    Now this is what i call a remaster. It retains everything of what made the originals so great, but adds polish where it is needed. Time trials across all three games is also a really nice feature. The visuals are stunning, remastered music is great and sound effects stay so true to the original. The gameplay also feels incredibly solid. Vicarious Visions has done a great job, and I hopeNow this is what i call a remaster.     This game was a love letter not only to the fans of the characters but to the fans of that old style of platforming that is so lacking to day. The game not only gives us a nostalgic feeling but also a lot of hours of fun and challenge that feel fresh in an industry that proggresively holds your hand more and more.     One of the best and most innovative platform games ever being made playable again like it had just released today for the first time with these updated graphics that is clearly more than a few graphical tweaks. Also some of the issues with the first game have been. Overall the game has included the original trilogy of course (3 games) all for just a budget price of 40.00.     The gameplay of this remake is very nostalgic, phisics and feedback is very very looks like the original version of PS1. I'll recommend to everyone play this game!Crash is back and in an amazing way. Crash was my first ever platformer for the PS1. Followed by Crash 2 and Crash 3 just making the series get better and better every time.

    A lot of heart went into recreating these games…
    This collection is a reminder that our favorite games aren’t as great as we remembered..
    But with the polish and care that went into the insane trilogy to bring it up to date…
    I feel this collection is a must have for any platforming fan..

    Really liked the game, it was a pleasure after many years to play this classic platformer with updated graphics! At the time, was the entire trilogy and when they announced the remaster, very happy! Definitely in the collection!

    No matter how much I played, I never knew what was coming next. Naughty Dog did a great job at creating these games, two of which have managed to defy the odds and remain some of the best platformers ever up to two decades after release, and Vicarious Visions has made them look better than ever thanks to the delightfully personable animations on Crash and crew.

    Crash Bandicoot is a classic franchise spanning from the original PlayStation era. Vicarious Visions have lovingly remastered the original trilogy developed by Naughty Dog. Additionally, they have added new content here and there throughout all three games; the most notable change is the inclusion of Coco as a playable character in most stages.     The most amazing remake ever. What else is there to say. 3 games in one plus additional features such as a new playable character and time trial in Crash 1/2.

    For those that says it's too difficult, well duh, it's suppose to be since it's old school and not this hand held bullcrap now days. BTW, I got 100% completion on Crash 1 so far and I'm not even that good. So suck it up and    The most amazing remake ever.     The N-Sane Trilogy doesn't do much to fix the problems of the originals, but I like that about it. It's not an apology for the original's mistakes, it a celebration of their success, and a pretty good one too!

    I saw this game when I was out shopping, and thought OMG Crash Bandicoot, that was fun as a kid.

    Bought it.

    Had friends over, with some beers.

    Got stuck on the high road level, everybody rage quit.

    Started playing again 15 minutes later, played from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m.

    Best 40 dollars I ever spent.

    Three nostalgic games for 40 euro's, with remaked visuals. Do you need anything else? I don't.

    I played the Crash games on PS1, so this package was a no brainer for me.

    All 3 games play well and the visuals are brilliant, even when only 1440p. It is a bit disappointing that they decided to stick with 30fps but overall Vicarious have successfully preserved the essence of what made Crash great.     This game just proves how fast Naughty Dog is moving at full force. First the amazing Last of Us, then the spectacular Uncharted 4, and now their classic game series Crash has been rebuilt from the ground up for PS4, and the developers have done a fantastic job. Veteran Crash fans and newcomers alike can now experience this well-crafted plat-former created by mastermind developers.

    A near perfect replica of a game adored by many. Amazing visuals, sound, music, and plenty of content for a price that no one can deny. I'm am so happy with this game and I recommend it to anyone that has played the crash games before.

    These games are all masterpieces, what more is there to say? The three first games, developed by Naughty Dog, now remastered/remade for a new generation. The N sane trilogy has stunning visuals and amazing soundtrack, just as the originals had back in the day. I know I may be a bit blinded by nostalgia, but these games are better than all other 3D platformer released the last yearsThese games are all masterpieces, what more is there to say?     If you are new to these kind of games, don't even bother trying the first one though, it's very hard for beginners, even the remastered one.     Now this is how you do a remaster! This collection is absolutely incredible! As someone who grew up with Crash Bandicoot on the PS1, the smile this bought to my face during load-up was enormous! The sheer joy from replaying those childhood memories is amazing, especially given how good this remaster is! Some of my main points are as follows:

    - The graphics are stunning, the characters    Now this is how you do a remaster! This collection is absolutely incredible! As someone who grew up with Crash Bandicoot on the PS1, the smile this bought to my face during load-up was enormous! The sheer joy from replaying those childhood memories is amazing, especially given how good this remaster is! Some of my main points are as follows:

    - The graphics are stunning, the characters are excellently animated and the environments are gorgeous. The colours just pop, and it's nice to see how much attention to detail has been paid to the original level design. I haven't played the original in over a decade but I instantly remembered the levels when replaying them!

    - The controls are superb, they are highly sensitive and make platforming a challenge, but they're also rewarding. Anyone who complains about the controls is clearly lacking an ability to handle their precision. They are quite unforgiving, but that's the point! A platforming game is supposed to have tricky platforming.

    - Great replay value! The crystals and gems will take a few play-throughs, but there's now also time trials in all three games. This was originally only in Crash 3, so it's quite cool that they retrospectively added these to the first two games. Of course, there are also three platinum trophies to collect.

    - The soundtrack has been masterfully remastered! As with the level design, I instantly recalled the catchy music, especially in levels like "Road to Nowhere" and "Native Fortress". It sounds very similar to the originals but a bit more upbeat and modernised. They truly did a great job on staying true to the originals, but with a new twist.

    Seriously, you simply cannot ask for more when it comes to this collection! Finally, after years of ruining Crash Bandicoot, Activision has finally given us fans what we've wanted for so long, and they nailed! Everyone needs to buy this game!

    If it sells well enough, hopefully we will see a remaster of Crash Team Racing, and who knows... maybe Spyro the Dragon! Buy this great collection and prepare for hours of fun!    … Expand

    One of the most incredible remaster ever made. Is the old crash gameplay, with a modern look and an awesome soundtrack recreated. Great for nostalgia and new player who never had the opportunity to player the original ones. Good work Vicarious Visions!

    First of all let me clear something up before i dive into the review: I loved the original Crash Bandicoot games on the Playstation (Those from Naughty Dog) and so i knew what to expect, and also realize this game may be a bit to simplistic and linear compared to modern 3D platform games, but this is my opinion, so if you can accept that, read on :-)

    First of all the thing that striked    First of all let me clear something up before i dive into the review: I loved the original Crash Bandicoot games on the Playstation (Those from Naughty Dog) and so i knew what to expect, and also realize this game may be a bit to simplistic and linear compared to modern 3D platform games, but this is my opinion, so if you can accept that, read on :-)

    First of all the thing that striked me most are obviously the improved graphics. Yes, i was also surprised that the PS4 could not hit 60 fps, but even on my 65 inc OLED 4K 3D tv, i did not noticed the lower frame rate to badly. I guess it's because of the speed of this game is rather low, and so no huge movement at the horizon, and so i did not felt to manny frames where missing. Add to this the wonderful redrawn graphics, and the cool lighting effects, and i was still surprised in a positive way, even after getting the game knowing the frame rate was not that high (i saw the video from Digital Foundry before getting the game)

    The sound on the PS version was allready great, and fitted the game perfectly. It now sounds a bit more clear and the low ends improve the punch of the drums and bass guitar a lot on a proper stereo. Add to this the fun sound bites from the game, and it's clear Vicarious Visions did their best to deliver a proper version of the 3 CB games.

    Of course gameplay is most important, and here comes the part where i can't say this game is for everyone. I have played the orginal games a lot, and finished them all, and after playing the remakes, i was happy the control felt mostly the same, with some minor tweaks. Nothing to different to make it feel it's not a Crash Bandicoot game, but still, here and there where moments that i had to adopt my playing style to pass some more dificult parts in some stages. So for me, the game still holds up well, but i am afraid for some the game play may be to shallow, even compared with Mario 64, so i respect this game is not for everyone.

    Lastabillity is also improtant, next to game play, and here is where the game value lies: You don't pay full price, but you do get 3 full games (i have to admid those are conversions from old 3D platform games, but still, it's like you would get all NeoGeo Metal Slug games on one cartridge instead of having to buy them seperately, so having the complete series of CB is a good thing to me, they could have also released them seperate, and still ask the same price) So if you are like me, and you loved the Playstation versions, you will be bussy for a while before you finish everything in the games they offer.

    My conclusion is for me, i will get my moneys worth out of this compilation, and would re play the games even after finishing them all, so for me, Vicarious Visions have succeed in what i was hoping those games would be. So feel free to like the game, or if you never had a thing for Crash Bandicoot you don't like to "basic" semi 3D platformers, this game is not for you.    … Expand

    An absolutely wonderful remaster, with great movement feeling and a tremendous amount of detail, Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy automatically becomes the best remaster ever made in game industry with this launch. Just great.

    Stunning graphics is the first thing I will say. Second thing is, amazing levels made in to modern levels. And third, THE NOSTALGIA! Well anyways I would pick N. Sane Trilogy up from the game store shelves and go to the cashier and buy it...even though I already did...well if you havent you should do the same thing I did.
