    The best script, tons of references, great dialogues and just beautiful vibe. It's so sad that people give low score just because of bugs that will be fixed, or because they have raised their expectations for no reason and expected something different from the game.

    Don't listen to the haters, this is the game of the decade.
    Yeah, there are bugs, but not like Fallout 76 or Skyrim.

    And the game has been made with love. The attention to details is crazy. The game is beautiful and immersive, the quests are top-notch.

    This should be a 10+ game, and will be in 6 months with others patch's.
    Before patch 1.0.4 I would give a 6 at most, the graphics on pc where bad, nothing as announced and so many bugs and glitches, I was really disappointed, remind me that hamburger advertising, so beautiful on the picture but when you buy... (watch the movie Falling Down for reference).
    But after this first patch, the    This should be a 10+ game, and will be in 6 months with others patch's.

    But after this first patch, the game got back on track again, and I was so happy for it, I have a simple computer with a gtx 1060 and a i5 7400, but even with this configuration playing Night City is delightful, the story and the fluid conversations made me fill inside a movie, like I was part of the story, and making the game in first person was a plus hit.
    The game still need many improvements, manly in the menu and inventory management, the fighting AI, still many bugs to fix, things that can easily be done with time, but the cyberpunk rpg is the best I ever seen, it makes you fill part of the story, is the type of game that you play slowly wishing to never end.
    Hope that I will be back in review after 6 months to give what this game really deserve a 10.    … Expand

    Gram w Cyberpunka i jestem pod wrażeniem samej gry. Moim zdaniem krytyczne komentarze są pisane na wyrost i są wyolbrzymione. Po kilku godzinach grania zauważyłem tylko 2 mniejsze bugi nie przeszkadzające w graniu. Uczciwie wystawiam tej grze swoja ocenę, bo jest tego warta i gra jest warta grania.

    Игра не тянет на релиз 2020 который делали 8 лет с 2 переносами. По уровню графики и проработанности мира игра года так 16-17. Сюжет не самый лучший, но тянет на крепкую 5, но баги, оптимизация, физика машин, ИИ балванчиков и общее отношение разработчиков к игрокам как на консолях, так и на пк снижают оценку до 0.     Yes, its buggy. Yes, it requires to play on PC. This is PC's version page. Game itself is a masterpiece. In the past 3 days I was barely sleeping, mostly playing and I dont feel that I waste this time. 10/10.

    Ps4 review= I have put in about 16 hours into this game and i must say i love everything about it except the graphics and bugs of the game. Like many others I'm also disappointed in how it runs on base console! This game was supposed to launch 2 years ago, there is no such thing as "it was meant to be launched on next gen console!"

    After playing 25 hours in this game and despite the numerous bugs that I have encountered, I can recommend this game. CDPR has created an amazing world with wonderful atmosphere. As far as I understand, most of the negative reviews come from PS4 users who feel cheated, and perhaps they are right, but the PC version of the game, in my opinion, looks very good. I have Ryzen 3600/ RX 5700 andAfter playing 25 hours in this game and despite the numerous bugs that I have encountered, I can recommend this game. CDPR has created an amazing world with wonderful atmosphere. As far as I understand, most of the negative reviews come from PS4 users who feel cheated, and perhaps they are right, but the PC version of the game, in my opinion, looks very good. Cyberpunk is being wounded by nerd rage over peoples expectations and it being an optimized buggy game . The content here is solid, I found the fan service to be good too for all 5 people that played cyberpunk the pen and paper game. . If you ignore all the bugs like almost every object is floating in the air like phones, trays, and cars, and if you ignore the horrible performance and crashes and just focus on the game, you would see that Cyberpunk 2077 is an overhyped game that fails to deliver the promises that CDPR made.

    The game is like a watered-down GTA with a futuristic theme.

    NPC's don't have AI at all:

    1- NPCs don't have special routines or AI. All the NPCs have a programmed path, if you block it, they either walk back or don't move at all. If you park your car in front of an NPC's programmed path that does a mission with you, that NPC will walk through your car. And later if that NPC tries to drive away and your car is in front of their programmed path, they will just ram your car instead of driving around it.

    2- All NPCs don't talk or speak. They just smoke and look around while the game plays crowd background noise. This makes the city feel dead. CDPR failed at delivering this promise, making the need for NPC useless. At least you can decrease the population of NPC to increase performance.

    3- NPCs don't have a life cycle. They spawn at the player's field of view and disappear when out of the player's field of view. This results in police spawning around you when you commit a crime even if you're inside a closed room.

    Character creation is a disappointment. Mordhau has a better character creation that CP77

    Lack of option. The game has very few hairstyles to choose from. It doesn't even have an afro.
    You can choose to have a male voice or a female voice, but you don't have the option for different voice pitches.
    You can't change your height or body type (slim, fat, muscular). For some reason, they thought making penis physics was more important.

    And when it comes to cybernetics, there aren't many options. Deus EX has better cybernetics options.

    For some reason, they thought it would be a great idea to put stats on the clothes you wear. So you end up choosing clothes with better stats than style. So you end up looking like a clown wearing a military helmet with tennis shorts. But it doesn't really matter since you can only see your character when looking at a mirror or when you open inventory.

    The gameplay is very lacking as well. At the start, you get to choose your "background" as either nomad, street kid, or corp. This just gives you 30-mins of different gameplay but then all 3 end up at the same place. Your background only really affects the dialog options you have.

    And I can tell the story was also cut short ----- SPOILERS! -----

    In the beginning, you meet your best friend, Jackie. Then the game shows a montage of both of your adventures then the game takes you to a big heist mission where Jackie dies.
    You feel nothing over his death since all the gameplay time of you and Jackie's adventures were cut out of the game so you don't really have a connection with this character.
    You've only met him, seen a montage, do a small mission (which due to horrible NPC AI, he ends up being annoying by standing right in front of you when you try to shoot and screaming when you're in stealth), then do a heist and he dies.

Technically, the game is an absolute mess with many many physics bugs/glitches, crashes to desktop, flickering, gamebraking glitches (elevator not usable). Performance without Raytracing is also VERY bad - not playable with e.g. 1060 or 1070. I played it with a RTX 3080 and had crashes to desktop every 2min. in the first session. Graphics look much worse than RDR2 or Spiderman Miles Morales with MASSIVE Pop-ins all around the world. This is not what I expected. :-/… Expand

    Use nvme ssd and almost all of your problems and bugs gonna vanish. Game is great, I love it, I enjoy it, it's 10 times better than tlou2 or ghost of tsushima. Graphics are Best - some characters and places look so photorealistic! Сюжет огонь, графика супер!

    If it wasn't for all the release problems of this game, bugs, lags and etc. I'd have given this game 10/10 because of the story and the atmosphere that are breathtaking. The game's so interesting that you somehow continue playing it despite all the bugs you face which is why you should consider playing it maybe not now but in a month or two when most of them are fixed.

    This is the best game we have gotten in a while, an absolute masterpiece. If you’re considering if you wanna buy it i think its worth it without a doubt no matter how glitchy it is (and yes its very glitchy atm)

    Because of the bugs it doesn't get a 10. Even though it should have released in a better state than what we have right now, in my playthrough I encountered very few bugs and so I mostly laughed at them, whilst other ppl got very shanked by them.
    Still glad it didn't get delayed on pc, although consoles version should have been delayed again

    The game is very beautiful, it has a very good narrative and strong characters, the melee combat could use a bit of polishing but bo complaints about the gunplay. Unfortunately the bugs and a quite bad AI hold back the full imersion and experience this game can offer, i'm sure these issues will be fixed but it is still quite dissapointing.

Few minor graphical ones, one T-posing enemy and invisible hair in the mirror but nothing gamebreaking. This is a beautiful and amazing game. It has the kind of ingrained skills, and dialog options that You’ll be hard pressed to find outside of New Vegas. I highly recommend the PC version. Maybe just wait for a couple moreBuggy, and unstable launch.     This game is incredible! Great story, great look and fun gameplay! And only $80 Aus when games like cod go for 100+ with only 9 hour story. The game will look even better in years to come when new hardware will allow the setting to be cranked to max. Minimal bugs compared to other big open world releases which will only get patched out.

    Because of my old and weak GPU, this game runs poorly on my computer, but even despite that it's a lot of fun! It's got verticality, which i was hoping for but didnt expect so Im pleasantly surprised, it seems as though the enviroments are fully fleshed out which is a huge plus to me, the little ive played of the story has been very engaging and it seems as though ill have branchingBecause of my old and weak GPU, this game runs poorly on my computer, but even despite that it's a lot of fun! It's got verticality, which i was hoping for but didnt expect so Im pleasantly surprised, it seems as though the enviroments are fully fleshed out which is a huge plus to me, the little ive played of the story has been very engaging and it seems as though ill have branching opportunities based on my actions, though ive yet to see that fully fleshed out. The only thing i dont particularly like is the driving, feels hard not to mess your car up. Overall great game! There are bugs though, as is to be expected with a game of this caliber this soon after launch, especially during these extenuating times. I think the game will be a 10 once it has been patched to a certain point. Bought via GOG which has worked well for me, specifically because i preordered the game... 18 minutes before it launched lol… Expand

Raytracing can be seen that placed fast because it looks poor. NPCs scripted, all behave the same. They find an obstacle, they will not miss it, but stop and stand.     I can't set an animalistic modification and make my character looking like FURRY!!! This is the main minus of the game. And of course - bugs, after so many years of waiting the game is raw. So rating 0, until you make DLC with exotics, then I will buy 10 copies!!!

    Most of talk at the moment is all about frames and bugs - don’t care. Not had anything remotely close to game breaking and patches will continue to come.

    Lots of mechanical things I’d like to see, better AI, a (much) harder difficulty, a transmog system.

    But it’s still a firm 10/10 from me, I think we are very lucky that this game exists and that someone at cdpr decided it would be cool to realize a cyberpunk story to this degree.    … Expand

    Let's start with the obvious. This game should have been delayed for at least a couple more months, though I understand this was not a possibility due to investors and other variables. The game is very buggy, with plenty of visual bugs, poor performance on lower-end machines, and crashes. This game was originally set to release in April of 2020. I have absolutely no idea what executive or who thought this game would be ready by then. I can't even imagine how buggy the game was 8 months ago. While CDPR has a great track record with fixing bugs after release, we cannot allow "release now fix later" to become the standard for game studios. In a couple months most of the issues will be fixed, and performance will be better but that's not the point.

    While this is a PC review, the blatant dishonesty by CDPR executives and marketing is inexcusable and can not be ignored. I do not see how people are defending them and making excuses for them. Not giving reviewers console codes, not showing base PS4 or Xbox One gameplay, and lying to investors saying base console performance is "surprisingly good" is ridiculous. If they would have been honest, came out and said the game wasn't ready for release, and performance on base consoles wasn't good but will be fixed, people would still have been mad but a lot of people would've respected the honesty. But they didn't do that.

    Looking past the bugs, the game is good. Gunplay is fine for an RPG, better than expected but still just average. RPG systems are average. There is not much depth in the perk system. Driving is just fine. The menu and keybinds for certain actions are clunky. Instead of using the industry-standard key for interacting with objects as E, they decided to use F and it can't be changed. The crouch key and skip dialogue key are both set to C by default. There are a lot of quality of life features I assume will be implemented in future updates.

    You would think that since you can summon your vehicles to you with the press of the button that there would be some kind of autopilot to destination feature that would allow you to take in the beauty of the city. This isn't the case though. I assume this is because of the poor driving AI. NPC drivers will often get stuck at crosswalks and have poor situational awareness. I would have liked to see this feature so I could enjoy the city. While on PC crowd density can be set to high, and comes very close to the 2018 gameplay trailer in levels of density, upon further look you see it comes at a cost. They look great from afar but walk among them and you'll realize they're just soulless robots with no awareness, far from the likes of Red Dead Redemption 2s NPCs (RDR2). The civilian AI & wanted/police system is a joke. Attack a civilian and instead of running or fighting back they just sit in a fetal position indefinitely. Police will spawn out of nowhere. All you have to do is run down the street and they'll forget about you. Rockstar has been doing it better than this for years. In RDR2 entire sections of the map will have a bounty for you and people will even come after you to claim that bounty. Lack of impact is very jarring in comparison to games like RDR2 & Fallout New Vegas (released 10 years ago and only took 18 months to develop) where there's an entire reputation system.

    Voice acting for most characters is good, not as good as the Witcher 3. This is a personal preference but the male voice actor for V is just not good. It's often over the top and lacks range/emotion. This could be to the direction he was given, but that idea falls apart because the female voice actor is much better. His voice is more suited for a side character, not a leading protagonist. I'd recommend using the feminine voice option even if you don't typically play feminine characters. I wasn't a fan of Keanu Reeves as Johnny Silverhand. I do not feel his voice matches the character. This is also pretty subjective and he was still a highlight of the game for me.

    The graphics on PC max settings are phenomenal. This is truly our first look at what a next-gen open-world game can be. Unfortunately only top of the line hardware will get you this experience. Even then, on high or medium settings the game still looks good enough (ON PC).

    The game pulls a Last of Us Part II and kills off a character that you barely get time to connect with. It then has the audacity to have an entire funeral quest dedicated to this character you barely spent 2 hours with. There are a few sentences of dialogue that tell you a little about the character and their desires and then boom they're dead.

    The story took a while to hook me. I assume most people won't even make it far into the story because of the issues listed above. It's ok. It's not the best story ever told but it's also not the worst. I liked Witcher 3's more. It tackles the ideas from the Cyberpunk genre well. More needs to be said but I'm at my character limit so that's it.    … Expand

Myslím, že většina negativních recenzí je výsledkem nespokojenosti lidí s tím, že jejich počítače nejsou schopny zvládnout Cyberpunk. Vyrůst. Tato hra má problémy, ale snažte se vidět dobré stránky.     I love it, and I may be lucky but I’ve had very minimal bugs and glitches, bit of clipping and occasional floating object. The story and city design is amazing, even on my older gpu it runs well with decent graphic settings and playable fps. Updates will make this a behemoth of a game.

    Amazing experience on pc, there are moments when you think to be in a Blade Runner movie...but don't expect to run the game at max details unless you have a top pc with a RTX 3090...i have an i9 and a RTX 2070 super and i can play 60 fps in 1440...just spend some time in the settings menu. The last patch 1.04 solved many bugs.

Gameplay, music, story - not unique, but still pleasant and authentic. Cyberpunk atmosphere is most dirty, immoral and rude in this game! Other cyberpunk games being unnecessarily gloomy and sterile. This makes it better in the new cyberpunk game.
    Overestimated expectations of not the most pleasant part of the players are now underestimating the game. While this is justified on the PS4 and Xbox One versions, it is not fair on the PC version. I'm here to fix this. So I put the game 10/10.    … Expand

    The game itself is amazing, clearly a 10/10. The amount of detail is mind blowing, the story is interesting, the characters are awesome. Gameplaywise it's a fun experience too, the visuals are breathtaking. No reason to give the game a bad rating because of the bugs that will be eventually fixed in the near future. The current 6.7/10 only shows that people are triggered because of the bugs.

    And really interesting part is the dialogue state which simply doesnt put all the world on pause while you conversate and gives you almost full freedom of movement and actions while still choosing dialogue options. Which is something new, though really simple and hopefully gonna be a new standard in such games.
    Lots of guns and hacking features also give you a lot of freedom in the way you advance the fights.
    Fist fighting is a bit silly but i guess it became the thing for CD Project in all their games.
    Now the specs. Nvidia Gtx 1660 super, 16gb ram, ryzen 5 3600, 2 ssd for games and system. The game works really well almost on max settings. No raytracing no hdr - still really really beautiful!!

    In my case i experienced a minor bugs which all easylly fix themselves by loading the last save.
    The game needs some polishing for sure, but completely playable on PC if you meet the reqs. Totally worth its price on PC, the first time I made a preorder and didn't regret it after RDR2!    … Expand

    Managed to get in and play on someone's console and still not worth my money
    The game isnt truly open world, its linear and devoid of emotional connection to characters. Just another AAA title taking money and not delivering what was promised.

    Playing on a mid-range PC and I'm loving it so far. There are a few bugs here and there and mostly texture glitches, but haven't encountered any game-braking bugs. There are still a few things and features left unfinished but I'm sure CDPR will eventually finish everything in time and fix the game, Like it was with The Witcher 3.

    Yes there is some bugs, but i dont really care,because they are not critical and i just make face like its must be like that. If you struggling with this - leave the game just for now, just like i did with Kingdom come: deliverance and let them finish the game. We pay with bugs and performance to be able to play it now. Because of the corona they were not able to finish it in time, while whole marketing and advertisement was already set. This is CD projekt red, you know how good they works are. Just leave this game, let them finish and come back.

    My PC isn't the greatest so I had to play this on Low preset in the graphics menu but it still manage to look visually stunning. With an outstanding soundtrack full of banging tunes both in gameplay and just driving around in your car. The voice acting is stellar with particular note towards Keanu Reeves as Johnny Silverhands. This was one of those games that drew me in and kept me playingMy PC isn't the greatest so I had to play this on Low preset in the graphics menu but it still manage to look visually stunning.     There are however a few bugs present in the current version that makes this not a perfect game. The menu boxes stick on the screen occasionally, the mouse cursor for targeting items in the world is fickle at best, and at a certain point only the player character's voice would be heard detracting a great deal from my experience.     Easily the best game of the decade, amazing story, graphics and detailed world. Regardless of the bugs I have witness it has not brought me out of the immersion of the game.
    None of the bugs I have encounter has broken the gameplay for me.
    What I have seen bug-wise: T posing, Jackie disappearing in the middle of quest stopping it from progressing ( save reload ), Characters clipping    Easily the best game of the decade, amazing story, graphics and detailed world.     Others seems to experiencing more and less than this, and not as bad as last gen consoles. But this game is very well worth it.

    P.S I compare this back to Skyrims first released, had dragons either static in the air for easy low level killing or flying around backward spitting fire out their tails. Cyberpunk is no where near as bad as skyrim was and even then that was funny.    … Expand

    The best metaphor for Cyberpunk 2077 is Johnny Silverhand himself. A messiah, a mix of Kurt Cobain and Che Guevara, a talented singer who loves to shape his own legend and has a charming personality but loses the struggle with his own demons. The same goes for the game. It tells a great story and forced me to ask myself difficult questions, but many of its gameplay mechanics do not evolve and its technical state upon release was abysmal. Cyberpunk’s true hero is not a person, but Night City – a vibrant, living creature of great diversity. The beauty of the metropolis is striking. [01/2021, p.22]

    Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most disturbing and mind-blowing RPGs in history, where every decision has a deep impact on our trail. CD Projekt RED tosses us to the center of a city filled with disgusting delights where every character deserves our attention in an immersive experience and overall, very rewarding. From the sarcastic and shadowy tone imposed by the countless scenes in the game, to the flexibility we have on the choices to face every situation that is presented, Night City is truly memorable. It’s a shame that the countless bugs spoil or diminish the impact of some resounding moments, but we are without a question, in the presence of one of the best games in 2020.

    Measured against the extreme expectations, Cyberpunk 2077 can't fulfill any of them. But all in all, despite the countless small weaknesses and inconsistences, with interesting characters, great story and dialogues or the freedom concerning gameplay, CD Projekt delivers a unique and great RPG that every fan of the genre needs to play.
