    I knew I should never pre-order anything because the end result is often disappointing compared to what was promised, but I thought I could make an exception for a remaster of the game I spent so many of my teenage years playing.

    I'm never making that mistake again.

    A disappointing downgrade of one of my favorite games of all time. It's not only a poor remaster, it also breaks features of the legacy game. Blizzard is no longer a premiere development studio.

    Lies and money grab. It' basically a 10 dollars skin pack sold at on overprice. In blizzcon 2019 they said that their action will matter, not the words, and they were right, blizzard is a piece of trash triple A company like EA, that want easy money, fking all.

    If I'm rating the original WC3, which was a great game, I'd probably be more generous but the fact is WC3:Reforged had a great 15+ year old game to go off of and missed the mark entirely. Not only did they release a game absent new features promised they removed or broke many of the original ones. THAT'S NOT ALL though, they also removed ( or broke) them from the original game. Why? IIf I'm rating the original WC3, which was a great game, I'd probably be more generous but the fact is WC3:Reforged had a great 15+ year old game to go off of and missed the mark entirely. Not only did they release a game absent new features promised they removed or broke many of the original ones. THAT'S NOT ALL though, they also removed ( or broke) them from the original game. Why?     Honestly, this game is such a disappointment. So much has been promised yet we got none of that. The cutscenes are nothing like it has been shown at Blizzcon. There are big issues with the game, I don't really have the best PC ever but I'm having performance issues really often on this game, a lot of hanging, freezes and sometimes even crashes. To think that I spend money on this makes meHonestly, this game is such a disappointment. So much has been promised yet we got none of that. The cutscenes are nothing like it has been shown at Blizzcon. There are big issues with the game, I don't really have the best PC ever but I'm having performance issues really often on this game, a lot of hanging, freezes and sometimes even crashes. To think that I spend money on this makes me so angry because on top of a bad game, you cannot get a refund, instead you get banned.     I loved Warcraft 3, and played it for years in the early 2000’s. This game is buggy (games automatically lose all the time), graphically is horrible both in quality and performance, and SO MANY FEATURES OF THE ORIGINAL GAME HAVE BEEN REMOVED! I loved the competitive ladder, and this game somehow doesn’t have that!!? Also no ability to create custom campaign games?     Ревью-бомберы в очередной раз дискредитировали сами себя. Прочитав пользовательские отзывы вы не найдете там конструктива и здравой критики, лишь популистские возгласы и хейт. Теперь по факту:

    1. Производительность. Утечки памяти и дропы производительности имеют место, но далеко не все так ужасно, как вещают "критики" с ютуба, они строго фиксированы, т.е у большинства людей на различных    Ревью-бомберы в очередной раз дискредитировали сами себя. Прочитав пользовательские отзывы вы не найдете там конструктива и здравой критики, лишь популистские возгласы и хейт. Теперь по факту:

    1. Производительность. Утечки памяти и дропы производительности имеют место, но далеко не все так ужасно, как вещают "критики" с ютуба, они строго фиксированы, т.е у большинства людей на различных системах в одних и тех же моментах при прохождении, (кстати именно эти места вам и демонстрируют ваши любимые блогеры, утверждая "глобальной" проблеме с производительностью), что спокойно правится патчем в первые пару недель.

    2. Озвучка местами шикарная, а местами актёры очевидно недоигрывают (актёр озвучки Артаса, как пример).

    3. Заметный даунгрейд в графическом плане по сравнению с демонстрацией на близкон, но советую не слушать "специалистов" по игровому арту, голосящих о регрессе в сравнении с оригиналом 2002 год-очевидное вранье. Графика приятная, но местами уж кислотная, что тоже поправимо.

    4. Отсутствие возможности проходить пользовательские компании, а также новое пользовательское соглашение редактора карт, в котором прописано, что любая пользовательская карта, созданная в Reforged, не может быть воспроизведена где-либо ещё, т.е Blizzard имеет полное право прикрыть её автономную версию, является для меня основным минусом. Надеюсь, что вернуть возможность проходить компании.

    5. Проблемы со стабильностью сетевого сегмента игры. Вы можете вылететь сразу после загрузки матча или смотреть на вылет своих оппонентов и на победу в следствии :) ну и урезанный функционал, по сравнению с оригиналом 2002 года, что тоже временно и будет постепенно исправляться и вводиться в игру.

    Резюмируя, хочу посоветовать думать своей головой, а не вестись на мнение толпы, рефлексирующей о своих несбывшихся надеждах, которые это толпа себе и сама придумала, ибо читать официальные заявления разработчиков в процессе разработки игры, она считает выше своего достоинства.

    На данном этапе не могу советовать продукт к покупке, т.к объективно, пока сыровата. Рекомендую подождать когда игру отполируют патчами и завезут контент.    … Expand

    Preordered from watching blizzcon reveal. Oh boi was that a mistake. The game is a complete mess. I used to trust blizzard but no more.
    Really disappointed as I was really looking forward to this.

Игра понравилась картинка похорошела прилично, даже если не приближать камеру видно не вооруженным глазом.Озвучка вполне сносная, на некоторых героях даже очень крутая,она подогнана под английскую версию.     It force deleted my original warcraft 3 game, removed all the saved data as well. From there I went to play and it crashed repeatedly for 5 hours. From there I got into the game and the skins for the building and characters are not completed. The game crashes about every other mission.     I am horribly disappointed about the changes they did in copy right for custom games. As i understand it, they recently updated their terms. Any custom map uploaded to battlenet is now the property of Blizzard. The custom map makes are the ones that made this game legendary. For what, merely some money from purchases? The original version should definitely remain in its state, since no rational user will accept the changes made to some mechanics like clan, chat or UMS. Being used to the high qualityI am utterly shocked. Just cannot really imagine to have this company's logo on such a piece of a bad software. Warcraft 3 was for a reason unknown to me killed.     As a long time fan of Warcraft, and blizzard in general. This was a shameful cash grab. A lot of the promised features were missing. And there were so many bugs. I didn’t pay for a game to become blizzard’s qa tester. Refunded. Blizzard should be ashamed.

    How is it possible that the UI is WORSE all these years later? The game is not unplayable, but its not fun to play. Why are we missing hours of cutscene? This is not the worst game I've ever played, but it is the biggest dissapointment. Shame on you Blizzard.

As a frequent Warcraft 3 player, this an utter disgrace, a callous testament to corporate greed and sociopathy, and a tarnishing of one of the greatest games ever made. In summary, this is not a remaster, this is not an upgrade, this is actually a downgrade to the original game. Features are missing and overall the game isReforged is, in many ways, the worst game release of all time. As a frequent Warcraft 3 player, this an utter disgrace, a callous testament to corporate greed and sociopathy, and a tarnishing of one of the greatest games ever made. The new agreement for custom maps is a testament to corporate greed of massive proportions. This new release also destroys man custom maps that passionate mapmakers worked hard to create. Blizzard spits in the face of all Warcraft 3 players, many of whom never asked for this "upgrade". Even if you did not buy Reforged, you are forced into their new, inferior ecosystem.     Zero out of ten from an old bearded wc3 player.

    I've played wc3 since RoC release, survived the period of 2006-2010 when cheaters overwhelmed bnet, found refuge on third-party clients like garena, Iccup, w3arena and played 1.26@garena the whole 2019 just cuz bnet was a total mess last year. @ Reforge emerged. New graphics unplayable, old graphics partially bugged, bnet functionality    Zero out of ten from an old bearded wc3 player.

    I've played wc3 since RoC release, survived the period of 2006-2010 when cheaters overwhelmed bnet, found refuge on third-party clients like garena, Iccup, w3arena and played 1.26@garena the whole 2019 just cuz bnet was a total mess last year.

    New graphics unplayable, old graphics partially bugged, bnet functionality including profile, clans and stats are broken. Money is everything in this world, and seems to be more of a driving force than ever. The one thing I ask myself in these times is where has the pride of creation gone? With all the assets and talent within your company, why is it you cannot deliver something epic? From someone in my place, with no real hope of having the chance to create something as grand as you’re able to, I sit here trying to understand why even a simple cash grab can be so damning. We’ve seen it across the board with multiple companies. The micro transactions. The games that aren’t finished and yet they demand we pay for the full price of the game. Empty promises and the assurance that things will get better later. I say enough. Just stop. Stop buying into these lies and learn from these events. For those of you that still hold out hope that this problem can be fixed, look at the bigger picture. Let Blizzard and all the other companies know that we won’t tolerate it anymore. The smoke and mirrors act needs to end, and for that to happen we need to do our research. Don’t pre-order games, no matter what reputation the company has. Demand better and reward those that put in the effort. We need to come together and say enough is enough. We will no longer be subject to these business practices. We expect better. We demand better. Your company is one of the best in it’s field. You have the history to prove it. Go back to your roots and bring us back to the good old days. My only apology is that I’ve waited this long to voice my feelings. I know it’ll be met by mixed interpretations and perhaps a ban, but I love this company. It brought me into the gaming scene, and I would be remiss if I didn’t at least voice the last thoughts of an old gamer seeing his history go down the gutter.     They are okay with this kind of cashgrab? Reforged? Dont make me laugh. And now custom maps maker are being screwed around. I want to create custom maps, but now i wont because they'll take it away from me. Shame on you blizzard, used to love your game so much.

The graphics is good but you ruined the UI and it is driving me crazy with all that microlaggs. This game is so rushed and unpolished.     It's a shame to see what my favorite company has become. Warcraft was one of my childhood games that I grew up with, so seeing how this turned out to be made me feel betrayed by blizzard. It's safe to assume that blizzard is no more the company is dead to me.

    This game sucks major time! Blizzard, be ashamed of yourself! I paid 40 euro's for this piece of crap! I was lied to and thus feel bad! I can't get a refund, but if I did this in my job, I would be fired on the spot! But big companies seem to get away with lying and cheating. Go be ashamed of yourself! Really! Game is buggy, gfx are crap and the AI is just worthless.

Activision in my opinion has completely taken over Blizzard to the point that they don't give a damn about their games anymore. This was nothing more then a cash grab folks. Stay away.     Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.
