    Un juego extremadamente largo, con poca profundidad y desarrollo de la historia. Gráficos correctos pero con varios bugs a lo largo de la trama. Las misiones son en su mayoría muy parecidas entre si, donde básicamente lo único que debes hacer es matar gente y “lootear” zonas. Dentro de lo positivo se valora que cuente con un sistema de niveles que permitan mejorar al personaje....ah y loUn juego extremadamente largo, con poca profundidad y desarrollo de la historia. Gráficos correctos pero con varios bugs a lo largo de la trama. Las misiones son en su mayoría muy parecidas entre si, donde básicamente lo único que debes hacer es matar gente y “lootear” zonas. Dentro de lo positivo se valora que cuente con un sistema de niveles que permitan mejorar al personaje....ah y lo otro, el agua luce bien en la superficie.     Bayek is one of the best written characters in the Assassin’s Creed franchise, the Ancient Egypt setting was beautifully done, I enjoyed a lot of the archery in the game, the hidden blade kills, riding camels and most importantly the Origin of the Brotherhood. Should’ve gotten a sequel.

    Assassins Creed Origins is one of the better games within the AC series. Where at first I was very skeptical about the new (RPG) direction of the series, I am pleasantly surprised. This is the first time in ages that a Ubisoft game does not feel hurried and unfinished.

    Positive points: - Beautiful, diverse and vibrant open world - Combat system - Protagonist Bayek - It is especially    Assassins Creed Origins is one of the better games within the AC series. Where at first I was very skeptical about the new (RPG) direction of the series, I am pleasantly surprised. This is the first time in ages that a Ubisoft game does not feel hurried and unfinished.

    Positive points:
    - Beautiful, diverse and vibrant open world
    - Combat system
    - Protagonist Bayek
    - It is especially addictive for completionists.

    Negative point:
    - Huge numbers of characters pass by in the story. Not all of them are thoroughly deepened by a strong background story. Because of this, the story is difficult to follow and vague
    - It is repetitive
    - To many icons on the map
    - Because of the leveling system you can’t always do story missions if you want to. The result is that (often boring) side missions become a must.

    Let’s hope that Ubisoft continues to innovate without losing sight of the AC series.    … Expand

    Open world is very big, and maybe it is a positive side of the game, world of ancient Egypt is built very good

    A great reboot for the series. The egypt setting fits the game perfectly and the story is quite deep and interesting. The combat has evolved and now is super fun to fight enemies (mostly due to the use of mele weapons and range weapons at the same time) and the parkous has improved a lot.

    The graphics are trully next gen and the sound design is almost perfect.

    It is great to see Ubisoft willing to try major changes in the gameplay for an AC title after the stealth and assassinate play-style start to feel generic since many game has adapt it. The combat is fun and challenging sometime when fighting multiple enemies at once, the graphic of ancient Egypt is gorgeous, the photo mode is one of my favorite feature in the game.     Разнообразить бы квесты было бы вообще супер. Иногда устаешь от множества зачисток лагерей. А в целом игра крутая. Залип на 4 суток уже и не могу оторваться. За одни пейзажи уже можно вышку ставить

    Got the Platinum for this game. Really amazing, stages are big and missions are enjoyable but a bit repetitive. I want to see more from those characters

    I love RPGs, so needless to say that news of Assassin's Creed, a beloved franchise of mine, having an RPG-like game was certainly appealing, and while it could have been better story and character-wise, I believe that Origins was still a fun experience. Travelling across Egypt and the expected yet fun combat was a breath of life to Assassin's Creed. There wasn't anything too noteworthy inI love RPGs, so needless to say that news of Assassin's Creed, a beloved franchise of mine, having an RPG-like game was certainly appealing, and while it could have been better story and character-wise, I believe that Origins was still a fun experience. Travelling across Egypt and the expected yet fun combat was a breath of life to Assassin's Creed.     От игры я получил то, чего я и ожидал. Первые часов 20 я заглядывал в каждый уголок, зачищал все аванпосты, проходил все побочные квесты и мне это было чертовски интересно, но потом, внезапно, как отрезало и я даже саму    Решил между делом написать отзыв.
    Не играл в "Assassin’s Creed" лет 8. И вот ознакомившись с кучей обзоров и дождавшись скидок решил попробовать поиграть в Истоки.
    От игры я получил то, чего я и ожидал.

    К играм с открытым миром я отношусь очень настороженно и в очередной раз понял почему.
    Почти половина огромных ,пусть даже и очень красивых, локаций осталась неисследованной по одной простой причине. Стало неимоверно скучно, а игра не давала соответствующей мотивации.

    They wanted to transform assassin's creed into an rpg, and personnaly I don't think that it's a good idea, but with this game Ubisoft showed that they prefer to do empty, low quality games but with a huuuuuuuge open world that after 30 hours of gameplay I discovered at less than 40%, than to do less big maps but that are really good quality, and that are interesting to explore.

    When i first saw the trailer of this game i thought it was an indie game...
    (Yes the first trailer was not the best thing UBI did)
    I tried the Alpha version and hated it, the animations were too bad, the game was laggy and the combat system was awful, these things kept me away from buying it the day it was released... So i decided to pick it up in a sale before some days and i got to    When i first saw the trailer of this game i thought it was an indie game...
    (Yes the first trailer was not the best thing UBI did)

    So i decided to pick it up in a sale before some days and i got to say that it was an EPIC JOURNEY!

    PROS:

    -First of all, the Graphics!
    In youtube videos you cannot understand the quality of this game but when i tried it i didn't expect such beauty!
    -Even if you are not a fan of Egypt like me you will find much more than that in this game!
    It has Greek,Roman historic places and people.
    -The Soundtrack
    Gives you those EZIO good vibes in some songs.
    - The Story
    Really well plot and finally less gameplay in modern age!
    - Much more character Customization with more weapons!
    - Combat System
    You may find it a little weird in the beginning but it is going in the right direction.
    Most ppl say the combat system is a Dark Souls clone but NO IT IS NOT.
    They really achieved the RPG system that this game was in need of...
    - Challenging and to pass the missions you have a required level now
    Grinding is really fun and not boring since sidequests have a nice storyline with Videos and give you plenty of XP
    - There is no need of Microntransactions to finish the game and level up the character.

    CONS:
    -First of all the PERFORMANCE...
    It reminds me of the awful launch of AC Unity when everyone had stuttering problems, at least this one is playable..
    The game STILL suffers from stuttering problems even if you meet easily the Sys Requirements...
    -Plenty of bugs and crashes to desktop that needs fixing

    If your system is able to handle this game, you should really not miss it.
    You will spend plenty of hours since the map is huge and the quests are so many!    … Expand

    Assassin's Creed Odyssey is a very good game.
    Ubisoft turned the tables after this one.
    The old playstyle was not cutting anymore.
    Beautiful in so many ways!!!

    This is one of the best assassins creed ever made, it has pretty good graphics and the gameplay is awesome. But, in my opinion, the greatest fail in this game is the history, is good and no more.
    But even that, after more than 90 hours of playing it, it became in one of my favorites games of the Assassin's creed saga.

    About 45 hours in, and I enjoyed the most of the game so far. There are a lot of things to do, and maybe a little too much... I feel I still have half of the map to explore around and I haven’t even begun the season pass contents yet! It feels not really like an assassin’s creed game though, because it’s more of a warriors game... with that said, I still am having lots of fun in theAbout 45 hours in, and I enjoyed the most of the game so far. There are a lot of things to do, and maybe a little too much... I feel I still have half of the map to explore around and I haven’t even begun the season pass contents yet! It feels not really like an assassin’s creed game though, because it’s more of a warriors game... with that said, I still am having lots of fun in the Ancient Greek world and constantly got amazed by the scenery… Expand

    Nunca pude con los assassins anteriores , juegos demasiado simplenes, pero el giro que da la saga a partir de origins es simplemente espectacular, escoges dificultad, mil cosas a hacer , combate buenisimo lo tiene todo simplemente genial.

    I purchased and played the game after playing Odyssey. For whatever reason, I didn’t purchase this game on its release date, and that’s why I’ve given it a 7 as I am comparing it to Odyssey which for me is the best AC game to date. However, Origins did have a very good story line but the missions were a little dull.

    Obviously the graphics are great, gameplay is good but has its flaws. But there is too much side missions that are there just to give you something to play. I would give a 9 if the game had fewer but better side missions.

The tours each have several stops or stations where you get information on an aspect of ancient Egypt. For example, at the great library of Alexandria, you can take a tour with a dozen or so stops and at each stop you get a relevant image from a museum alongMake sure you try the Discovery Tour mode. It allows the player to roam around and initiate some well-made tours of ancient Egypt. The tours each have several stops or stations where you get information on an aspect of ancient Egypt.     A new age and a total rebirth for the saga. It was the rigth choice to skipped a year and change the model of one year, one game. The combat has his failures, but is organic. The story is worth it. I got really envolved in egipcian society and the vengeance history of Bayek and Aya. Cities architecture are incredible.

The world of Egypt is beautiful with detail and graphic fidelity that I did not expect to amaze me this much. Our Egyptian Assassin, Bayek, is how a real father should be in his quest for revenge to those that wronged him and he's a great character to care about evenAssassin's Creed Origins is a proper return to form that we're all waiting for since the demise of Assassin's Creed Unity. The world of Egypt is beautiful with detail and graphic fidelity that I did not expect to amaze me this much. Our Egyptian Assassin, Bayek, is how a real father should be in his quest for revenge to those that wronged him and he's a great character to care about even his wisely supportive pet, Sennu. Sometimes, the game hits its high points in terms of endless amounts of activities to see and do, but on the technical side of the game such as audio design and combat system doesn't work quite as well as I expected to be.     I won't bury the lead, this is most likely my favorite PS4 game. As a guy who has enjoyed all the previous Assassin's Creed games, ancient Egypt as a setting seemed "cool" at first. I had no idea that once immersed in it how big a fan of the setting I would become. The sci-fi nature of AC lends itself quite nicely to time periods where they they literally just invented deities.

    AC:    I won't bury the lead, this is most likely my favorite PS4 game. As a guy who has enjoyed all the previous Assassin's Creed games, ancient Egypt as a setting seemed "cool" at first. I had no idea that once immersed in it how big a fan of the setting I would become. The sci-fi nature of AC lends itself quite nicely to time periods where they they literally just invented deities.

    AC: Origins is quite a departure from the roots of follow missions and bonus mission objectives but it is the most engrossing RPG I've played since the Fable series. Bayek is underrated as a protagnist of the series, often being overlooked for the likes of Ezio and Edward Kenway. Tropes are tropes because they work. While Bayek's motivation may seem cliche, but it's executed well enough to keep you invested. Also, there are adequate twists and turns to reduce its predictability.

    The map is vast and the opportunities for exploration are aplenty. If you have some time to kill, (which, who doesn't these days?) this game will help you wither away the hours. Also, pro-tip, flesh decay/poison essentially breaks the game when it comes to strongholds. You're welcome.    … Expand

    As a huge fan of the series, I have to say that it feels a little off. It is an amazing game with stunning visuals and a good story, although the protagonist feels a little bland. Really liked the direction it took, but in my opinion it should have been a separate game from the series.

    2) Fighting bosses and some soldiers is unfair so to speak. Once your are hit in a combo move or you are grabbed, there is no escape; which makes gaming experience not enjoyable. 3) Lack of simplicity in UI;

    If you die in a gladiator fight, you have to wait until game reloads in a black background, then it takes you to the Gladiator Menu from where you will have to click on the fight again, which will load the game in the dark background again, then you have to wait the animation to pass, then manually ‘walk’ towards the gates, then wait there crowd cheer’ animation to pass and then start the fight again. It begs the question; why not make a ‘retry’ option after each death. 4) Fighting mechanics are not the greatest, after one point it becomes monotonous and you get bored easily. 5) On the horse/camel: you cannot assassinate the horsemen by jumping from your horse to theirs. It’s sad, because it used be a feature in other versions of the game. 6) You cannot sprint on foot or gallop a horse/camel, unlike in other versions. 7) ‘Follow the Road’ feature while on the horse/camel does not work sometimes. Either the game says ‘the follow road unavailable’ after some ride, or it takes you to a completely different location. Also, it has an obsession to use the ‘proper’ roads instead of taking a direct road which might be a timesaver. 8) The storyline is not clear; while playing the game I frequently asked myself ‘where does the game end?’ Sometimes you fall off the storyline, and when you come back you feel the sense of detachment from the game. 9) All in all, the game was not worth of the money and time spent on it.     AC, as always, has great design and fun gameplay to some extent.

    A BIG FAT BUT: The leveling system is so full of grind that it makes the game so annoying and frustrating.

    I've never written a review in Metacritic before, this game got so pissed off I had to write one.

    7 - (GREAT) A game that has some flaws but all in all is a great game worth every penny of its purchase price.

    I am a long fan of AC since AC1 and i have to say that after their success with BF, their downfall with Unity and their improved experience with Syndicate, i am actually glad they moved to the RPG realm. I know it can be a bit repetitive, and the combat is a bit confusing and hard to deal with it at first but this is a nice experiment. I am happy they moved from their previous formula.     The only solid AC in recent years. However they straight up tried to copy Witcher 3 and Dark Souls. The single two most prolific games of the decade and Ubisoft, notorious for bugs, not finishing games, and the epitome of a shallow developer had the audacity that they could pull it off. Surprise not really. It's a good game again ruined by the fundamental design philosophy at Ubisoft

    I hated most AC games but this one seemed to break the mould. Not only did it have one of the most compelling main characters I've ever played (that voice / mo-cap actor is worthy of an award) but the gameplay is fantastic and the setting is unreal. Ancient Egypt is fully realised in this incredible game.

    This is a strong 8.5 maybe at times 9/10 game.

    Assassin's Creed Origins plot is one of its strongest sides, though not as deep and well written as I would like it to be its still stand strong with interesting dramatic plot and well written dialogs.
    Unfortunately this apply mostly to the main plot, most of the side quests are rather dull with not much depth to it. Story Score- 8/10.
    2) Storytelling-
    This is where the game begins to crumble. Origin's world is huge yet mostly empty or filled with pointless repetitive tasks such as hunting animals or clearing a bandits camp.
    Even though, the main story cutscenes and the voice actors ability to play make the main story line very immersive and interesting throughout the game. Storytelling Score- 6/10.
    3) Environment- Graphics in this games is pretty amazing, though not the best one Iv seen on that year, its still one of greatest for its time period. Design is decent, you have magnificent temples, plenty detailed weapons and armors and important npcs look, act and behave differently, yet lots of the stuff are repetitive in a pretty lazy copy-paste kind of thing, many camps are identical, many npcs are the same and lots of the cities aren't that impressive (though there are some outstanding designing in the game in some parts). Environment score- 7/10.
    4) Gameplay-
    Mechanics of the games are basically a poor copy the Witcher's mechanic, is some ways its great, for example in the quest layout or the inventory of the character. yet in other places like combat it offers far less options in compare to The Witcher 3, therefore its getting pretty repetitive very fast. Gameplay Score- 6/10.

    Total Score- 6.75/10 or 67.5/100.
    Verdict- The game is good, for the open world fans it would be enjoyable in most moments, and there is even a decent plot so if you don't like the repetitive rpg you can always focus on main quests and still get a good Assassin's Creed game. I would recommend it to you if you like open world rpg games, or if you are a fan of the Assassin's Creed game series. It think most of the people in these fandoms wouldn't find that game a masterpiece, yet still enjoy most of it (or at lest most of the hours they put into it).    … Expand

Es gibt viele Quest die es wert sind zu Spiele und die Story ist einfach nur der Wahnsinn. Es gibt eine viel Zahl an Ausrüstung die man hochleveln kann und überall zu finden ist.     The perfect example of how good graphic and an enormous map cannot save you.
    The storyline is decent, but it's way too predictable and simple.
    The worst thing is this **** GDR system that completely destroy the spirit of the series: the combat system is awful, no way it can be adapted to Assassin's Creed. It's good for games like Dark Souls and GDR like that.

    I've tried different AC games these past months, and this one stands out by being the best of them all, you can see how AC has change or evolved to the better control wise and story and getting out of the animus is quite a more pleasant feel with 3rd person view. But now the post button blocks my view...

The Witcher influence is certainly here in some elements and I thought it was a great thing. Not quite that level of RPG (Odyssey grows more in that sense) but side stories having a high quality feel like they came out of that playbook.

    I do think the Animus stuff is uninteresting and those parts are a drag (just get me back to the world!) but I guess they want to explain the lore and history of the every growing AC story. Ending is slightly flat also...but possibly I'm just nitpicking but it just felt sub par to me.

    Overall though this was a very fun experience. Jumped into Odyssey because of Origins and while RPG elements have been ramped up..it's hard to beat the amazing setting that Origins gave us.    … Expand

    Full of surprises, good ones and bad alike. Combat system is a mess especially on nightmare difficulty, with inaccurate hitboxes and sometimes ennemies covering the distance between you and them by literally sliding towards you, giving you no time to react to their attacks.

    Enjoyed the game overall; I feel like the atmosphere is split as it both looks aesthetically amazing whilst having a lack of ambiance which clashes with the visuals and ends up breaking the immersion.

    I felt like the story was relatively strong; I loved the character of Bayek and felt for him and his struggle with both the death of his son and the slowly deteriorating relationship with his wife (Aya) as he fights for vengeance. However, venturing from the main quest-line leads to a lot of weak side quests (there are a few interesting ones but even a broken clock is right twice a day) and seeing as these are unavoidable it makes for frequent grinds as you level Bayek so that you may progress to the next part of the story.
    The overall narrative in the present day story is very sparse here and can almost be entirely avoided if you choose to with only a handful of moment throughout the game that don't last longer than 15 minutes at most which players who aren't here for that will appreciate. The more annoying segments are the phases where you will play as Aya, playing so many hours as Bayek leveling all his skills and aquiring the weapons and bows you wish to use makes it all the more frustrating when its all stripped away and tou have to play as someone new; I felt myself wanting them to be over and this soured the story for me and left me uninterested as these sections last quite some time nearing the end of the main quest-line.
    I played this game after Odyssey and found it a refreshingly realistic version which i found refreshing as i wasn't able to destroy hoards of enemies with a mass of superhuman abilities which made sneak more important in my play style which i came to thoroughly enjoy.

Восстановить все объекты которые даже сейчас сохранились (пирамиды на плато Гиза, Карнакский храм, храм Хатшепсут, Долину Царей) в 3D, да ещё и с возможностью зайти внутрь - это просто что-то с чем-то!
    Сюжет оказался не плохим, но и не шедевральным, присутствие исторических личностей как и всегда у Ubisoft на высоте.
    Единственное что немного портит картину - оптимизация... Даже если система соответствует требованиям заявленным разработчиками, не факт что игра будет нормально работать! Именно из-за оптимизации оценка - 8... НО всё-же не скрою, именно эта часть серии вошла для меня лично в список лучших! Впечатлений она подарила огромное количество, а главное - ощущение, как-будто я лично перенесся на тысячелетия назад, и видел всё как в жизни!     Graphics is absolutely gorgeous. The vibrant orange/red colour of Egypt pops out of your screen. Sunsets and sunrises looks prettier than ever.

    Storyline and characters. Well if there is something Ubisoft sucks at it is creating memorable strong protagonists. I find little worth remembering about our hero this time either. Storywriting could also be better. Ubi lacks in both department. But we do as always enjoy real historical relevance as previous games had.

    Biggest map so far, As i write this, Odyssey has been released and is way larger, but i find Origins to have a more perfect size map with an acceptable amount of content. To complete everything on this map takes enough time what you would spend on it. Especially for trophy hunters.
    What i find a little bit sad is that there are a few regions on this map that are empty dead areas. were no expansion stories was made to kind of make use of these places. So much potential, but Ubisoft swiftly moved on to make Odyssey pretty quick after this game.

    Missions are varied in the main storyline, but at times you will find sidequest repetitive and dull as before.

    Despite flawed some places it still remains my favourite AC alongside Black Flag. As before with Ubisoft who loves to milk their franchises to death. A great time consumer, but far from being the perfect game

    The expansion adventure packs are also pretty cool and takes you further and deeper into fantasy world with some even more breathtaking maps in wonderland.    … Expand

    A marvelous game explaining the origins of the creed, as the title may suggest. Can be enjoyed by all by the likes of fans of previous installments and those seeking new gameplay elements.     Assassin's Creed: Origins is the best game in the series, but it's a mediocre action RPG at its core. In this sense, it both succeeds and fails at being a much-needed franchise shakeup.

    Origins is the newest installment in rather worn out series and a much appreciated and needed refresh. New combat and graphically fantastic environment with tons of content will gave you some nice moments. The game is not a blast but it is a proof that AC is back on the right track again, for now.
