Nov 16, 2021so rockstar/take two attacked its own community, which kept games that left more than two decades alive until today with the mods and not earning anything for it, so as not to feel threatened and launch this garbage they call remaster and charge full price??
if you are a modder, please don't do anything for this trilogy as it is the definitive version. let rockstar/t2 sink, it's what they deserve -

They didn't have to change the characters so awfully. Why did they disfigure Tommy and Carl so much?
With this graphic, why does it want a strong system?

Nov 16, 2021This game is a disgrace to the industry. I can't believe R* is proud of showing their logo in this game before it starts. There are countless bugs, crashes, freezes. The character models look almost like in an anime or manga.
BUT THE BIGGEST ROBBERY WAS THAT IT DISAPPEARED AFTER THE RELEASE WITH NO INFORMATIONS.
I can't believe that this is called "Definitive Edition". -

-poor optimization
-a lot of glitches
-misspelling textures, etc etc
this remaster makes Halo 1 Anniversary to look like a masterpiece
i highly recommend to you to download the game from another source rather than the Rockstar Launcher, or try to get an steam-key of the originals -

Nov 16, 2021I tried playing on PC first, which I couldn't of course, then i tried the game pass included SA on xbox, and it's just horrible to play. Then the PC version started working and it's even worse. T2, Rockstar, War Drum Studios, be very, VERY ashamed.

Nov 16, 2021Rockstar faltered a lot with the gamer public, launching the SAME GAME with a very bad graphics mod and charging a high price, here in Brazil the game costs 320$ this is 1/3 of the minimum salary.. it lost morale and respect for this company

Dec 7, 2021Rockstar dropped the ball on this remaster. The cars and other moving models look like plastic toys and the cities look like polished excrement. The contrast between the environment and the models is horrible and the list of bugs is long and obnoxious. Quality of life changes are the only redeeming part of this remaster that does no favours for fans or newcomers. Skip it until they either fix it or let the moders do their job.

Dec 7, 2021I cannot currently recommend Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition on the PC, and a lot has to happen until I do. The truth is that I've had a decent amount of fun with this remaster; part of it is based on nostalgia, and part of it is based on some ridiculous, unavoidable bugs that weren't as frequent as I'd feared. Given all of these issues and the abysmal performance of the three games on the PC, I'd stay away from the trilogy until several major updates have been released. Even then, this remaster may not be for everyone.

Nov 29, 2021Overall, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition was set up to be one of the best things for GTA fans and it failed to hit that mark. It will now be remembered as a failure to launch title but I am sure Rockstar will step in and continue to fix some items within their game world.
