    Well. This is not a good remake, honestly. Some models look great, most don't. Its not that they are not high quality, its just that they don't hold the Warcraft charm and style and look like Heroes of the Storm. Generally, the game looks like these anime custom maps - out of place. Terrain definitely looks nice, but it can't compensate for everything. The units are harder to identify,Well. This is not a good remake, honestly. Some models look great, most don't. Its not that they are not high quality, its just that they don't hold the Warcraft charm and style and look like Heroes of the Storm. Generally, the game looks like these anime custom maps - out of place. Terrain definitely looks nice, but it can't compensate for everything. The units are harder to identify, both which unit it is and which player they belong to. I have requested a refund.

    All of the above would be palatable if not for the following things :
    1. The menu is extremely choppy, on 60fps. The classic menu was not that smooth in its transitions, but this one is somehow even worse.
    2. The UI is different and I am not sure if it is for the better. Looks a bit disorienting in custom game lobbies. The custom games browser is better visually at least, not sure if it is functionally. It looks more like a funny casual mobile game's UI, rather than a Warcraft UI. Its not horrible, but could be better.
    3. The biggest downside : Unit movement animations are 30fps even when the game runs at 60. It legit looks like lag. Its terrible and its an eyesore. It is virtually unplayable.
    4. Bugs? I started the main campaign to check it out and when i immediately saw the 3. issue, i quit the mission. I tried a custom game - same. Then I tried switching to classic mode and started the campaign again and guess what - the campaign would not even start. It loaded and then it presented me with a Defeat screen.
    5. No LAN and no custom games filters? Come on. I mean. Come on.

    Realistically, i would set this at a score of 3. I am setting it as 0 because i would NOT recommend it to anyone and because i want to lower the average score.    … Expand

    What a mess....Blizzard greed ruined you forever! This game has: bugs, lagg, bad coding with no compression, missing features, bad graphics etc. Refund if you bought the game, skip this crap if you didn't.

    Как фанату warcraft 3. Я очень ждал эту игру. Обещали во первых переделку кат сцен,в итоге ничего этого нет. В компании зависания которые не понятно почему происходят fps от 60 до 10 падает даже в меню игры. Хотя там обьектов вообще нету. Кастомки теперь нельзя делать свои. Какого фига я не могу поиграть теперь в DBZ карты или Bleach vs Onepiece. Так же невозможность сменить на старуюКак фанату warcraft 3. Я очень ждал эту игру.     It makes the game itself inaccessible. Which I grew up with, which I enjoy playing with my brother daily.     I wiill vote for refund. I more like classic than this. Gameplay is terrible and optialization is made by monkeys.

    i was really excited about this new warcraft, hope they improved all the bad thing w3tft had.
    Instead what we got?

    - No new UI
    - No new cutscenes (even the blizzcom one was removed)
    - Lots of old features missing

    this is a complete dissaster

    Expected great revision of popular fantasy RTS franchise ends up bland outsourced project lacking additional features promised in advertisements and presentation. Warcraft III Reforged plays it too safe resembling too much same product with reskinned graphics. Lacking soul and originality.

    And they claim the rights for all Custom Game modes Ideas, how big of a sh1t company can u be.
    Last thing i bought from blizz ever again, only disappointments over the last years.

    This is not a WC3:Ref - this is a chinese(no offence China xD) copy of WC3. It's like a fake iPhone from aliexpress with tv and android. This is laggy, buggy, ucomfortable, silly pice of s.. And    First of all why did all new games are produced with so many graphical problems?

    it’s not what we expected and what we deserve. I don’t know if it’s any sense to hope for a normal game from Blizzard. The last decade is continuous creative agony for them, I hope this will be the last shot. R.I.P. Blizzard

    Deleted 15+ years worth of scenarios from my PC on install. I could give it a low rating just for that, but that would be overlooking a billion other flaws.

    Nothing works, I run it on a 2080 Ti and I still get 20 fps in places. WC3 was my favourite game ever before Reforged came along, now I literally feel horrible for having spent any money on it.     As someone who has played this game more than 10 year especially custom games

    - terrible performance on custom games and lot of bugs even if you play with old graphics - they already removed ghostbots like a year ago which is terrible thing for custom games no stats tracking no votekick in game for ruiners etc.. - horrible custom game list menu - terrible quality for modern game, old    As someone who has played this game more than 10 year especially custom games

    Now that blizztard has not only ruined this franchise for me. It went back and killed Warcraft 3 classic, by going back and patched classic so that we can almost never enjoy that experience again...

    This is unacceptable to call this a remaster. This is just a rerelease of the original game. Nothing was changed. Again, this is unacceptable and false advertising.

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
