    The zero is mostly good to give at the state of the game and the damn **** of a launcher that they decided to go to instead of steam between bad grapics for GTA3 which i bought the damn thing for to the **** rain effect that act like damn shards of glass to the physics don't let me start if you didn't buy it yet way for a big sale.

    Ta gra to policzek dla fana. Rockstar powinien się wstydzić. Jeśli moderzy są w stanie stworzyć lepszą wersję za darmo niż wy za 269 zł to nie ma nawet o czym mówić. Modele postaci to jakiś nie śmieszny żart. Dodatkowo usunięcie gry dzień po premierze i kazanie czekac do poniedziałku to totalny brak profesjonalizmu. Shame on U Rockstar!

    They would have been better off giving us an emulated PS2 version with GTAV controls. Rain is the biggest eye sore possible, character models look like Mii characters, and it's very clearly an updated release of the mobile port that came out a few years ago.

    Somebody should ban War Drum Studios aka Grove Street Games from touching another game, ever.

    This is worst of their work yet. Mind you, mobile ports of III, Vice City and San Andreas were not good -- especially SA, which is considered worst of the three, and is pretty much feature-broken years after release.

    But this is another level of bad. Visually, games lost their aesthetics, their unique art style is down the garbage chute. They've used AI-based re-scaling pretty much everywhere, and it's absolutely horrible. Character models are ruined, especially ones of Claude, Tommy, Denise and Asuka. Distance fog is gone in all three games, and blue tint is gone from III.

    Tens of hundreds of bugs, both old and new are present. Frame rate is all over the place. Glitches are everywhere. Physics of the cars and objects is junk.

    Some of the missions are completely broken, and some are bugged up to the brim, to the point where you can still technically finish them, but you'll curse all of the developers and their immediate family whilst doing so.

    With all of that being said, I should separately note that Rockstar pulled all of the original games from all digital stores, and threatened to sue a bunch of modders, including authors of re3 & reVC -- modern engine re-implementations for GTA III and Vice City, respectively.

    These actions in themselves are in bad taste. Considering that this is being done to clear the way for this piece of garbage re-make, this release looks more and more like a greedy cash grab.

    Please avoid this at all costs. Original games with Silent patch installed are much more consistent and enjoyable. Consider buying a copy of any of these three games on a second-hand market.    … Expand

    Зачем тратить время и силы, чтобы переделать игру под другой движок, поломав при этом все лица и вообще всю пропорцию персонажей (пальцы-сосиски, сломанный позвоночник и тд), добавить кучу багов, и полностью изменить оригинальный дух игры, сделав все мультяшным?
    Ведь можно было просто взять/выкупить, за небольшую благодарность, у мододелов пару патчей и закинуть их стим и тд.

    Buggy mess; controlls are broken; sound is sometimes ok and sometimes compressed to the point where it sounds like a walkie-talkie; graphics are horrendously wrong, it looks like those old Unity games that make everything look plastic, and not only that, some models are not even ported, others have wrong weight maps, some have wrong textures, animations are broken on some models. The worstBuggy mess; controlls are broken; sound is sometimes ok and sometimes compressed to the point where it sounds like a walkie-talkie; graphics are horrendously wrong, it looks like those old Unity games that make everything look plastic, and not only that, some models are not even ported, others have wrong weight maps, some have wrong textures, animations are broken on some models. The worst part is not that these games are so poorly made, it's that these games are supposed to be a remaster from the original ones which were some of the best games that humanity has seen. So many childs have memories of playing with these games and seeing something you love treated the way they treated this remaster is painful. Modders had to go through legal problems because of this, you can't even purchase the original copies anymore. Seriously, I don't think it could be worst.… Expand

    For 4-5 thousand they wanted to feed us with THIS! Why is the red price MAXIMUM 1 thousand! 300 rubles each for damaged originals, and another 100 rubles on top for pills to treat a broken roof. Although given the above noted attitude towards the mod community, you are not even worthy of this money.
    About spoiled graphics, all the same outdated physics, which has now become twitchy in places, and poor sound, there are already many who have written here. Will not forget about the cut content yet. Coupled with a bunch of new bugs out of the blue, and other "delights" of modern, supposedly "more expensive" game development. Not to mention pushing the agenda, and the most insignificant attempts to please, not offend those who will never be your target audience anyway. And to your real audience, you just made a savory spit.
    You know, there is a saying, roughly it sounds like this: "If you spit on society, society will drown. If society spits on you, you will drown."
    So tell me, was it worth it? Was it really necessary to bring this up?
    We can only hope, and it’s probably still naive, that this will serve as some kind of lesson. Although, given the increasingly widespread greed, which is played along with the profits, most likely no lesson will be learned. They will just pretend that this product has never existed. And they will no longer do FULL-FULL reprints. They will also shove it off on the fans, they say, it's all because of them, such toxic and aggressive haters. Of course, this is always a very comfortable position. Especially when green papers have already settled in my pocket.
    It’s a pity that when the last fall of the stocks, they did not collapse to the very bottom. Perhaps having already received a good kick from investors, you would at least then think about something.
    It is very disappointing and sad that every year I observe an increasing degradation of the once legendary companies. And the fall of your favorite gaming industry to the bottom.     Jogo custa quase 1/3 do salário mínimo brasileiro, sendo que é só um 'mod' oficial de um jogo de 2004, que custava 20 reais na steam (sem promoções), além do mais o jogo está cheio de bugs, não merece ser comprado por ninguém

    Well done Groove Street Games & Rockstar, you just killed 3 legendary games. The PC version is full of bugs, the IA is worst than the 1st versions, the graphics are awful and the characters are coming straight from the Sims 4.
    And I don't understand why you can't use simultaneously the controller and the mouse.

    Congratulation for the best prank of 2021.

    Need a refund for the game and you can take your game back. If C++ works with Unreal Engine it doesn't mean you can copy the original code and paste it for the new game. Everything changes there. And what's up with the bugs and instagram filters on the games? The rain drops are hilarious.That's not what people call a definitive edition. Learn from Mafia how it's done.

Мало того, что цена достаточно высокая для России (кто как зарабатывает конечно), но объективно ценник немаленький для игры, в которой ничего кроме улучшения графики не поменялось. Легко вспомнить, что в подобное можно было спокойно поиграть на смартфоне ещё несколько лет назад, что я лично и делал. Было нормально, цена была адекватной, около 400 рублей илиПросто ужасный ход от Рокстар. Мало того, что цена достаточно высокая для России (кто как зарабатывает конечно), но объективно ценник немаленький для игры, в которой ничего кроме улучшения графики не поменялось. Легко вспомнить, что в подобное можно было спокойно поиграть на смартфоне ещё несколько лет назад, что я лично и делал. Было нормально, цена была адекватной, около 400 рублей или что-то такое. Здесь же 4600 на плойку. За 25 минут игры наткнулся на большое количество багов, например: прозрачные машины, поломанные катсцены (персонажи пропадают), неадекватное поведение окружающего мира. В оригинале все НПС были относительно спокойными, иногда были какие-то стычки и тд, в Вайс-Сити ты словно играешь с кодом на апокалипсис (водители-лихачи, педы атакующие друг друга и тд). В общем, очень плохо. Пришлось даже зарезаться тут, чтобы высказать своё недовольство. Даже Близы не настолько наглеют по сравнению с Рокстар.… Expand

    I had high expectations, but the bugs, glitches and the poor performance are just a terrible!
    Why does rockstar let groove street games, which is a real disgraces to their name, remodel the GTA Trilogy? A big disappointment

    First of all, the game I pre-purchased got taken off the RGames Launcher and I did not get to play it for 3 days. When I played it, the experience was extremely underwelming. No love poured in these games whatsoever. I even uninstall these abominations. Shame on you Rockstar. I now have lost my faith in you.

    well they should had atleast given an option to increase and decrease the distance of the fog(and also an option to turn of the fog.) Its just so lazy. All they had to do was some line like(CL_DRAWFOG 1)(or something like that). (well GTA VC looks good without fog as it represent miami and it sets the whole thing well) but gta 3 and gta sa feels so weird, the whole thing is too lazy.well they should had atleast given an option to increase and decrease the distance of the fog(and also an option to turn of the fog.)     well yes i agree with you. NO LAUNCHER EVER REQUIRES YOU TO HAVE A INTERNET CONNECTION FOR PLAYING SINGLE PLAYER TITLES. Well steam works. orgin works(orgin is made by EA and it WORKS)Epic games works(but has to enable offline login in settings). ubisoft connect works. BUT ROCK STAR LAUNCHER.     Siempre hemos vinculado los juegos de Rockstar como sinónimo de excelencia, lástima que esta no lo sea. Partiendo desde un pobre modelado, a veces viendo a los personajes casi deformes. El extraño clima de lluvia, que se camufla con el mar.     Rockstar dropped the ball on this remaster. The cars and other moving models look like plastic toys and the cities look like polished excrement. The contrast between the environment and the models is horrible and the list of bugs is long and obnoxious. Quality of life changes are the only redeeming part of this remaster that does no favours for fans or newcomers. Skip it until they either fix it or let the moders do their job.

    I cannot currently recommend Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition on the PC, and a lot has to happen until I do. The truth is that I've had a decent amount of fun with this remaster; part of it is based on nostalgia, and part of it is based on some ridiculous, unavoidable bugs that weren't as frequent as I'd feared. Given all of these issues and the abysmal performance of the three games on the PC, I'd stay away from the trilogy until several major updates have been released. Even then, this remaster may not be for everyone.

    Overall, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition was set up to be one of the best things for GTA fans and it failed to hit that mark. It will now be remembered as a failure to launch title but I am sure Rockstar will step in and continue to fix some items within their game world.
