    I usually don't give a perfect score, but for PC Players this is the best game of the decade, despite the bugs that are still being fixed. If you are on the edge, wait until a few weeks after the release and play it in it's best state. :)

    Poor optimization. Runs like crap on any hardware that isnt rtx or has dlss. CDPR cheated the consumer on this one.

    Потрясающий город будущего, полный историй на каждом шагу - достаточно лишь приостановиться и прислушаться, почитать, найти очередной квест. Я правда залип, играю почти без перерыва. Основная сюжетка очень зрелищная! Мне правда нравятся эти истории, персонажи, интересны темы и идеи, которые они затрагивают и отстаивают. Но этим отметилась ещё предыдущая    Я в восторге от этой игры!

    Но этим отметилась ещё предыдущая игра серии. В Киберпанке же основная игровая составляющая вышла на новый уровень - интересно гриндить отметки на карте десятками, пробуя всё, что игра способна предоставить - шутер, хакинг, стелс, рукопашные схватки с доджами и парированием. Очень затягивает, да и прокачка впечатляет - явно ни на одно прохождение задел. Единственное, что отстает от предыдущих игр серии - это мини-игр нет кроме хакинга, кибергвинт не завезли - ну да и ладно. И так есть чем заняться!

    Игра удалась, ждем допов и оптимизации. Мои ожидания вполне оправдались, CD Project Red - большие молодцы!    … Expand

    Игра Киберпанк 2077 прекратила свою работу. Это всё, что я видел с момента её выхода. Просто самый лучший геймплей. Может быть разработчики решили скрыть баги просто не давая мне поиграть в игру?

    I have average quality computer and i have no problem about graphics. Even if i cannot play this game with ultra graphics, they will find out optimization problem. The game has some NPC problems and bugs, we all know that. However, if you waited this game as much as did, you would know that CD Project Red will provide us a perfect game.

    На данный момент это практически неиграбельное говно. Все глючит игра выпадает, оптимизацию не завезли, графон посредсвенный. Стрельба оч стремная. Чаще всего ты не видишь куда стеляешь, а если видишь то обоймы в голову не хватает чтоб убить противника. Я не хочу в это играть. Единсвенное, что тащит это сюжет. Вот и пытаешься прорватся сквозь глюки и посредсвенный геймплей, чтобы узнатьНа данный момент это практически неиграбельное говно.     One of the best game I have ever played. I'm so excited. Night city is so impressive. There were some minor bugs but I hope they will fix them soon.

    I've played around 10 hours of this game on an Intel i7 overclocked to 5ghz and a GTX 1070.     I've played around 10 hours of this game on an Intel i7 overclocked to 5ghz and a GTX 1070.

    The game performance it's just disastrous, the bugs, the glitches, the crashes to desktop, all these things for how annoying they can be are not the real problem for me, because I know that they will be patched at some point. What really made me ask for a refund was the AI of the npc's and that plastic emptiness you constantly feel when you interact with the world around you.

    There's always something going on that just breaks the immersion. Everything just feels incomplete and half-baked and desolated and I just refuse to pay for an early access game and act like a beta tester for free. Nope.

    See you in a few years Cyberpunk, when you will be done for real this time.    … Expand

    don’t listen to the people giving it a 0 because of the bugs. Yes this is buggy but no that doesn’t make it terrible. I found myself getting lost in the open world - arguably one of the best open worlds ever created in a video game. The bugs don’t take away from the ambition, incredible writing and dialogue choices and what is in my opinion one of my favourite games ever but even if youdon’t listen to the people giving it a 0 because of the bugs. Yes this is buggy but no that doesn’t make it terrible. I found myself getting lost in the open world - arguably one of the best open worlds ever created in a video game. The bugs don’t take away from the ambition, incredible writing and dialogue choices and what is in my opinion one of my favourite games ever but even if you don’t think that you will sure have one of the most unique gaming experience of your life. Игра цепляет не чем-то необычным и инновационым, что ждали все, а просто приятной атмосферой. Лично мне, очень обидно, что из-за каких-то багов и своих же ожиданий, геймеры начали снижать балл и портить оценку такой хорошей игре. Я понимаю, если бы "атаке нулями" подверглась какая-то Call of Duty, Asassin creed и тому подобные игры. Потому что в них, авторы правда не вкладывают душу, а просто делают очередную копию, думая что геймеры и так съедят... Но, ставить хорошей компании и хорошей игре минус, за то что разработчики решили очередной раз не переносить игру - это ужасно. Да, CD
    cd projekt red, могли сделать очередной перенос игры, но тогда бы эффект был абсолютно тот же, а может и хуже. Подумайте, прежде чем ставить минус, а не из-за вашего ли нетерпения игра вышла такой какой есть? Хоть многие теперь были бы рады переносу, но вспомните себя, когда вы узнали о переносе 19 ноября!!! Даже я тогда был зол и в яросте, от этого пробовал найти хоть каплю надежды на то, что игра выйдет раньше. Сейчас, я целыми днями сижу в данной игре и мне не надоедает и нравится всё, а сам я уже не могу дождаться, когда смогу пройти игру по новой за кого-то корпаративника или рёбнка пустошей... Это хорошая игра... Не ставьте ей низкие баллы, просто потому, что это модно и вы чем-то не довольны. Лично по моему мнению, если бы все судили честно, то игра бы заработала 79-82 балла, спокойно. А если ещё и сравнить её ещё с играми от других компаний, то вообще все 95-100... Эта игра с душой, а не те онлайн марионетки или сюжетки, где тебе чётко ставят выбор, между добром и злом. В Cyberpunk 2077, авторы взяли идею из прошлых игр ты не редко выбираешь, между двух зол. А иногда бывают такие моменты, что тебе начинает казаться, что убить человека в этой игре - правильное решение. Ведь, подумайте, по сюжету очередного злодея которого вы решите не убивать или бандита, которого вы просто отправите в отключку, даже не посадят в тюрьму. Вот именно такие спорные эмоции и должны вызывать игры. А что касается багов, я встертил всего 1 крупный и, от силы, 3 мелких. Оптимизация? Не столь плоха.    … Expand

    Хороша игра, при всей моей нелюбви к серии The Witcher, данный проект мне понравился.

    Минусы - 1. Интерфейс - в нем много мусора, он вываливает кучи информации, выглядит как будто это игра из инди сектора. 2. Стрельба, враги тут губки, оружие не чувствуется, и вообще в этой игре стрелять не хочеться. 3. Примитивный стелс. Плюсы + 1. Сюжет, тут он хороший, занудства типа GTA5 b    Хороша игра, при всей моей нелюбви к серии The Witcher, данный проект мне понравился.

    I feel the crippling bugs are distracting from how abysmal the writing and dialog are & how shallow the worldbuilding is. Cant believe the people who made Witcher produced this abomination. Architecture is great and everything else is some of the most cringe inducing things i've ever experienced.     11 years of hype for this? The game is nothing like witcher 3, half of its length... Well, I hope this game gets some updates. The visuals r mediocre. The game is full of bugs. So fingers crossed.

    I have played 24 hours and 55 minutes, i did 3 side quest and i am running through the main story, i have finished just 5% of the overall game...
    Up until now in my playthrough i have encountered 1 instance of people spawning randomly near me at the street.
    and a few junk items i was unable to pick up. Not once did the game crash for me. I have encountered 0 side and main quest bugs.    I have played 24 hours and 55 minutes, i did 3 side quest and i am running through the main story, i have finished just 5% of the overall game...
    Up until now in my playthrough i have encountered 1 instance of people spawning randomly near me at the street.
    and a few junk items i was unable to pick up.
    Not once did the game crash for me.
    I have encountered 0 side and main quest bugs.
    I have not seen once that the traffic popped up in "rush hour" nor have i seen any bad driving by the A.I in any way.

    Furthermore i have seen the A.I doing some impressive things like running from me into a room, shutting the door behind her while i'm chasing, and when i approached the door, it shot me through door, just before i opened it.
    I don't know if that was scripted but either way, i'm impressed (it was not a bug that made the enemy shoot through the walls - i have not encountered something like that, the enemy waited for me to get near the door).

    This game feels like i'm playing in johnny mnemonic world, blade runner, neuromancer, Demolition Man, all combined.
    And the scanning mode has the Terminator 2 T800 scanner vibe.

    I will start this review by saying I'm hopeful to the potential this game has. Then to follow up I'll outline that my rig is nothing extraordinary. However, I do meet all the minimum requirements suggested.

    Currently this game is near unplayable for me. Despite spending 3-4 hours tweaking gpu; I still have fps dips about every 15-20 minutes that have resulted in no small amount of    I will start this review by saying I'm hopeful to the potential this game has. Then to follow up I'll outline that my rig is nothing extraordinary. However, I do meet all the minimum requirements suggested.

    Currently this game is near unplayable for me. Despite spending 3-4 hours tweaking gpu; I still have fps dips about every 15-20 minutes that have resulted in no small amount of frustration. On top of this there are a number of common sense control aspects that have left me confused (ie. there's no way to exit dialogue. leaving you unable to pick up items near an npc who you've at any point talked to because the dialogue options will take over the screen). In less than 5 hours of gameplay I've faced two game stopping bugs (or maybe it just isn't intuitive enough for me, a big dumdum?) the main one being when I try and call Jackie to continue the main story mission; he never answers. Leaving me stuck in my current progress.

    But ignoring all of that. Let's just talk about the general world. After finding that I couldn't progress in the story; I triumphantly declared, "So what? This is an open world game!" Well. After running around for about an hour, I ran into a single random event (which i did enjoy) got some cool loot, and slayed with my awesome katana. However, other than that 3.5 minutes of excitement; I experienced very little. Most doors are locked. There are TONS of npcs, however there's no offer of random side missions (at least that I've found so far). But the most frustrating part is that there seems to be a "bounty" aspect. Where if you scan certain npcs they have done something illegal and have a bounty on them. Yet, when I kill them I am then in turn told I'm breaking the law and have a whole **** storm rained upon my head (which to be fair I actually also enjoyed. however, I'm assuming not everyone playing this game wishes to be the chaotic evil I tend to be)

    Now, I'll admit I'm no expert gamer. However, for a game as hyped as this game has been for the last year, it shouldn't take the highest quality pc and the highest quality player to enjoy it. So after venting through this review I will be waiting to both be able to upgrade my pc and for the game to not have as many ongoing issues as seem to be shared by not just me.    … Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I HAVE BEATEN THE GAME AND I AM IRRITATED AS HELL (but not for reasons you would think). I am clocking in at 50 hours for the game and am ready to write my review (almost going to be my first for this website so yay me).

    The game dynamics are really nice. First is combat:
    The gunplay in this game is really nice. I wish that they'd increase the fire rate for enemies so that if you let yourself get caught out of cover it's a bit more punishing, but the different weapon classes and individual weapons in each class keep themselves diverse enough that you have many different options that are all satisfying in different ways. For example, I love being able to whip out my legendary explosive "Grad" and rocking someone's chicklets into the back of their mouth with a high-velocity incendiary round, just to immediately turn around and yank a sneaky NPC's legs out from under them with a rail-accelerated shotgun, then execute the now renamed Stumpy with my handgun that is protected by the Second Amendment while simultaneously violating the Geneva Convention. Speaking of, the cyberware. It's broken. Monowire is clunky but powerful enough to just sweep groups of enemies like dust-bunnies into a trash bin, the mantis blades' favorite passtime is the metaphorical raping of anything carrying a discernible pulse, the gorilla fists bring a whole new meaning to "fingerblasting", and the arm-mounted artillery cannon offers enough firepower to make almost any ranged weapon obsolete. The first three make carrying melee weapons pointless in terms of stats. The only reason you would actually use a melee weapon when you have monowire or mantis blades is just to use something different, for variety, but stat-wise you're almost assuredly losing DPS. The AI is a bit questionable. Melee AI is actually great and I think CDPR did a real good job of letting melee enemies not allow you to cheese by dodging super early or just stay out of range, but some things are iffy. Like certain enemies being able to melee you while you're double-jumped inot the air way out of reach. If you're fighting a particularly strong enemy, typically the bosses or cyberpsychos, the name of the game is **** them from a roof". Once you're on a roof or just somewhere higher than the enemy with even the slightest bit of cover, then you've won. There's virtually no way for the enemy to fight you. Self-preservation of enemies is pretty good though and it makes it so that you actually have to be tactical enough to avoid getting destroyed at higher levels.
    Second: Side Quests and Open World
    The side quests are nice extra little tidbits of story that often happen outside of your main story, but that doesn't mean some won't affect it. When you get certain side quests from certain NPCs (you should know which ones) they can affect your main story, primarily the ending. When you wanna take a break from seeing how bleak your outlook is with Johnny involuntarily skull-****ing you to death with his 1s and 0s 18-inch destroyer, the side quests and gigs are nice. They're a big boost to loot, xp, street cred, and money. Something you need often. As for the open world, crowds are a nice addition that were executed well, outside of large chunks sometimes disappearing when you look away from them. The occasional funny T-pose is acceptable since the game has to calculate what each NPC is doing and where they're going all at once in these crowds, so some AIs just stop working. The little blue objectives (gangs, assault, evidence) are also large boosts to your stats and really help you keep your money up in later game. They are both a boon and a curse as they provide arguable most of your resources, but grinding them too long also makes them very painful after a while and can take you away from the story and thrills for too long if you're having to grind for cash.
    Finally: The Story
    And acting
    The story wasn't as enthralling as I thought it would be. Don't get me wrong, it's a good story, great even when you think about what it really is and represents, especially at certain key points where you REALLY need to think about the decisions you're making, but it was really short and some moments did take a bit longer to do than they needed to. Some characters were also just absolutely forgettable and didn't need to be there, like Brigitte and The Animals. Literally two quests with them and then they didn't matter. But at other moments, when you're connecting more with Johnny and you start to just spill to each other, or when you're at the final decision and you have to figure out what you want to do about your lives, the game really shines and absolutely just rips me in.
    Overall, the game is really good, despite some of its bugs that were comical at their best and slightly inconveniencing at their worst. I give the game an 8.5 out of 10, which almost hurts me to say as I had extremely high hopes for the studio and the game, especially since I gave Ghost of Tsushima a 9    … Expand

Police AI needs a whole revamp and driver/NPC AI needs a tweak or in some cases needs to be added in the first place. There are a few visual bugs that can be humorous bit not game breaking. However there does need to be a way to flip your car back over ito improve quality of life in game. Also being able to craft items en masse would be great. The part where I will give praise (aside from the fantastic music and voice acting) is the establishment of the world lore. You really get the feel of being in a city and that corporate entities have taken things over. The customization you can do with cybernetics is a very cool concept and the game conveys it well especially with the art style in the game. Add to that the unique way the game gives you quest information and lore (shards of data uploaded in your head), and the unique weapons, you get a pretty decent feel of what it is like to be in this world. I do wish you could customize your vehicles and outfit them with guns, armor and gadgets to introduce a new side of vehicle combat. Combat with most AI is passable and even fun at times whether in stealth and quickhacks or full on Rambo mode. This game was supposed to contend for game of the year but it comes out as just above average for me at launch and the bugs dock it another full point in my book. Not the worst game ever as people are saying but also not "next gen simulator" like it was touted to be in marketing. I can only hope it turns itself around in the coming years with patches to fix bugs, free DLC, and updates to the AI and quality of life, not to mention possible expansions but those should wait until the base game is patched and working well.… Expand

Technical/bugs: bugs definitely are present and while harming the immersion I did neither experience game breaking bugs nor any crashes. Mileage seems to vary a lot between players but for me everything is fine overall. I did not experience a single crash in over 20h of playtime and no bug was persistent after reloading the last checkpoint, which luckily wlos created automatically after every important step. Game Design: overall the different mechanics play together really well. Different skills can be used to personalize the experience, decisions are given to the player both during dialogs - and but even more important through the play style. More than often while playing you don't even notice that right now you are taking a certain decision because the game is not pushing your face in it. But still, many quests can be solved in different ways. Quest design itself is phenomenal, there are many opportunities and activities without the feeling of repetitiveness or grind. What I still don't get however is the crafting system. You have to invest a lot into crafting, both skill and item wise, while you get a better item dropped after the next quests anyway. And if crafting is part of the game I would like to at least be able to "combine" two items to apply the stats of one to the look/appearance of another. World: the world design is awesome. I totally immerse in this dark, intriguing, criminal, neon city. While most parts of the huge city are more scenery than usable open world the game excells at delivering a feeling of the sheer size of this megacity while the player is still able to identify important and iconic parts of the city and strolling through jig jig street without forgetting in which district you are right now. It should be clear that in a city of this size you can not enter every floor of every mega building, which in itself are own little cities so to say. While this would require a lot of work for the level design alone, it would also not add to the gameplay at all. In my opinion, it would even harm the gameplay as the player would most likely feel lost. For my liking the game found the perfect balance between size and recognition factor of individual locations. Story: this is what absolutely defines the game, its bread and butter. There are just no words to describe how awesome the main story is. The game design plays perfectly with the quests and the story itself is breathtaking and puts me in awe...

    Summary:
    I did explicitly not follow the hype, did not watch all the trailers, teasers and did not follow the articles of nearly all small and big pc games newspaper or website out there. Therefore, I did neither expect the "greatest game of the decade", nor a "better GTA" nor a "Witcher in the future". I I don't know what expectations some players and reviewers had for this game. And honestly, for sure at least some players will be disappointed, as the game is not the classical open world game of the last year's (c.f. Ubisoft), nor a GTA alternative, nor a shooter (RPG factors like level and item stats play too big a role). But for me as an RPG lover, and one who missed good single player story games in times of "service online games" polluted with micro transaction, this game is a real breath of fresh air. Despite its grim, dark, and polluted setting, where fresh air might be the last thing you will find. ;) The game offers an amazing story, solid gameplay and a variety of playstyles and choices in how to approach individual missions. There is always the possibility to take an alternative route to what the game suggests and it really makes sense to listen to the small annotations NPC give you.
    Playing as a hacker and don't like the boss fight the quests marker is clearly throwing you into? Well, just sneak around it! The game does not say you can do so, but it either does not mention that you can't! In the end the game silently gives you this freedom. Free your minds from the shackles that past games put on you and enyoj the possibilities! And last but not least, with one of the best stories I've witnessed in the last years, the game plays more like an interactive movie which gets me hooked, in a good way.

    Minus 1 point for the occasional bug and balancing issues with items and crafting, which feels a bit out of place.    … Expand

    A good game if you got a good beefy PC runs fine on Rtx 2080 ti and and 3900x. I have not have any problems or bugs the story is good and the game plays nice at around 100 fps without RayTracing but otherwise ultra settings. On a ultra wide Samsung screen.

    I'm playing on GeForce NOW with Ray Tracing enabled and graphics is great. I'm currently at 14h and didn't saw any significant bugs.
    Story is great, you can decide what your pace is, you can explore city, take side missions, ride a car, a bike at night or day. Great atmosphere especially at night.

    Story , quests , immersion and graphics are awesome. i can understand when ppl are not happy about some bugs and stuff but some are just nuts. i had in 40 hours of the game until the creds rolled down 3 chrashes ( all in the same quest) and some funny clipping bugs and stuff. was playable and good.

    For me, the game is worth it despite of all bugs, tons of bugs. CD-Project has already given me 30 hours of fun and it's just a beginning. I'm not disappointed with the game, but I'm looking forward to fixing bugs.

    Night city is a huge city, neon and lantern are simply gorgeous. This is something exciting about the game, V and Jackie are more or less best friends in the world. Even Johnny Selverhand can be made friends, if not considered an enemy. There are still bugs, but I think they will fix it somehow

    There's a lot of salty peasanys here. This does not run well on a PS potato or Xbox VCR. This is a next gen game, mostly made for PC. And on a RTX 3080 it does run quite well I might add. You pre-ordered this, let that be a hard lesson for you. NEVER pre-order digital products. I played for 10 hours and saw 3 glitches, It's fine, great gameplay and story but high-end PC or Xbox series X required.

    - want to change your hair or get a tattoo? Can't do that after the initial character customization
    - want big or small boobs? Guess what, the games does not care. Clothes automatically switch to the middle ones. What's the point of even having this in the game?
    - you're in a city, or are you? The streets are completely devoid of vehicles and there are practically no NPCs walking around in this "city". No cop cars, no ambulances, no public transport except for the train you see once in a while overhead (which you can't use obviously)
    - can't shoot outside of a car or motorcycle except for cutscenes
    - try to shoot someone of a motorcycle in a cutscene - you can't! Everything is scripted. You don't even have to do anything in the chasing cutscenes, they just play out..

    These flaws completely destroy the gameplay experience. Of course there are bugs in such a game but this is unacceptable. The stakeholders just wanted the covid19-christmas money from 2020.

    I cannot recommend the game in this current state. I will uninstall it and give it another go in about a year or so. I've played around 25 hours currently but I just lost all interest in the game.    … Expand

Город я оценить во всей красе я оценить не могу из-за своего железа, но даже на минималках двигаясь по городу проникаешься его атмосферой. Музыка в игре топ, тут говорить нечего. Сюжетные диалоги живые и в целом классные. Будь у меня более крутое железо, я бы вообще не стал придираться к проблемам игры, которые конечно есть и переходим к ним.
    Гигантское количество НПС клонов, взаимодействия с НПС тупо нет и это на мой взгляд самый большой косяк игры. В игре очень глупый, нет, ТУПОЙ ИИ водителей. Они двигаются строго по одной линии, а когда входят в поворот так вообще смех. Также они не реагируют на события вокруг них, ты можешь устроить настоящую резню, а они будут стоять на светофоре и вообще пофиг. Они не останавливаются если ты выходишь на дорогу, тупо давят и едут как ни в чем ни бывало. Физика куда-то уходит когда ты на 200км/ч влетаешь в забор на мотоцикле и тебе остается болтаться как балванчик, хотя по идеи ты уже должен лежать на свалке. Почему не слизали с ГТА? Там уже была система подобных случаев, там даже через лобовуху можно вылететь, а тут косяк. Косяк с розыском, когда начинаешь творить беспредел, полиция ни выезжает за тобой, а материализуется прямо из имматериума, точно также в имматериум уходят машины стоящие в заторе вдалеке. К этому всему нужно ещё добавить много мелких багов.
    Подводя итог, игре надо ещё дозревать и она явно не была готова к релизу в апреле). Надеюсь РЭДЫ смогут поправить все неровности и игра станет по-настоящему шедевром. А также надеюсь на модеров, у игры гигантский потанцевал для народных умельцев)).    … Expand

    Look, this is not a 10/10 game. Yeah, I know. But if we lose CDPR, we will be left alone with LGBTQ+ Ubisoft, Gay Bethesda and BLM Electronic Arts. That's why I rate this game 10/10.

    As long as you didn't expect the messiah od modern gaming, the game is pretty good. Sure there are bugs, but for me at least they wasn't too much pain in the butt. Good game, fatal hype train and bunch of bugs - that's all.

    I can't even play the game. Framerate drops like hell. Full of bugs.. blury screen . Pop-in loading ... too long loading.
    melee combat is **** Car drive like panzer in gta vice city.

    Despite some minor visual glitches and bugs, Cyberpunk almost lives up to the loft expectations set upon it. Particular game mechanics e.g. driving, police AI and interactivity in the environment could be improved I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in Night City.

    Great The game has an extremely visual graphics. The player is smooth and the shooting system is well simulated, the world's cyberpunk 2077 is designed, although the game has problems that I hope to fix in the next updates.

The combat system isn't as engaging as I hoped it would and it's hard to be tactical (IE: I wanted to try go through the game without killing as the presentation suggested I could) but that's near impossible from what I can tell. Nevertheless, that and the bugs aside I'm very impressed with the unfinished product and am craving both the 5th gen version and what else the game has in store. We threw No Man's Sky in the bin before giving it a chance. To do the same to CDPR and CyberPunks presents to me a very short term memory among gamers… Expand

    The game is absolutely Next Gen, has some bugs not a big deal just re start the game, the history is NICEE and the graphics beautiful, I play on Geforce Now with ultra settings is gorgeous.

    This is the worst launch state of a game that I have seen. They need to keep their **** in order. There is no excuse after working on sth for 7 years. Poor plastic like graphics especially on console and a lot of glare on Xbox.

    It's been 7 years since I enjoyed a game so much and that was with the release of GTA 5 on PS3. While it does have some smaller visual bugs, I haven't been running into something game-breaking. After 12 hours of playtime, I only run into 10 visual bugs and 1 major visual bug that required restarting my game. I don't really know why a lot of people are upset about the bugs. I mean it's aIt's been 7 years since I enjoyed a game so much and that was with the release of GTA 5 on PS3. I mean it's a major game what do you expect? People don't realize how difficult coding actually is. It's not 10+10 = 20 in coding you can write the code for 10+10 but receive a bug that makes it 21. This isn't because you wrote the code wrong, big projects just have code that interferes with each other sometimes. That being said people underestimate how difficult it is to make a big game like this. While I do think they could have waited a little bit more before releasing it to polish it more, I don't experience anything bad but a lot of people are way too critical. They expect the unexpectable. People also don't realize how much work was put into this, a RPG takes a lot of effort and time to make. While the graphics on PC are literally amazing. I have a GTX 1080TI, not even an RTX and they are already great. With the RTX 3080, it's insane how goods it looks. They already dropped a hotfix for multiple bugs and are doing the best to fix all the issues as fast as possible. Story-wise the game is amazing. The story is very deep and feels so real. It's almost like you are really in night city. While the fighting feels a bit chunky the gameplay with guns isn't. The recoil makes it realistic and the reload animations are awesome. This game deserves 9/10. Well done CD project for making a game I missed for so long keep up the great work.

    P.S: For all gamers complaining about these bugs and etc I guess you never played Rainbow Six Siege before and even after Operation Health ;). Those times were real horrors. While Cyberpunk 2077 only has a few from my own personal experience and keep in mind THIS REVIEW IS FOR PC.    … Expand

    Having a good time so far, story is clearly deep and gunplay is great. Only problem is the damn bugs. Some are hillarious, but most are very annoying. Best to avoid playing the game, until half are fixed.

    Story and world building well outweighs glitches (occasional floating objects, bald reflections in mirror, wrong items handling by npc but nothing game or quest breaking), my 4yo PC have little problem running game stable 60 FPS on medium settings - and i played over 20h since lunch - thats being said i saw few streams where game performance was terrible - SpiffingBritt to name one -Story and world building well outweighs glitches (occasional floating objects, bald reflections in mirror, wrong items handling by npc but nothing game or quest breaking), my 4yo PC have little problem running game stable 60 FPS on medium settings - and i played over 20h since lunch - thats being said i saw few streams where game performance was terrible - SpiffingBritt to name one - although i suspect it was some conflict with recording software since i have very similar setup - so i understand why people may be angry - i would be too.… Expand

    History and scale of the world is great. Graphics could be a little better but depending of how big is this game, if it had better graphics 90% of people couldn't play it. Personally i didn't experience and mayor bugs. Overall in my opinion playing on PC game is awesome. Wait for updates and give this game a chance because it is really worth it!

    The best metaphor for Cyberpunk 2077 is Johnny Silverhand himself. A messiah, a mix of Kurt Cobain and Che Guevara, a talented singer who loves to shape his own legend and has a charming personality but loses the struggle with his own demons. The same goes for the game. It tells a great story and forced me to ask myself difficult questions, but many of its gameplay mechanics do not evolve and its technical state upon release was abysmal. Cyberpunk’s true hero is not a person, but Night City – a vibrant, living creature of great diversity. The beauty of the metropolis is striking. [01/2021, p.22]

    Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most disturbing and mind-blowing RPGs in history, where every decision has a deep impact on our trail. CD Projekt RED tosses us to the center of a city filled with disgusting delights where every character deserves our attention in an immersive experience and overall, very rewarding. From the sarcastic and shadowy tone imposed by the countless scenes in the game, to the flexibility we have on the choices to face every situation that is presented, Night City is truly memorable. It’s a shame that the countless bugs spoil or diminish the impact of some resounding moments, but we are without a question, in the presence of one of the best games in 2020.

    Measured against the extreme expectations, Cyberpunk 2077 can't fulfill any of them. But all in all, despite the countless small weaknesses and inconsistences, with interesting characters, great story and dialogues or the freedom concerning gameplay, CD Projekt delivers a unique and great RPG that every fan of the genre needs to play.
