    The graphics quality and its optimization on console are incredible. Although the pace of the story feels like it should, the final sequence feels like it needs to be kept long, especially in some different outcomes.     Honestly people crap on this game way too much, yes David Cage sucks, Heavy Rain was cheesy and overly dramatic. This game however is god damn incredible, can we just appreciate those graphics! I could only imagine what this game would look like if it was made on ps5.     Ignore the hate-reviews with a personal agenda against David Cage, there is no way in h*ll that this game is a 4/10. Not even Mighty Number 9 is a 4/10 lol. The story and writing in Detroit is good enough for a game (I loved it personally) and probably better than the story in 9

    Solid 10/10 for me. Amazing story with many different endings so it is never boring playing through it again. Game is a must play. The graphics are add to the game and playing with characters that all come from different places. And it also felt real due to electronics slowly replacing everything nowadays.

    What amazed me about Detroit Become Human was just how nuanced it was for its time. The game is beautiful and the locations are always different and refreshing, apart from a few scenes in the Marcus storyline which felt unusually unpleasant. Generally, it's a good story that works with its choice-based narrative, even if clunky at certain points.
    I found the contrivances people showed    What amazed me about Detroit Become Human was just how nuanced it was for its time. Generally, it's a good story that works with its choice-based narrative, even if clunky at certain points.
    I found the contrivances people showed with its social-political message to be slightly clouded because it was able to capture those events it's based on to an impressive degree with never any hint of inexperience or hidden motive. The sheer amount of endings and different possible scenes we can get from Detroit is honestly impressive even for today's standards and it tackles the point-and-click adventure genre with much more complexity than everything else on the market for its time and today. With the immense amount of different endings and interactions we can find with these characters, its story feels more reflective on you than any other game of its kind.
    The messages regarding family and compassion were heartwarming and admirable. This is a game I believe all gamers should play at least once for its message and narrative which impressed me greatly regardless of its shortcomings in certain aspects of its characters and ideas.    … Expand

    For context, I love this type of "choose your own movie" game. This is one of few games in the genre where your choices DO actually matter. Sure, the gameplay isn't super involved. But what it lacks in high-octane button mashing, it more than makes up for with some of the best written characters in gaming.     The game met my expectations. It correctly touches on the subject of androids as members of society. It puts emotional pressure on the player for his decisions. The game has a wide base of solutions, options and endings. It does not have an open world, but the content that the creators leave us in specific locations is extremely sufficient. I recommend, it's worth it.

The animation and motion capture are so realistic that at time is feels creepy. The story didn’t end as well as I hope (happy ending) but it did end in a realistic way.     Estamos ante uno de los mejores juegos de toma de decisiones que existen en la industria, (yo la verdad soy bien fanático de este tipo de juegos jaja) tanto sus personajes como la historia cuentan con un muy buen desarrollo los cuales te llegan a cautivar y a empatizar con los mismos.     Okay this title surprised me. Initially I found the controls a but clumsy as I just jumped from a FPS but then started to enjoy the game immensely. It's more of an interactive story.
    I feel this is not so much fantasy but where we are heading.
    Graphics are great, characters and story are compelling and emotive. A pleasant change.

    Un juego lleno de innovación, con una historia muy emotiva con "3 puntos de vista" que llevan a el final del videojuego con una trama impresionante con la posibilidad de poder decidir el futuro de tu partida.
    Eso es lo que mas me gusta, poder decidir el final y todas las acciones que tomas, básicamente como la vida real.

    Eso es lo que mas me gusta, poder decidir el final y todas las acciones que tomas, básicamente como la vida real.

    Es un juego muy divertido, con una historia impresionante, con gráficos asombrosos, historia emocionante la gran mayoría del tiempo, no es un juego muy largo pero creo que es de la duración indicada, porque este juego es muy rejugable, al tener muchos finales y decisiones que tomar es como si jugaras otro juego prácticamente nuevo.

    Este juego supero mis expectativas y creo que toda persona lo debería jugar porque este juego también te da una lección como ser humano... (no quiero hacer spoiler)

    This is one of the best pieces of branching narrative I have ever experienced. The story and different paths are top-notch. That said, if good gameplay is a must, then I'd skip this. There isn't much of that here. This game is everything it appears to be delivered at a high quality rate. If you want a branching narrative game, I couldn't recommend this more.

Changing from one character to the next kept things interesting, and I liked how each one had a unique objective and personality. To see the various endings for each character, this game offers a high amount of replay value.

    Very immersive world, full of plot twists and unexpected happenings. Learn how to deal with your consequences. I got the bad ending and i was very bummed about that,so i will play it again for sure. Great storytelling.

    This is the most touching game I have ever played, topping Halo: Reach. I shivered while playing Cara's story which tops any other medium such as audio, movie, etc. As a person that has faced such things like all of the 3, I call this game the best in its genre, possibly in the platform as a whole.

    I've never liked a choice based game due to the tedious process, no clear impact on your choices and no action at all but not for this game. This game create way more impactful choices as you can see it right away the cause of your choices.     The story is surprisingly engaging for me about living as an Android where all of them are treat as a tools but somehow they develop free-will along the way that makes them called deviant. The performance of the Voice Actor is phenomenal. They perfectly represent every emotional and intense situation in the game.

    My personal favorite is the arc of Connor as you can do lot of things like investigation, a lot of action and negotiation for sure.

    My only complaint for this game is about the clarity of your choices which tend leads you to a negative situation without you intended to. For example: The word "determined" in every choices seems like a positive one but if you play the game you know how "determined" always ruined the situation and your relationship with each characters in the game.

    Other than that, it's an amazing game and have a very high replayability as well. Must try.    … Expand

    A parte mais legal dos jogos da quantic dream são as ramificações, e realmente, nesse jogo, pareceu ter muitos caminhos diferentes pra seguir (eu só zerei uma vez, então não sei ao certo).

    The story is one of the best I've played in years and the the option to easily go back and chose a different option make the game incredibly repayable. The graphics are near lifelike and combined with the brilliant music it just make the game feel epic

Auch Detroit Become Human spaltet die Lager wieder entsprechend. Dabei muss man attestieren, dass die lange Produktionszeit des Titels sich für Quantic Dream gelohnt hat. Von den einen als zu melodramatisch und zu wenig Spiel kritisiert, von den anderen für die tolle Inszenierung und bewegenden Inhalte hoch gelobt. Auch Detroit Become Human spaltet die Lager wieder entsprechend. Dabei muss man attestieren, dass die lange Produktionszeit des Titels sich für Quantic Dream gelohnt hat. Mit Detroit liefern sie ihren bisher besten und rundesten Teil ihrer interaktiven Thriller Spiele ab. Gerade auch hinsichtlich der Spielelemente bietet Detroit deutlich mehr Potential als sein Vorgänger wie Heavy Rain oder Beyond two Souls. Die vermutlich aber wesentlichste Weiterentwicklung der Quantic Dream Formel ist aber, dass wir als Spieler nun nach jedem Kapitel der Erzählung einsehen können, welchen Lösungsweg wir gewählt, und welche Alternativen wir möglicherweise verpasst haben. Gerade was den Wiederspielwert bietet Detroit so nochmal ein völlig anderes Potential als seine Vorgänger. Was man aber auch sagen muss, und das trotz der vielen Neuerungen die das Spiel bietet - die Formel von Quantic Dream Spielen geht in Zeiten von The Last of Us oder Death Stranding lange nicht mehr so gut auf, wie noch zur PS3 Ära. Irgendwie erwartet man am Ende doch mehr an Spielelementen. Andere cineastische Spiele bieten dies ja auch. Gerade auch frustige Quicktime Events um ein lineares Video voran zu treiben, das wirkt heute verstaubt und altbacken. Detroit ist vermutlich David Cages bestes Spiel, aber als Spiel kann es heute nicht mehr wirklich mit anderen großen Produktionen konkurrieren.… Expand

    Detroit is one of the best story driven games that i have played in awhile, Connor, Markus, and Kara each have their own mission and objective and you really feel the importance of your choices in each. I’ve only heard good things about it so I gave in and decided to give it a try and I was genuinely impressed with it! The story was interesting, the choices fun, and the acting great. Then suddenly that just changes. The story becomes immensely generic, the choices make no sense to what you chose, and the characters become... well... androids. They have no emotion and you don’t care about any of them. One mission on particular is incredibly embarrassing and hard to play. That is the broadcast mission where out “hero’s” get to go be generic spy’s to get into a broadcast station to state why they should be free. Except the mission makes no sense. Why was there an Android outfit in the bathroom? Who stashed it there? How come nobody saw two androids against the windows of the building full of people? How did they get up the work elevator? How did they get all this spy crap when they have nothing at Jericho? So many things make zero sense and none of your choices matter. There’s also very little direction so you’ll spend most the mission ignoring the controls to figure out where to go. I literally let Simon die because I figured it would let me get out of the mission faster. And because I didn’t even know his name and had zero attachment to him. This mission just to lazy for me. They went for something generic and “cool” and pulled it off so embarrassingly bad. And that’s how the whole end of the game feels. I couldn’t recommend this game to anyone. It just ends up heartless and lazy after the first few hours.… Expand

    The pacing is quite awful in this game in some areas. Some chapters are painfully slow. However the choice variety is excellent. Dialogue is sometimes hit or miss. The overall story and situations the player finds themselves in is pretty great as well.

    I played this game when it came out on ps now in March 2021. And i tried to play it again and i can't lie i couldn't get through it. Horrendous i mean laughably bad acting and poorly written characters manages to rival Beyond Two Souls and Make Heavy Rain look like Shakespeare.

Я не буду говорить о вещах что это самый обычный сюжет про бедных роботов которые являются рабами , я другое хочу сказать . Для меня странно что в сюжете много дыр Роботы почему-то чувствую боль когда их бьют , Конор может стать девиантном за 1 шаг , Алиса является роботом ( это единственный ребёнок робот в игре ) Само первое прохождение игры интересное , я проходил , чтобы детроиты победили . Но тут я получил концовку , что детроиты захватили город и готовы направляться дальше , что завтра будет настоящая битва иииии …. Это конец игры , да , битвы не будет . После этого меня конкретно бомбануло и я такой : « а нах это все » . И в самой игре много дыр из за разных концовок . Мне повезло , ведь я сделал такую историю без дыр , но посмотрев истории других я понял , что мне просто повезло . Хотите купить игру , покупайте , но если вам не повезёт с концовкой , то вы больше не захотите в неё играть… Expand

    Le seul bémol est le gameplay quasi inexistant mail il est de moindre importance sur ce jeu.

    Wow. Detroit Become human is an indescrivible experience. David Cage is a incredible director and the Quantic Dream team is fantastic. Detroit become human has three main characters: Connor, Markus and Kara, all of them are written with an incredible fantasy and accuarcy. The final is very amazing.

    Начну с хорошего.
    Сюжет. Здесь сюжетов, скажем так, три, они идут параллельно и в конце сливаются. Структура канвы тут как во многих играх данного жанра, можно начать гробить всех героев в первые три часа игры, а можно аккуратно прожить с ними и все 35 часов. Все зависит от игрока.
    Скажу также повествование в игре очень эмоциональное.
    Герои мне очень понравились, им начинаешь сопереживать, а это главное в кино. Поэтому совсем не хочется, кого то из них терять. Мне лично больше понравилось играть за детектива Коннора. Так же уровни, даже их части, можно пройти несколько раз, выбрать понравившийся вариант и оставить его как основной.
    Кстати о кино. Из игры получился бы неплохой фильм, тем более что все роли в игре исполняют реальные актёры.
    В игре неплохая графика, а также лицевая анимация выше всех похвал (когда же Bethesda научится в своих рпг так делать).
    Теперь о грустном. В игре просто ужасная камера, будто из какого то Devil May Cryя 2001 года. Иногда просто не понятно, куда идёт персонаж, приходится всё время камеру корректировать с помощью "сканера", крайне не удобно. По той же причине персонаж то и дело затыкается, о какие то невидимые камушки или бугорки, что очень бесит особенно в уровнях на время.
    Так же мне не очень понравилась информативность вариантов ответа персонажей. Иногда персонаж говорит не то, что ты понимаешь под выбранной фразой. Благо можно перепройти уровень.
    К тому же моя консоль так разогрелась, думал что взлетит. Шум заглушал звук телевизора. Но вероятно это только у меня:).

    I like the idea of different passes through the game. It gives me a good impression of true "choices and consequences". The rest (graphics, mechanics, quality) are simply great.

    If there wasn't Blade Runner, this might be considered an ultimate Science Fiction game/movie. Still as it is this is as amazing as gaming gets in my book! So much story, so many choices and even action thrown in for good measure. I played it a few times to get all the endings this has in store for us.     Detroit: Become Human delivers a story with a ton of possible choices, and a lot of questions for a player to bear afterward. If you like it when games make you think about them after you play them, this is the game for you. Stunning visuals and music score, make you forget about some weaker points of the game. But all in all, it is an enjoyable experience you should not miss.

While it’s commendable that Quantic Dream tried to cover hot-button issues in a big-budget video game, it works better when focused on the personal character moments than the bigger themes that don’t dig deep enough to make a meaningful impact.
