    okay... this game is so good!!! this was the first GTA Game i ever played. I never stopped loving this game i STILL love it!!! well... i can't really say anything else!!! i mean... we all know why this game is god-like and there's no point in me accentuate it any longer!!!

    After Tommy Vercetti took control of Vice City, Carl Johnson, a Grove Street Gangster, climbs up to the ranks where Grand Theft Auto San Andreas became a magnum opus in open-world games of tomorrow. There’s is no doubt that San Andreas is a boundary-pushing technical masterpiece that broke so much records this time around.

    This is the best GTA out of all of them, great story, great gameplay and still enjoyable 10 years later. A must have if you can get your hands on it.You play as CJ a small time gangster in a small time gang called grove street families. You have to play this a least once before you die it's a classic.

    There is no game that can represent today's social reality of Western civilization, as GTA San Andreas has been able to do. I remember very well when this game came out: everyone talked about it, everyone praised it, everyone wanted it, and everyone had it. Many players had appreciated San Andreas because you could do what you wanted and because it was full of cheats. Many players had appreciated San Andreas because you could do what you wanted and because it was full of cheats. I agree about the freedom the game give you, and yes, cheats were really beautiful and fun.

    But what lies beneath San Andreas is something much deeper and bigger. The setting was magnificent, set in the fictional state of San Andreas. Not to mention the historical context of the early 90s (it was set in 1992), with a fantastic background of uses and costumes, such as music, vehicles, weapons and clothes of that time. The plot was magnificent, rich in actuality as gang warfare, drugs, corruption, shootouts, bank robberies and even more that slowly drag the player down to the slums of the 90s. Among other things, the plot was rooted upon real events as the "East Coast-West Coast hip hop rivalry" and the "Rampart scandal". Things that still today have their weight on culture and on contemporary history.

    The gameplay of San Andreas was great: you could do whatever you wanted, right from the start. You could go where you wanted, and turn around the entire map, which was also quite large. You had to eat and drink, or you could go to the gym, or you could gamble, or you could have a girlfriend, or you could kill anyone you wanted also. You could change your clothes and also (and this is not possible in other GTA games) change your appearance, become leaner, more fat, more muscular. You could develop your skills with weapons or driving vehicles. Indeed, from a point of view of gameplay, San Andreas is the deeper and complete chapter of the entire serie, and it felt just like a real rpg-game.

    The graphics of San Andreas was not as beautiful as God of War and Metal Gear Solid, however, was more than acceptable and some views as the one of Vinewood were really fascinating.

    What else to say? Nothing, except that I recommend this game to anyone, and I consider him a true timeless masterpiece and an important legacy of the early 2000s. Many say that Grand Theft Auto is too violent or that it ruins young minds. I simply say that they should not criticize what they can not understand.    … Expand

    This is one of my favourite GTA game in the series beside GTA 5. The graphics on my iPad are great for a game from 2004. I'm a huge fan of the GTA series owning GTA LCS, GTA SA, GTA 4 and GTA 5.

    Grand Theft Auto San Andreas is one of the greatest games of all time.This game is almost perfect.Everybody I know likes this game.The graphics aren't too good but they are not too bad either.I have the PC version of the game.The gameplay is excellent.There is plenty of stuff you can do in the game such as get tattoos and haircuts,Go to stores,dance at nightclubs,date girlfriends or basically kill and maim cops and pedestrians.This is not the newest Grand Theft Auto game.The newest one is Liberty City Stories.I have not played that one however I hear it is not as good as this one.The soundtrack to the game while not as good as the one in Vice City does have some very good songs on it.It has songs by Dr.Dre,Eazy-E,Ice Cube,NWA,Ozzy Osbourne,Depeche Mode etc.There are more vehicles such as jets.My only problem with this game is that vice city was more fun to play over and over again.In Vice City there were very few difficult missions.There are not too many difficult missions in this game but the ones that are difficult are really frustrating and hateful.I beat GTA Vice City three times already.I only beat San Andreas once.The game is about a man named Carl Johnson(or CJ) who goes back to his neighborhood to find his mothers killer and reunite his old gang.Doing this takes him all over the state of San Andreas where he meets plenty of different characters.San Andreas is an excellent game and I suggest buying it.Also if parents are worried about the hot-coffee mod you wont find it in the game.If you child is impressionable or young don't get him this game.

    One of my favorit games on the PS2. I just love this game, the first real open world game in which you could do just about everything your little, criminal heart desired. Unique about this GTA game is that you could even play with two gamers on the same console! Hours and hours of fun blowing stuff up, stealing cars, killing cops and driving over pedestrians! It doesn't get much better than this.

The only thing is when turning off the frame limiter, it goes above monitor refresh rate so screen tears happen. Missions are perfect and incredible. Better than GTA Vice City and GTA 3. You just have to download 4GB of ISO to install and play.

    It works well with newer PCs.    This game is awesome and is based on a Renderware engine. I have played the PC version, but not the PS/2 version.     Todos os games até agora que avaliei consegui os descrever com minhas palavras, desculpa mas com este eu nao irei conseguir, eu o amo de todo coração fez parte da minha infância mais que todos os outros, tanto no ps2 e no pc aonde eu passava horas jogando MTA e SAMP.

    Incredible game, definitely without a doubt the best GTA in the whole franchise. The story the characters all mix for an incredible experience and the map is by far amazing so many different locations to visit and explore.

    This is the only game I’d rate 10/10. Played it when it came out in 2004 & I just finished the remastered version on PS4. Throughout the years, I’ve spent hours playing this game & completed it a good amount of times. Yet, when I play it again every few years, it’s never boring! Considering it came out so long ago, it was way ahead of its time.

    For a 2004 AAA open world game. This game is just good in terms of everything. Good mission design, good combat, good voice acting, good story. This game is a must play if you don't mind playing an old game

There are many types of games such as shooting , adventure , formation , racing........ Well ，San Andreas is a highly free open world with combination of multiple elements above. This is what makes GTASA unique from many games. When I first started playing this game on my computer 11 years ago, It was like a treasure. I am still immersed in the big map of three cities, country and desert. Even with 100% completion, people can still find fun in the game itself with the exception of mod and SAMP. Turn to the storyline and plot ，GTA SA have the most rich and wonderful plot among GTA 3D series. Unlike the single Revenge story form Claude in GTA3 , the storyline of SA is long and tortuous, from the beginning of the gang's revival to the end of the frustrated group, with the main character having to do dirty work for the bad cop in order to protect his own brother. Then he went out and met friends and made money, bailed out his brother and began the final family revival for the final Armageddon and so on.... Inside the game feelings from different characters are full, Carl's course is full of growth and hard work. Back to the game, both PC and PS2 platform brings me a lots of fun. I will give a 10/10 for this masterpiece… Expand

    This game is great from a story,gameplay and open world perspective but what I love so much about it is how you can literally become a complete gangster and go on hours long killing sprees with the overpowered chain gun or the tank which is pretty much indestructible and can destroy cars with the slightest of touches to the vehicle. This is one of the reasons I keep playing it to this day.

    The people of my country remember this game and this game is the symbol of Iran's game. Almost everyone from old to young played it and made eerie memories with it. I love this game too.
