    In 2012 cyberpunk was announced before the PS4 was even available for purchase in November 2013. Therefore, the argument does not work, it has only been programmed for Nextgen consoles.

    It's a disaster and, after 8 years of waiting, a disappointment. Yes it is a scam and I want my money back rightly. So far I have not received any feedback.

    Its basically a scam. Not just the graphic & performance issues, but there are many features that cut from the game. Stupid AI, lifeless city, weak rpg element.

    Just refund the game if you can.

    Constant bugs take you out of any semblance of immersion. The driving mechanics are terrible, the combat is "ok", the performance is terrible and the overall experience is forgettable.

    Do not buy this game is horrible. The story is dragged out a bit, and side quests are pretty good. However, this game crashed 46 times in my playthrough! There are so many technical issues. I also played on PC which is not much better. If you have the option to play on PC, play on PC, however, this game is mediocre even without the game-breaking bugs.

    I have been waiting for this game for 9 years and I’m extremely disappointed. Too many bugs for it to be enjoyable. Going back to work on my 0.5KD in COD instead.

    This is the best looking PSP game. Worst than 2015 rpg games. The NPCs in this game are like zombie. Lack of interaction between NPCs. It had a lot ridiculous bugs and glitches causing bad experience of the game. No customization of cars. Control of car is like driving a boat. In-game sensitivity setting will be reset everytime when my ps4 is switch off. Game always freeze and run into error.

    The game is a buggy mess. I wouldn’t be bombing them if the CEO of the company didn’t say the game was running surprisingly well on base PS4 just 2 weeks before release. Unplayable in its current state and anyone who gave the game a shot and tried to play can’t get that refund.

I had preordered this game and been one of my most anticipated games since day one. As in I cannot believe that CD Projekt Red released the game for base consoles in this state, let alone the fact that they intentionally covered up the fact that the game's frame rate, graphical fidelity, constant crashing and insane amount of bugs makes playing this game a thoroughly unpleasant experience. The world is pretty enough, the exposition learnedThis game is truly unbelievable. As in I cannot believe that CD Projekt Red released the game for base consoles in this state, let alone the fact that they intentionally covered up the fact that the game's frame rate, graphical fidelity, constant crashing and insane amount of bugs makes playing this game a thoroughly unpleasant experience. The world is pretty enough, the exposition learned through various texts and shards picked up across the map give the world some depth, and the main story is engaging and unique, although it benefits most from Pondsmith's incredible lore and its accompanying mechanics. But say none of the bugs and crashes and graphical oopsies ended up in the game.
    It's still... extremely underwhelming.
    The AI is virtually nonexistent and every time you turn a full 360 half of the NPCs around you are replaced by a different model. Cars only spawn in a 20 meter radius around you and there's no kind of driving AI as far as i can tell, although if you don't focus on it too much it isn't a huge problem. CDPR claimed that the NPCs would be on a full day-night cycle with unique assigned paths and that is definitely not true. CDPR said this would be an RPG where you can choose a dynamic lifepath and approach problems in all sorts of ways that would affect the course of the story. This is.. sort of true, but the lifepath is 15 minutes long and then conforms to a single story path that is completely linear until the end of the game.
    I'm still enjoying myself in the world- the combat is simple but euphoric when the frame rate is at a manageable level, and to reiterate, the story is really really engrossing. The music, both the licensed soundtrack and the OST are INCREDIBLE and the design of the world, both indoors and outdoors, is absolutely dripping with atmosphere. But playing this game leaves a sour sweaty-armpit taste in the mouth knowing that CDPR promised more than what was possible (and it has to be said that the fanbase expected more than what was promised) and then failed to deliver, all while shadily covering up the abysmal overall state of the game and horrific state on last-gen machines like a legit corpo.
    There's a great game in here somewhere, but it's not the one I'm playing.    … Expand

We have all been lied to and deceived for years with misleading game footage and boasting by the company.     720p 15-20 frames is actually unplayable. The jitter is sickening. Load times are ridiculous. LOD pop-in and texture filtering is horrendous.

With a small team working on it for 3 years and after the witcher 3 released the full team working on it, just wasn't enough. It's just a joke they were brave enough, to release a beta version of the game for a full prize. But seriously 720-900p resolution, 1 meter viewing distance, can't reach the 25 fps and I didn!t even mentioned the bugs. It's a joke and we deserve a refund.     this game is completely broken, there's no way this could have been released to console, I spent one hour playing and I found 5 diferent bugs 3 of them couldnt let me pass history. Never expected something like this from CD Projekt red. They will never have my support on new releases.

Sony has refused to issue a refund since I've already downloaded the game.     На PS4 играть не возможно сплошное мыло, а на PS5 графика лучше, но бесконечные вылету просто утомили. Каждые 30-40 мин.

    Utter garbage. Filled with glitches that are game breaking and missing features. Ignore all the positive journalist reviews. This game is unfinished and shouldn’t have been released. I won’t be buying anymore games from CDPR after this they have scammed their customers by withholding info on PS4 and Xbox versions

    And claiming that the game runs surprisingly well on ps4 is very shameful, maybe they haven't played GTA v which has a larger world and runs smoothly with basically no loading screens every second.

Very disappointed and the devs I actually stopped playing it I couldn't push myself to play it anymore and it literally depressed me. Possibly not ever buying another game from this company. CPDR knew it looked like this and released it anyway, along with false advertising for how it was supposed to look on PS4. An absolute failure and an unethical move by CDPR. Crashes, bugs, and graphical issues make this entirely unplayable. I am astounded they released it in such an unfinished state,Game is unplayable. Por 5 anos eu não comprava jogo na pre-venda, quebrei essa regra com o cyberpunk e foi a última vez. E quanto a comprar algum jogo da cd projekt? Só se for em uma promoção de pelo menos 90% e depois de uns 2 anos. Infelizmente, não confio mais nessa empresa.

Don't buy pc version if your ps4 experience sucks, otherwise you will fall into the CDPR's trap of paying 120 dollars for a very bad gaming experience.     I launched Cyberpunk 2077 on my PS4 Slim several weeks after the release and most of the bugs were fixed, so I was able to play the game from start to finish. However, the quality of textures was painfully low, I usually had only 20-22 frames per second while driving around the city (with dips below 20), and some objects tended to disappear. The technical state and graphics of the PS4 version are awful, which is a shame, because the game itself has one of the best stories I have ever encountered, its gunplay is really good, and Night City is very impressive.     Cyberpunk 2077 is a game brimming with potential, and it damn near reaches it on so many occasions, but the pitfalls of its development ultimately drag it down. There's still a lot to like here for RPG fans and lovers of the genre, but it's far from the generation-defining masterwork that the world was waiting for.
