    I tried it out on my cousin's PC and I was very disappointed. Why is everything so bad-looking? Why does everything keep breaking? I thought remasters were supposed to be better????? For a 20-year-old game, you're better off buying some other game. Do not recommend, at least not in its current state.

    Totally broken. Full of bugs and a playstation 2 gameplay. Frame game dropping all the time 3 freaking generation later(!!!!!)

    Lazy remake, graphics are terrible. Sounds are terrible. Glitches everywhere. Did they even test this before releasing it?…

    This "remaster" is a horrible cash grab full of bugs, and even lacks some features from the original games. The cut-scenes cut off way too early, objects randomly start flying sometimes, and of course, the character models are garbage.

    I'm a big GTA fan. Sadly i must say I'm disappointed, characters looks bad, full of bugs and glitches.. Can't describe how bad i feel for preordering this game, don't make the same mistake as me, stay with OG versions, install some mods and save your money.

    there is just so much fixing in state as it is that its not getting better for a while or if ever.
    definitive edition art syle just feels like slapped on fortnite textures all over with fancy shaders.
    bought the original trio and it felt just so much better in every way.

    I've only bothered to create an account to leave this score. It pretty much tells you how bad this remaster is. Saying this as a childhood fan of the classic trilogy.

    Welcome to world of Rockstar, where production has finished in 2013 and since then we release renewed version of the same game, so we don’t do any work but still continuously make money. It’s an absolute joke that company with such name as Rockstar is reheating a 20years old burger and thinking that they can get away with it. It probably didn’t take longer than 2 weeks, to achieve thisWelcome to world of Rockstar, where production has finished in 2013 and since then we release renewed version of the same game, so we don’t do any work but still continuously make money. It’s an absolute joke that company with such name as Rockstar is reheating a 20years old burger and thinking that they can get away with it. It probably didn’t take longer than 2 weeks, to achieve this trilogy, while modders community got a massive hit in the back for doing better job, already years in the back. Games are literally reskinned and added shaders to it. No old bugs were fixed, they were straight out into “new games” which only shows how much effort has been actually put into the development of this title. Thanks to Game Pass I didn’t have to waste my money on something that should not even be allowed to exist in today’s world. Pure scam, laziness and disrespect towards fans.

    Hope this will cost their reputation and the next release will hit the ground, Rockstar included.    … Expand

    More bugs than cyberpunk.
    Whoever did the remodeling of these games really screwed rockstar over.
    I've seen games from the early 90s look better than this ****
    Why can't game developers do a good job anymore?
    Surely just file for bankruptcy already.
    I'd be surprised if they even have fans after this, what a waste.

    60$ for a cheap graphic mod? hell no. I don't think the company remastered this game event play the game they made.

    You just need to check who worked on this "definite edition" and read the credits page to get an idea where all the soul went from this game.

    This is disrespectful to both the fans and the classic trilogy, full of bugs and performance problems, $ 60 for is insane, you fell under Rockstar games.

    Un remaasterd horrible lleno de bugs como civer punk 2077 casi o parecido tiene caras en los personajes horribles tiene bugs en animaciones anda a pocos fps para ser un juegi de hace 20 años además sacaron los títulos originales una lástima es uno de los peores remasteis que vi no lo recomiendo ni lo toco con un palo

    I am really disappointed. This game was once of my childhood memories and now you TOTALLY DESTROY IT. After all thanks for saving my money from buying any games from you. Shame on you Rockstars.

    Не понимаю, за что просят такие деньги, хуже ремастера, чем этот - я в жизни не видел, конченные миссии, идиотская стрельба, графика... Все тот же двухтысячный год, только с более реалистичными Отражениями и текстурами, а в остальном... Это пиздец, в сравнении с ремастерами резидент эвил, мафии и т.д. - за этот не то, что деньги отдавать не хочется, а наоборот - это рокстар должны мнеНе понимаю, за что просят такие деньги, хуже ремастера, чем этот - я в жизни не видел, конченные миссии, идиотская стрельба, графика...     I didnt even play this game. But after videos that I seen its 0 point. The atmosphere is lost, incomprehensible bugs and bad textures of some characters, also cut out the original sounds of the menu in 3 and Vice City. I don't even want to buy, these games are not worth their money

    It's a Rockstar work, but a fluff.
    Cyberpunk is also a technological peak
    It's a pity I spent $ 60 on it, better to buy a bottle and drink it alone

    The worst thing I've seen so far, bad character designs, the rain is awful and many others glitches and bugs. Of course, the worst of the worst is the price, it's not worth it.

    Rockstar dropped the ball on this remaster. The cars and other moving models look like plastic toys and the cities look like polished excrement. The contrast between the environment and the models is horrible and the list of bugs is long and obnoxious. Quality of life changes are the only redeeming part of this remaster that does no favours for fans or newcomers. Skip it until they either fix it or let the moders do their job.

    I cannot currently recommend Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition on the PC, and a lot has to happen until I do. The truth is that I've had a decent amount of fun with this remaster; part of it is based on nostalgia, and part of it is based on some ridiculous, unavoidable bugs that weren't as frequent as I'd feared. Given all of these issues and the abysmal performance of the three games on the PC, I'd stay away from the trilogy until several major updates have been released. Even then, this remaster may not be for everyone.

    Overall, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition was set up to be one of the best things for GTA fans and it failed to hit that mark. It will now be remembered as a failure to launch title but I am sure Rockstar will step in and continue to fix some items within their game world.
