, el movimiento, las animaciones, lo visceral que es, está todo tan bien hecho que es una maravilla.
    Los personajes secundarios, las tramas secundarias, los giritos para contar la historia de Kratos, y bueno, el giro final es espectacular.
    Cosas buenas: el combate, la violencia que desprende, la ambientación mitológica, todo lo técnico, y cómo no, la historia.

    Great reinvention of the franchise. Combat is smooth and satisfying. Probably the best acting I've seen in a video game. Things lacking were enemy variety and reskin enemies were very apparent. The games scripted moments were a bit too often for my liking forcing you to walk a section or climbing/jumping areas that had no point due to it all being scripted so there is no failure. TheGreat reinvention of the franchise. Combat is smooth and satisfying. Probably the best acting I've seen in a video game. Things lacking were enemy variety and reskin enemies were very apparent. The games scripted moments were a bit too often for my liking forcing you to walk a section or climbing/jumping areas that had no point due to it all being scripted so there is no failure.     I couldn't put the controller down because of how immersive the story is. Characters have depth and each brings his/her own flair to the story. Any great game gets you emotionally invested in its characters and story. This one does it in spades. Well done SMS and the GoW team.

    its a beautiful game but there is little to no difference in the story after the first boss fight

    Esse jogo, apesar de ter mudado bastante em relação à trilogia clássica, ainda consegue ser um dos melhores exclusivos da Sony! Os gráficos são bonitos, os personagens são carismáticos, a ambientação e a trilha sonora são impecáveis. O que poderia melhorar é a jogabilidade, que eu achei bastante trunkada, mas de resto tá de parabéns! Esse jogo é indispensável para qualquer um que tenha umEsse jogo, apesar de ter mudado bastante em relação à trilogia clássica, ainda consegue ser um dos melhores exclusivos da Sony! Os gráficos são bonitos, os personagens são carismáticos, a ambientação e a trilha sonora são impecáveis. They created one of the defining titles of the current generation and a technical marvel whose stunning beauty in motion words cannot describe. And there’s one more thing. Barlog’s touching reaction to his masterpiece’s scores shows that even in the world of huge budgets, micropayments, loot boxes and sales forecasts there still is a place for artists who pour their hearts into their work.
