    I grew up with the first 3 games and I was waiting Crash's comeback for years.. This game is the perfect example for how a "remaster" should be..

    If you liked the PS1 version of this 3-in-1 Crash B. than you will love the remastered version. The pure simple platforming with collecting stuff, really calls for your inner child in you. The music is like the visuals in the game, bright and fun. If you are a good parent then buy this game for your kid/s. Memory for life.

    Creo que es la mejor forma de hacer un Remake, 3 juegos, parece estar hecho desde cero, de por sí, me parece el mejor juego de plataformas, y el apartado gráfico es lindísimo. Desde mi punto de vista es el mejor plataformas de ps4

    No other game brought my inner child out more than this. Want a good laugh, just play this and enjoy. The fail animations make up for actually failing.

    I love this game. There are 3 brilliant games in this wonderful package and they all play better than their predecessors by FAR!! A must buy for all crash fans and well done vicarious visions. You did good. This game was awesome (I even beat it 100%)

    Game is super fun. Minus the small changes to the game that made it a bit more difficult the game is perfect for some nostalgia fun. Great for crash fans and fans of playstation 1 and 2 era games

    After "Crash: Mind over Mutant" in 2008, the once-iconic "Crash Bandicoot" series had proven to hardcore fans that it had lost its way, and was no longer the wonderful, charming, clever platformer series that it was in the mid-to-late 90s. Noticing    *DISCLAIMER: This review will not be a blow-by-blow analysis of each "Crash Bandicoot" game, but rather an analysis of the collection itself.*
    After "Crash: Mind over Mutant" in 2008, the once-iconic "Crash Bandicoot" series had proven to hardcore fans that it had lost its way, and was no longer the wonderful, charming, clever platformer series that it was in the mid-to-late 90s. Noticing that fans were growing tired of the beat 'em up style of the "Titans" series, Radical Entertainment was now tasked with making "Crash Landed," a game that would take Crash back to his roots (and take away the dreaded tattoos!), but due to some huge layoffs to the studio, the project was quietly cancelled, and years passed with no new "Crash Bandicoot" game.
    There were several moments of speculation, from the Vicarious Visions Facebook picture with the "Crash Bandicoot" poster, to the PlayStation 4 Launch Easter Egg hinting that Sony had bought back Crash, to Shawn Layden's Crash Bandicoot T-shirt at the PlayStation Experience, and fans desperately clung to whatever information they could in regards to a new "Crash Bandicoot" game. Well, the fandom rejoiced when "Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy" was revealed, showcasing the original trilogy remastered from the ground up and looking incredibly faithful to their early counterparts. And fortunately, when the collection released, it was great!
    There is so much love in this "Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy" collection. Each game has been lovingly re-crafted from scratch, and the brand-new graphics are bright, colorful, and all-around gorgeous. Furthermore, Vicarious Visions went to great lengths to make sure each game remained faithful to the original versions, and they succeeded. In fact, for the most part, it feels like the games haven't aged a day, and they all still play pretty wonderfully. And while there aren't any real inherent "fixes" to some of my problems with the first two games (the trial-and-error gameplay and the uninspired bosses), they still play very well and remain extremely enjoyable.
    The only real gaping problem with the collection that holds it back for me is the loading times. Each game is absolutely STUFFED with quite a few load screens, to the point where they can get a bit tedious to sit through. I'm glad they kept things faithful, and I understand that having a more powerful system that allows for more detailed maps and bigger disc storage might cause the long load times, but it can get annoying when the remaster has longer load times than the original games (granted, I've heard the load times are faster on the PS4 Pro, but as someone that's had the same PS4 since Day One of the console's launch, I can't exactly test that).
    Even so, the "Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy" is a wonderful, extremely faithful creation of some really great PlayStation platformers, and if you love "Crash Bandicoot," you should definitely pick up this collection, even if you already own the originals. I'm sure you'll have a great time with it.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. If you're a Crash Bandicoot fan, you owe it to yourself to experience the trilogy with amazing graphics. You're basically playing your childhood in high definition and its still the same fun factor as when we first played them as kids/young adults.
    Most of the mechanics are exactly the same, but the jumping is slightly different and will take getting used to if you played the original versions recently.

    Vicarious Visions have done an amazing job considering how hard it is to carry a 90's platformer into 2017.

    The only thing keeping it from a 10 was a few bugs across all 3 games but I can promise you that its nothing horrible to deter you.

    If you're experienced at these types of games, you will power through them and you cant help it.
    I just completed all 3 games in their entirety (platinum trophies) and I enjoyed every minute so much, that I am actually sad its over. I even tried stretching it out by not playing for a week but I still got through it very quickly.

    Longevity wise from an experienced player perspective, each game on average will take about 10-15 hours to complete 100% (with platinum trophies). Warped is the easiest out of the 3 games and Crash 1 is the hardest so that one will add a few hours onto it. You will spend most of your time completing the time trials. Collecting the gems and crystals combined will take about 3-5 hours per game. If you are a casual player or new to these games, don't worry. It will probably take 60+ hours to beat all 3.

    I really hope this is not the last we see of Crash because I really want more. Even some appropriate add-ons to the trilogy would be amazing. Bring on CTR and Crash Bash!    … Expand

    Amazing and great recreation of a classic. Everything is perfect about this game; it stays true to its roots and pumps up the difficulty BIGLY. This is a remake, not a remaster. 1440p (on PS4 Pro).

    Only thing I wish that it was 60 FPS.

    The N-Sane Trilogy doesn't do much to fix the problems of the originals, but I like that about it. It's not an apology for the original's mistakes, it a celebration of their success, and a pretty good one too!

    Vicarious Visions have done a superb job here of lovingly remastering the PS1 Crash Bandicoot classics. It's easy to see that a great amount of care has gone into the collection. While I'm not sure how newcomers to the franchise will respond, I'm confident that Crash Bandicoot fans will be overjoyed with this remaster and become addicted to collecting those gems all over again.

    Awesome remaster of an epic trilogy! Look very good, finally a modern save system for crash 1. Overall, they stay true to the originals games. My only complain would be that they did changed the control to be the same on all 3 games, so It's can lead to some frustrating moments with the control being weird . Get this game if you like platformers, even if you p^layed them to death before!

    A near perfect replica of a game adored by many. Amazing visuals, sound, music, and plenty of content for a price that no one can deny. I'm am so happy with this game and I recommend it to anyone that has played the crash games before.

    A great remake of the Crash series. I've never played 1 and 2 but have finished and collected everything in Warped back in the day.

    Playing through 1 and I never realised how hard it is. Like Dark Souls punishing hard. But I love it! The challenges are rewarding. After you clock a level, you try out the speed run and challenge the Leaderboard around the world which adds countless    A great remake of the Crash series.     Quality game with lots of replay value. Three games for the price of one and each comes with it's own trophies (If you trophy hunt) Lots of content here, I've barely played anything else since this came out. Highly recommended.

Great graphics, challenging as i remember especially if you didn't play for a while, you can chose witch one of the 3 games you want to play first and you can play as Coco! Now that's a big plus! The music sounds just as good as it used to, some levels not as good but still a really great soundtrack. I wished they got Clancy Brown back to voice Cortex and Uka Uka but the new voice does grow easily on you. I wish the Naughty Dog logo was printed somewhere on the case or in the credits to give credit where credit is due and not just a paw print on Cocos laptop.

    In the end it's a very fun remake of 3 great games and I can only hope for Crash Team Racing Online to be a thing    … Expand

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is a very faithful retelling of the original Playstation games.

    The controls feel very smooth and natural, very close to the original titles. However, this time Crash's hitbox in more circular than square which does make him slide off platforms more easily. This makes some of the jumps quite tricky and more difficult than before, but it's nothing that breaks the game, it just adds some extra difficulty. To some that may even be a plus. I personally love a challenge and the precise and fun controls make it a total blast.

    The levels also look incredibly gorgeous. They are faithful recreations of the original landscapes brought into a beautiful HD appearance. The layout, enemies, and collectables are all the same but with a fresh coat of modern day graphic paint. The only problem with the visuals is the lighting on Crash himself. It's very awkward in some areas, but that's about the only visual problem I can think of.

    The story and characters are as you know him. The vocal performances are fantastic, and you'll be glad to meet your favorite heroes and villains again. The gameplay is as solid as ever and the game is candy to the eye. With the only problems being a minor lighting issue and overly precise controls, the N. Sane Trilogy deserves a 9.    … Expand

    Good old vicious Crash Bandicoot. All three of these games for 60 or so dollars? Definitely worth it. The only reason I docked it a point is because if you want all the trophies be prepared to lose your sanity. Gold or better relic on the High Road... Good luck...

    Eu vou ser honesto: a única coisa que esse jogo peca, é a sua taxa de frame. De resto, o game está perfeito! Gráficos muito bonitos; mecânica simples, porém clássica; dificuldade elevada, principalmente no primeiro mundo. Todo isso torna Crash Bandicoot um dos melhores jogos de 2018, somente pecando em seus 30fps

    What a spectacular comeback for our favorite Bandicoot, I have been waiting multitudinous years for a remake, day after day. Once that waiting paid off, this game blew my expectations. Definitely not an unparalleled game but, it was an eye-opener to how **** beautiful this game is.     An ideal remaster for old Crash games from PlayStation. The only disadvantage of this remaster can be: control. Sometimes it seems that it used to be better. You could find fault with the lack of 4K and 60fps, but does it make such a difference with a platform and nostalgic game?

Burning time by running through levels will never get old. The game does, however, have poor hitboxes that tend to make you feel tilted when you die to BS.     En cuanto a jugabilidad la verdad no encontre problema con ello, de hecho esta está muy bien desarrollada y mejoro varios ámbitos y defectos que el original padecía y lo digo en especial por el 1er titulo ya que Crash de vez en cuando se me hacia algo impreciso y conseguir el 100% era un infierno, en cambio este cambio todos esos aspectos que hacían al 1er titulo la oveja negra de la trilogía, mi único detalle son los vehículos en Warped sobretodo en lancha de Coco, esta se da un ligero patinaje mas largo y abierto que en el juego original, lo que provoco que el nivel Hot Coco fuera un infierno y varios vehiculos mas en Warped se sienten mas pesados que en su versión original, y la música bueno ahí tu decides si te gusta mas la versión clásica o la remaster, por mi parte hay unos que me gustan tanto del clásico como de este, de ahí en fuera es un titulo que trajo nuevamente esos momentos de la niñes y lo recomiendo bastante si buscas un desafió, también vi notas bajas debido a que no trae CTR pero ese llego después, ademas el titulo dice "TRILOGÍA" de 3 wey!

    Dream remake. The authors of the remake have kept ALMOST all the best and got rid of most of the flaws of the original (goodbye, terrible save system from the first game!) Without spoiling the atmosphere of the original. A cult game in all its modern glory, except that it has slightly lost its already small soulfulness.

There isn’t much additional content here some new things exclusive to this collection are being able to play as Coco for the majority of levels in all three games and the first two games were given their own time trials which is something I could have done with or without. Even with the frustration these games are still mostly fun and I know it’s just my own skills as a player that made getting through some of the levels in these titles so difficult it has been well over a decade since I last played the original games after all.… Expand

    It's a bit weird that this game doesn't have a higher rating. I grew up with these games and i think this remaster did pretty good. The graphics were gorgeous and the remasters were all faithful to the original games.

    Ok so this game is very nostalgic to me, and I loved replaying it, it held up just as well as it did 5 years ago. The gameplay and amazing and the level design only proves it. Crash is such a likeable character with all his cartoon antics. This game is amazing.

    What a reboot! It brought back just how hard the first game was. It takes precision platforming. The games look amazing really showcasing the ps4 prowess. My only complaint I guess would be Adding some changes or new content. But that would be a new game I suppose. This is truly the best remastered I’ve played

    You remade my childhood with beautiful graphics. I love it. I never played the first Crash as a kid, but I played the hell out of 2 and 3. Warped was one of the first games I ever played. Still love it to this day. This is an amazing remake and they did a great job at letting me relive my childhood.

    Still...this game is very flawed and I don't mean small ones and it's because of said flaws that I'm forced to give it a 8 because it's very hard to ignore it. I will    Crash was my first game on the ps1 and while not my very first game ever (that was super Mario 64), Crash was THE game that made me into a real gamer and welcomed me to the world of ps1, where the best was yet to come.

    Still...this game is very flawed and I don't mean small ones and it's because of said flaws that I'm forced to give it a 8 because it's very hard to ignore it.

    I will say this first: I'm glad they kept the game basically the same as the original plus some additional stuff, like speed run in all games and not just the third, and the chance to use Coco in normal levels too is nice: for the price they ask you to get a lot and that's neat.

    Too bad they changed the controls in the worst ways possible.

    HALT! Let me explain here: the controls aren't really changed, in fact, the 3 games have their own control schemes from the original (in crash 1 you can't dash for instance) and that's alright by me. However, what's not alright is how stiff and imprecise the controls became and how hard it was to make some jumps, as well as your hitbox, beign ludicrously huge, to the point that I died BEFORE I even hit the enemies!

    I mean it can't be me: I played countless of platforms after crash, from Spyro to gex, from Jak and Daxter to Ratchet and Clank, and I played them perfectly fine so I really find it hard to believe that I'M at fault here...I mean I even cracked open my old ps1 copy to see if I was actually that bad at the game and nope, controls are fine and managed to complete the first island with ease.

    In other words, they changed the controls (and his hitbox, making him bigger and harder to stay put in some spots) and, in my opinion, they focused the control to make it more "smooth" with the analog stick instead of the d-pad. And of course IN A GAME WHERE YOU NEED PIXEL PERFECT PRECISION, you don't want the analog stick so this is not a smart choice.

    However, thankfully, this mostly applies to the first crash game: the second one has fewer precision jumps and the third is also pretty good on its own so the controls don't make much of an issue. But I still can't shake off the feeling that they made the controls much stiffer as if I'm moving a sack of bricks.

    But it's still a pretty darn remaster and I HOPE with all my heart they'll remake Spyro as well so while it has its flaws, I highly recommend this game: it's basically good old platform fun at it...almost finest.    … Expand

This is just simply because it looks great and level design allows a smooth casual sit on your sofa experience and for the first time in a long time we've played it with a few people passing around the controller to try and beat the level or get a better time in a time trial mode that unlocks on passing the level. It is just back to basics fun out of the box and I implore gamers to grab it. You are getting 3 games with some very tricky hard to earn gems...you're getting lots of hours here if you're a completionist. The general difficulty can get a bit all over the place but this was - and is - part of Crash Bandicoots endearing design. I am trying not to give the impression I am biased towards 'games were better in my day', because in all honesty a lot weren't after revisiting them, this game however is a standout.

    I can't give this game a perfect score, and this is more from a technical standpoint. The game itself I think should be able to run comfortably at 60 frames for smoother gameplay, but it doesn't with some noticeable frame drops in certain parts. Even though the PS4 Pro exists and probably doesn't have the issue, I still think this game should of easily been able to hit the gamers ideal framerate on the standard console. The controls don't also feel as responsive given the nature of the gameplay is about timing. Those aside though it doesn't run terribly, most people won't even know. I have a PC that easily runs games at high FPS, which has made it more noticeable for me.    … Expand

    Crash Bandicoot N. Same Trilogy is a great blast from the blast. While it might not be as inventive as a modern platformer, these games are still as good as they used to be. Crash 2: Cortex Strikes Back is the highlight, with the other two games also being quite fun. This is a must play for all Crash fans and anyone looking to play a PlayStation classic.

    I like this a lot. Visuals are crisp, Crash 1 is insanely hard (High road, slippery climb and stormy **** ascent). Crash 2 and 3 obviously lose some of that difficulty and challenge but in turn you get better controls and more creative level design. I'm happy that they left the games untouched and didn't change things.

    This collection is a reminder that our favorite games aren’t as great as we remembered..
    But with the polish and care that went into the insane trilogy to bring it up to date…
    I feel this collection is a must have for any platforming fan..

    Crash Bandicoot 1 is a fun and challenging time whether you are just playing through it, getting all the gems, or getting the platinum trophy in it like I did. I do have to note, however, that the hit detection in this game is complete crap; you will slip off of ledges that you landed on, enemies you spun into will not be hit, enemies you didn't touch will kill you, (the turtlesCrash Bandicoot 1 is a fun and challenging time whether you are just playing through it, getting all the gems, or getting the platinum trophy in it like I did. I do have to note, however, that the hit detection in this game is complete crap; you will slip off of ledges that you landed on, enemies you spun into will not be hit, enemies you didn't touch will kill you, (the turtles especially), and it is a major nuisance when going for the colored gems and relics. This is not an issue in the other 2 due to the slide jump in 2 & 3, and power-ups in 3. Crash Bandicoot 2, while introducing the always fun slide jump, suffers from poor level design. It is made worse by the dash boots being added to it. The game was not made for that speed, leading to cheap deaths. The relics are ridiculous and the game is more annoying than it is fun. Crash Bandicoot: Warped is just an average experience if you are just going through it, but if you are fully completing it like I did, it is the best in the trilogy and the most fun by far. It also has a lot of variety, something the other 2 games lack. Overall, a collection of 2 of the best PS1 games of all time, and one lackluster one.… Expand
