    This game is so good I love it its the best in its genre. The highest difficulty is pretty frustrating and unbalanced but the game is very much wort hit.

    Für 2005 ein wahnsinnig gut gealtertes Action-Adventure. Die Kämpfe sind richtig flutschig und wichtig gleichzeitig. Die Geschichte ist fantastisch erzählt, wobei auch Cutscenes toll gestaltet sind. Das einzige Manko ist, dass teilweise die Spielzeit auf nervige Art und Weise gestreckt wird (Beispielsweise nachspawnende Gegner oder Doppelung der Parcours. Dennoch bereitet es viel Freude.

    Replayed this game when I was getting ready for the new God of War on ps4. Still holds up well. The tower portion towards the end was still a little annoying, but other than that, I enjoyed it.

    Didn't play this game at launch as I didn't have a ps2 at that specific time. But once GOW3 was around the corner, it was time to hop in the series. I played this game in a weekend and finished it. Instantly became a fan of the series and was excited for the next entry.

    Just finished this classic and I can't say anything bad from this game. Although it has some mistakes, I understand that is an old game and the first God of War.

    Esse jogo é muito bom muito bonito problema dele podia ser mais longo da história e também um pouco melhorado o gráfico tirando isso é ótimo jogatina é boa não tem bug o jogo tu adoro personagem personagem que você vai amar é um jogo muito bom quem tem um Play vale a pena minha nota é 9.7

No breaking of pace. - graphics are really nice. - combos feel fluent, and a having a parry system is great. - story is pretty interesting. - diverse amount of enemies. Petrifying effects, etc. - useful dodging abilities. - a large amount of moves and combos. - QTE feel great, and the animations with it look very cool. - adds    Good

    Very interesting game. really, God of War is probably the best games on ps2.     A beautiful game that starts one of the best game series of all time. I also think that it's still playable in 2022. Great combat mechanic, nice levels design, and epic boss fights. I didn't get a chance to play it when it first came out, but it must have been a legendary game for 2005.

    Looking back at this game, it's honestly really good. The combat was fluent and didn't do too much, it was simple yet effective. And before some people say "iTs jUsT bUtToN mAsHiNg", if it's button mashing for you then you suck at the game lmao. I've played all the DMC games and Metal Gear Rising, both games are pretty critically acclaimed for how solid their combat is, and God of War isLooking back at this game, it's honestly really good. The combat was fluent and didn't do too much, it was simple yet effective. And before some people say "iTs jUsT bUtToN mAsHiNg", if it's button mashing for you then you suck at the game lmao. I've played all the DMC games and Metal Gear Rising, both games are pretty critically acclaimed for how solid their combat is, and God of War is not a testosterone-filled button masher. In addition to the combat, the story is quite captivating if you pay attention. The puzzles are challenging, and a bit dated, but the payoff more than makes up for it.
