    Excruciatingly long introduction with unskippable cutscenes, then onto boring and repetitive "kill wave after wave of enemies" missions and world events. Combat is atrocious when you're not fighting the camera (which is most of the time) and the whole standoff gimmick seems completely pointless - it adds nothing.

    Wow!! Just wow!! What an amazing experience. I am currently playing the game and i am highly addicted to it. I can't stop playing it. I played through most of the side quest I haven't even touched the story quest yet and i am truly amazed. The gameplay is so smooth and fun. There are many things to discover and learn. New techniques, new armour, upgrading your tool and much much more.Wow!! Just wow!! What an amazing experience. I am currently playing the game and i am highly addicted to it. I can't stop playing it. I played through most of the side quest I haven't even touched the story quest yet and i am truly amazed. The gameplay is so smooth and fun. There are many things to discover and learn. New techniques, new armour, upgrading your tool and much much more. Those with negative reviews did not play the game!!     I love this game.Combat system is amazing,open world-BRILLIANT,one of the best one worlds.Ending is also very good.1v1 duels are very well made,progress system also.Jin is very well written character and oh boy,Kenji is THE BEST.
    Beautiful music.Great game,worth to play.

    Creative and inspired masterpiece. The atmosphere the game creates is breathtaking and the story is amazing but you have to play it with japanese audio (+ english subtitles) in order to catch all of its magic trust me. Graphics and visuals are outstanding. The story, the dialogues and the well written characters are so deep, emotional and meaningful - this is not your average killing game.Creative and inspired masterpiece.     I have had this game for a while now and it did not disappoint. This is my first platinum trophy and getting it was pretty fun. Its a really good game, the story is decent, the visuals are amazing (i played on ps4) the combat is also very nice and i liked the exploration, pretty diverse, fun and interesting places. The character customization is also decent, being pretty rewarding to do aI have had this game for a while now and it did not disappoint. This is my first platinum trophy and getting it was pretty fun. The character customization is also decent, being pretty rewarding to do a lot of side quests. Personally, I like the exploration map a lot simple but it has everything you need (apart from minor collectibles) but there are a few spots in the map that you can't go to freely because of the story but that is pretty rare.So if you don't have anything to spend some money on I would recommend this game.… Expand

If they can’t watch a 20-hour cutscene and they have to actually think at all, then they hate the game. Anyone comparing this to Assassin’s Creed should have their head examined and their mouth slapped.

It’s a beautiful game with a compelling story, good characters, responsive combat, great character development and an beautiful world to traverse. It is set in the 13th century, so I’m not sure what people think they will find in the world. And as long as we are trying to say the world and locations in this game are boring, then I can say the same thing about Elden Ring. I’m literally dumbfounded at the 83 Metacritic. I’m not, however, surprised at the low user scores. Afterall, people are idiots…    … Expand

    Open world abbastanza classico, con uno stile grafico molto ispirato con paesaggi davvero d'impatto.
    Gameplay e sistema di combattimento molto valido, vario e tecnico, pieno di approcci e soluzioni diverse.
    Trama molto lineare, forse anche troppo.
    Longevo e con un livello di difficoltà ben calibrato.
    Non un capolavoro, ma un titolo solidissimo.

    It's a good game but too much of it is a slightly better version of a modern AC game. World is empty and lifeless. You only have like 5 different enemy types. Side quests are ok but repeatable . Other side activities are taken straight from a Ubisoft modern open world game so they are really bad.     Dividindo o jogo em partes relevantes:

    - Gráficos: os gráficos são excelentes na plataforma PlayStation 4 base. As texturas são suaves, quase não se nota cerrilhados em partes mais distantes do cenário. O Draw Distance é ótimo, com renderização do que é mais importante ao longe, sem tanta perda de detalhes. - Desempenho: o desempenho no PlayStation 4 base se apresentou primoroso    Dividindo o jogo em partes relevantes:

    - Gráficos: os gráficos são excelentes na plataforma PlayStation 4 base. As texturas são suaves, quase não se nota cerrilhados em partes mais distantes do cenário. O Draw Distance é ótimo, com renderização do que é mais importante ao longe, sem tanta perda de detalhes.

    - Desempenho: o desempenho no PlayStation 4 base se apresentou primoroso rodando numa faixa de 30fps quase que cravados, com pouquíssimas quedas para algo em torno de 29fps.

    - História: a história se desenvolve de maneira suave e possui aprofundamento que provê imersão.
    - Cultura: mesmo feito por uma turma do Ocidente, o aprofundamento da cultura Oriental é incrível! Em cada artefato, colecionável e itens que se pode coletar no jogo você aprende sobre a história do japão, sobre os mongóis e os conflitos da era Xogunato.

    Minhas considerações finais são de que o título possui tudo que um videogame precisa, diversão, profundidade e muitas horas de jogatina se você resolver platinar (o que super-recomendo)!    … Expand

    Visually it's really nice, the gameplay works well (althought it gets really boring after a while). But I did not enjoy my time with it. Everything is bleak and depressing. And at the end of the day, enjoying it is the most important part.

    This was the best game of 2020. It also has some of the best sword fighting mechanics I have ever seen. Don't Get me started on the story about a saimiri giving up everting to save his people and losing his farther as well such a amazingly told game OMG.

Game that they have tried to copy in this sense with very little success. Only except for the technical section and history. For that reason alone, he finished it for me, and with great difficulty.     I rarely give games 10/10 but this one completely earned it. The game did so many things correctly i thought was impossible when i first picked up the game. The combat is extremely engaging and never felt repetitive to me. You have 4 different sword stance styles that all functions differently based on situations. You could also liberate enemy bases to give those peasants a new home. The characters in this game are also very well written. The side quests also has a lot of meaning to them but some of them are very similar to each other but it was still fun doing them so it wasn’t that bad. I never expected this game to give you so many armor sets and tools to allow you to decide how you want to play. There are armor sets that boost things like stealth, melee damage, or make your other weapons stronger. I definitely recommend this game.… Expand

    this one i was expecting to be a soulless boring game and was super surprised to see how good it is. solid gameplay, beautiful as hell, full of different side quests and mini games.

    My goodness, if it wasn't for Sonys stellar 1st party titles like Ghost of Tsushima I'd have already stopped gaming. Visual presentation is phenomenal for an open world game, with richly detailed environments peppered with things to do and enemies to fight. Not too much, but not tool little.     Combat mechanics and encounters are literal perfection allowing the player to alternate between Assassins Creed style stealth or open combat initiated in a "Samurai standoff". 4 separate, easy to switch between stances for each enemy type can be earned and in combination with dodge and parry mechanics allow the player to effortlessly engage anything (and any number of enemies) the game throws at you.

    Upgrades are integrated into the world via hot springs, bamboo "strikes" and several others lending to the immersion and are intuitive and easy to understand. The map is regularly updated with waypoints and points of interest (ie, the game respects your time)

    Armor sets, sword sets, dyes, upgrade trees for weapons, armor and all skills round out one of the most feature complete and polished games ever made. Modern and polished, fast paced and tight, rewarding combat. You will absolutely immerse into the world and feel like an unstoppable samurai by the end of the game.

    The best samurai game in a long time and a great fun for all, who love action. Love for Japan and its history is a big plus, but its knowledge is not necessary to enjoy every minute of this beautiful game. [Issue#305]

    Ghost of Tsushima is a flawed, but fun, game. While the gameplay itself was solid, and the story was decent, I definitely expected a lot more from Sony’s final PlayStation 4 exclusive. It had enough to keep me hooked, but lacked the polish we’ve all grown to love from a Sony first party game.

    Ultimately, it feels like the game could have benefited from a smaller scope or a more linear structure. Focus on the duels could have created a more engrossing product, especially if it honed in on the narrative for a more concise and cinematic experience. But as it stands, Ghost of Tsushima is another AAA open world title and doesn’t seek to define itself as anything other than that.
