Oct 30, 2015There was so little extra content. Not worth $80-100.
It is basically the exact same game with a few extra missions. I had completed the main story arc in less than a day of casual playing. -

Nov 9, 2015A corporate-engineered Skinner Box designed to maximize profits. Engagement and play time are artificially padded by tricks to serve as bragging points in quarterly reports. You costumers get what you deserve. You made this game a success, and fed the arrogance of its developers. Enjoy.

Sep 15, 2015Whilst the new cutscene and area is nice, this DLC is exactly the same as the last ones. Ridiculously overpriced, extremely short on content, boring as hell and grind friendly. Getting to the maximum level is as easy as turning in 8 bounties. The "story" as bungie call it, can be finished in about 2 hours.

Sep 17, 2015Honestly good, but a way too expensive. This is what we were deserving from Destiny D-one release. Now we have to buy it at full price, i feel cheated...

Sep 17, 2015TTK is another low quality money grab from Bungie and Activision. It's barely worth $30 only offering around 3 hours of new story content and then just having you run missions in the same areas over and over and over again. Go buy MGS5.

Sep 21, 2015Standard repetative garbage with bad business model. Die already along with COD, same game wit skinned garbage. Activision are horrific and leach on the stupid

Sep 24, 2015So episodic gaming wherever it went had more hours of gameplay than this. 5-6hours and its retreaded largely over the same locations as before? for $40?! and still no matchmaking? No thanks Bungie. I bought Destiny and the expansions. Those were BS with little content. Theres no story, no cohesion. You've lost me as a customer.
-
Oct 5, 2015Nope - not today Activision.
I bought the original Destiny, and the first expansion. Doesn't work anymore because they want me to pay for the game again for their "DLC with improvements"? **** you Activision. **** you good and hard.
Won't fool me again, I won't be buying your products no matter how much you pay for high ratings. -

Jan 11, 2016yeah don't bother with this game. bungie seems to like giving the players as little content as possible, for as much money as possible. your money is better spent elsewhere.

Sep 26, 2015This game is very boring to me. They story is lacking and so are the characters. The shooting gets repetitive after a bit......................................

Sep 15, 2015Worst game I have ever played. The game is basically a grind-fest and the Taken King does nothing to change that. Basically Bungie has made a few new weapons and a couple new missions and is forcing players to buy it by making all of the existing gear and weapons obsolete.
-
Sep 15, 2015The content is an improvement over that found in the base game of Destiny. Unfortunately you have to buy the game twice to unlock it. Furthermore, Bungie has stripped the original game of what little content it has to force players to pay more money to get back the content they already paid for.

Dec 10, 2015The Taken King shows off Destiny's full potential. This is a must have.
-
LEVEL (Czech Republic)Dec 3, 2015The Taken King addition corrects majority of errors that Destiny had from the beginning and finally brings a larger portion of the story and lot of new content to explore. [Issue#258]

Nov 16, 2015For the first time, Destiny feels like it’s complete. It’s not perfect, far from it in fact, and I still can’t entirely disagree when they speak of the package itself as bad. But I’ve also been unable to put it down for the past month I’ve played it.
