Отличный блокбастер, да с багами (которые пофиксят), да с не очень приятным интерфейсом, вылетает, но ничего критичного же. Sad state of affairs. I wanted to like this game but it's beyond buggy. CDPR should've done what Larian did with BG3 and gone to early access. CDPR should've done what Larian did with BG3 and gone to early access. That kind of launch would be transparent and allow players to understand what they're in for at this stage. But that's not how this product was marketed. With the game's themes of techno-feudalism and late stage capitalism, it's oddly meta for CDPR to cynically target the release of this game for the 2020 holidays season to make a fast buck. I feel bad for the crunch the corps levied on the staff.

The art is beautiful, the music is beautiful. It's a nice painting to walk around in (when it's working). But the city is devoid of soul. The citizens are on loops and you can't interact with them (they ignore you). It's like watching the gears in a clock.

You can run around stealing whatever you want at any time without consequence. The police appear out of of nowhere. You can't rebind the action key. If I go from my laptop to a monitor, the game resolution gets screwed up. If you're on PC with AMD, have fun reading forums to sort out how to optimize for your processor.

It's an RPG set in the future and you can't change your appearance. Barbers, tattoo artists and plastic surgeons don't exist in the future?

Open world games like RDR2 set the bar for environment interaction and this game doesn't come anywhere close to that. 10 year old games do driving better. The original half-life did enemy AI better. 8 years for this...?

The quality and technical issues I've frankly only started listing had me asking for a refund, but I was denied by STEAM because my 6 hrs trying to get it working exceeds the 2 hrs playing maximum. LAEARN FROM MY MISTAKE.

CDPR presented themselves as pro-consumer during this marketing cycle. I believed them. CDPR deserves the same derision that other AAA developers (EA, Ubi,etc) would receive for this kind of launch. They're now on that list of dubious publishers IMHO.

Don't buy it yet. If you can refund it, refund it. See if they fix the issues and implement promised features, earn back trust, and *maybe* buy again at a discount down the road. This is a sad state of affairs. Don't spend $80cdn on a tech demo/early access.

Main quest is also amazingly short... and annoying at best. Prologue was good, after that just gets super annoying. Sad that the focus was the chip.

The City is alive and busy. But no real interaction at any of the million stalls and shops. Its like walking through a painting. A lot see, not much to do... A lot of minor interactions could have been added to give Life to the art.

A variaty of play stiles available. stealthy, brute, gunner, assassin, dumbas
Driving is mediocre at best. Balance on most of the cars are off, as well as traction that is mismatched. Guy who programmed the cars knows nothing about driving.
The bikes sound like an angel humming you to sleep. Nothing better.
2 hookers for the pervs who are asking.

Game looks and plays great on mid tier hardware. It is a heavy resource user so low spec PCs will have issues playing at over 45fps.
Still a lot of minor bugs and a few major ones.

The Ending makes Mass Effect 3's ending look great...
There are supposed to be 5 alternates. have tried 1 now and started skipping as fast as I could to get it over with. Lets hope I missed the good ones.

Some bugs, mostly visual, very few required a reload at checkpoint to fix. Maybe I got lucky.
If you really want, you can wait a while for them to iron out the game - OR - you can play a playthrough now and just enjoy a sick ass story, and then play a second one when the game is largely patched and maybe even has DLC out.

I did most sidequests and finished the main story in 50 hours, I saved some sidequests for another playthrough and didn't do much of the gigs/contracts so I could've probably prolonged the game.

The last gen console version was a disaster but they said they will get it to a better state, though not on par with PC or current gen consoles.
If you want to experience this game, PC at the moment is probably the best for immersion and the true cyberpunk experience, assuming you have a computer can handle it. But be ready for slight bugs every now and then. If you don't want that then just wait a bit.

it's not going to be a crazy second life game as some people expected it to be, and if you really nitpick and focus on certain things it may seem 'artificial', but the world is really good at making itself feel alive as you progress through the story/sidequests. It was after all advertised as a narrative-driven open world game, and that it is. If you go around trying to conversate with every AI just walking around you'll realize its still just a game and only under certain circumstances will those AI do something special. But again, that's not the focus of the game nor the job of the crowds.
Besides the console versions, most complaints I've heard are about some missing features, current disliked features, bugs, and cosmetic choices. All of these I believe are easily patchable and fixable so if those put you off, just wait a bit. But if you want to participate in a sick ass journey, go ahead :)

The game overall, even in it's current state, is fantastic. I can only imagine how much better it'll be when they add more features, polish things up, and add dlc as well. They have a lot to work with.

I do not exaggerate when I say that this AI is easily the worst one I have encountered in the past decade in a big title. For that alone it doesn't deserve those sky high critic reviews, and it comes off as those reviewers either being paid to give high scores, or that they're just plain incompetent at reviewing video games.

My experience is on base ps4, a system for which the game is readily available and sold at full cost. My experience has been abysmal. It’s no secret by this point that Cyberpunk 2077 has a lot of amazing ideas hidden beneath its hideousness and lack of functionality, but I’d be hard pressed to pry those ideas loose between crashes, glitches and game breaking bugs. These issues are so prevalent, that I literally came across a sign that said, in plain text, that its texture could not be found. I would go so far as to say this experience likely cannot be repaired, at least on base PS4 and Xbox One, and perhaps not even on their mid-generational counterparts. At some point in recent history, we became okay with unfinished releases being completed piecemeal post-release, and that was a big mistake. Cyberpunk 2077 is the culmination of that error. A beta sold as a complete product, with the company responsible openly admitting to hiding these issues from view until everyone had already paid them the fortune required to purchase a video game. The only things keeping this review from going any lower are the crunch victims and Keanu Reeves... Expand

Yeah, the game really has problems with bugs, the optimization has already been corrected a little. But this is fixable. You need to look at what is really cycling in this game: the world, the elaboration of the characters, the variety of possibilities, excellent secondary quests, and the main plot is not bad at all.

The cyberpunk theme is a miss, i found Deus Ex so much better at giving you this feeling, the colors are too damn bright, so many bright colors, the soundtrack is a disapointment, again Deus Ex soundtrack is so much better.

It's very clear this game was released unfinished. Tons of bugs and glitches that are so obvious and easily found, that it's clear the developers did not finish the game. I'd wait until a few major patches before throwing $60 down the drain for an overhyped game that took 8 years to develop.

There are a number of bugs, but most are visual and temporary, like an NPC doing the wrong animation (usually caused my choosing a dialogue option while they are walking that was intended to be said while they were standing still) or can be fixed by a simple save and load. I haven't run into anything game breaking in the 30 hours I've played, so most of the stuff you hear is an exaggeration. The npcs and cop spawning could use a little work though. Cops will appear from no where, and cigs will disappear the second you look away after you commit a crime. All in all though, these don't detract much from the game. Absolutely fantastic game, worth buying now, but if you want a less buggy version, wait for the January or February updates. Expand

I think its unfair for last Gen console users but this is the reason you don't pre-order and wait for reviews to come out after day one. The Witcher was broken when it first came out, I remember some crazy glitches. Cyberpunk needed more time and we pressured them to release the game before it was ready despite their moto and financial pressures is something we need to think about as well. I think this game will be a star but just give it a month or two to patch. People over hyped and weren't realistic on their expectations. This doesn't mean the game should be this buggy, or ps4/Xbox one people should suffer, but I think CD project felt pressured by the box they made for themselves claiming unrealistically some things for this game and over stretched themselves. Cyberpunk 2077 WILL BE the star New rpg and help set up goals for future games and if you want that, get it next gen Consoles and PC after the two larges patches are released. Expand

Throughout the game, the setting at the stage level is visually impressive, neon lights everywhere, volumetric fog and realistic graphics stand out in the name of this title, the great weakness of this game I think would be the optimization in the performance of the itself and in turn many bugs are present when playing that do not affect "too much" the gameplay but at a visual level. The musical setting is perfect, by Marcin Przybyłowicz (The Witcher 3) and P.T. Adamczyk (Gwent) give a unique and future-tense sound where they mix synthesizers and multiple stringed instruments. The MoCap Facial is something that is very well implemented, it is something interesting in this type of productions since you can feel the emotions of others.

Same thing with cars, look at them and look away, look back and all new cars...LOL. The rest of the game is amazing but they janked it with a simplistic traffic and ai crime system that is just pathetic and not fun to interact with at all. Gunfights with npcs just stand there letting you shoot them, police will literally spawn on top of you even if you're on top of a building! My feeling after finishing the game? Disappointment and emptiness.

This game is the biggest scam in game history.

Do you remember all the cool stuff that was in the trailers and commercials? There is nothing like that there.

    City
The city itself is inhabited, there are a lot of people on the streets and a lot of cars. After some time of playing, you will find that people repeat themselves a lot, there are only a few types of characters and they generally do nothing.

    Cars
Huge boredom, nothing interesting. As a driver, city cars are bad. One of the best cars I really enjoyed was from the nomads. That was really good.

    RPG
There is no rpg, any development of the character, your abilities, weapons and implants has such a small effect on the game that it is not even worth talking about.
You can play the game naked, it works (believe me, I tried it).

    Guns
The only weapon that's fun and I really enjoyed is Johnny's. Along with the amazing music, it was great.
The other weapons are like each other, and I didn't particularly enjoy playing with them.

    Story
The story is well written and well-crafted. Interviews are sometimes just there to be, some characters are terribly used to performing tasks, sometimes it's annoying. As if the player were a five-year-old child.

    Bugs
You can divide them into two categories, the funny ones and the ones that will infuriate you.
The funny ones include characters with a gun in their hands or with a barbell in their ass :)
I also laughed a lot when Oda was supposed to come on a super secret mission and arrived with a wrecked car on the roof of his own car.
Those who infuriate you are very unpleasant, sometimes you can't continue the task and you have to turn the game off and on. Sometimes the navigation goes out, the characters behave meaninglessly and it prevents you from continuing the story.

    Difficulty
I think I would finish the game with a finger in my nose.

    Conclusion
I'm completely disappointed with what I got for my money. I loved Witcher 3 and I was really looking forward to Cyberpunk.
Unfortunately, no expectations were met, the city is dead.
I will give one more example, in the whole city you will find two hookers - one man and one woman. Are you looking forward to strip bars, etc.? So look at the trailers again.

This game is the biggest scam in game history.

I love the gameplay mechanics and the skill trees-leveling up is satisfying. They do take a little to learn and so does the crafting/upgrade system. I love all the lights and settings of the different locations on the map. This doesn't top Witcher 3 in terms of storyline but this cyberworld is probably the best world for me to get enveloped in. I shot and killed a robot? and while it was laying on the floor I could see half it's side blown apart, seeing what I imagine was wires and metal frame. I've played 11 hours so far, witnessed a few bugs (not able to pick up some items) but they're minor. I'll be carrying on with this game until god knows when or at least until witcher 4 comes out, when is that btw? Expand

Cyberpunk is a good game with a solid foundation but has been severely let down by its release and the bugs within that release. If I could though I would swap from xbox to pc in a heartbeat and my pc isn't even that good newest part is a couple of years old:).

Now a Note for console players, This is a next-generation game, in PC it looks f***** awesome if your rig is powerful, ps4 and xbox1 are the least CDPR could optimize to the best of their ability, they are not magicians, so do yourself a favor and either buy a PS5/XBOX and wait for the next-gen upgrade next year or buy yourself a PC that can handle the game, you have no right what so ever to complain about performance, gta5 on ps3 was **** when compared to the ps4 version, and the ps4 is still **** compared to the PC version, same applies to rdr2 and this game.

    Now to the review

The game has the same issues as any newly released game, many bugs sure, but NONE of them are game-breaking, and I believe they will be patched soon. Now on Optimization, I have a 7yo PC with a 1060, and I can run high at 40 frames when I updated my drivers and placed the game on an SDD, sure not 60, but console players can only pull 30 so the game is indeed optimized to the best of their ability considering the Ridiculously detailed world. This game is very heavy, so forget any decent experience if you are trying to play in a calculator.

Now on gameplay, It is very complicated to get into, it has many different ways on how to do stuff, which can overwhelm people sometimes at the start. The gunplay feels nice although enemy AI could use some improvements, stealth is very hard at the start, but once you level a bit and get some specialized perks is very satisfying, Going Rambo on the enemies feel also good as long as they are the same or lower level, forget higher-level ones, and also careful, going Rambo often has an influence on the story, Driving is very well done, my only complain is that cars are tougher than in GTA and don't smash as easily,

Now on Story, well I can't complain the story is quite good overall, the only part I would improve a bit is the beginning, it's too rushed at the beginning and very linear, after that it very different and every part, if the story and decisions you make, even small ones have consequences, hell even what you respond to certain NPCs(google how to get the best melee weapon in cp2077, you'll see what I'm telling you, hint: Sir John Phallustiff). The voice acting is top-notch, my only complaint is animation bugs here and there on the facial animations(probably because of Jali which is technology in development), without giving any spoilers, the story is something you have to think carefully I noticed after save-scumming to see all different results, not only decisions, actions during gameplay are equally as important, like deciding to go lethal or non-lethal vs a boss character, or sneaking vs guns-blazing, all have consequences and I loved the wide range of results.

Customization, well people were getting an overly inflated idea of the level of customization in the game, there is a lot mind you, but for example, character customization is not exactly that big, guns have some attachments and mods you can put, but it is not COD which is dedicated to guns and guns only, Cyberpunk is a simple system, Crafting is very simple but a very useful tool too, and cars can't be customized sadly, although there's a lot of cars you can have. Remember this is an Action/RPG, not a survival crafting game go play Minecraft if you want variety, although I do agree the Witcher had a better system in this regard.

I would rate the game in its current state from my perspective an 8.5 out of 10, the reason I give it 10 here is to balance the bunch of idiots writing 0 with no substance or just for the trolls

Buggy, a little laggy, but literally playable on my 3 years old mid-range PC. Sad to see low quality and performance on old consoles, hope they'll get a patch soon.

Game is great. Didn't even get to 4th or 5th main quest mission. I like this setting, so I just driving around and do some side stuff.

Where do I start? I will preface by saying that the Witcher 3 is my favorite video game of all time, so I might be a little biased to CDRP. When I am playing a game, the question I always ask myself: am I having fun? And the answer to Cyberpunk 2077 is a resounding yes. The first few hours are a slow-burn, but once you get past this, you are presented with a game that is incredibly layered, complex, with what seems to be an entertaining story (at least it is 10 or so hours in at this point). Good graphics, characters, voice-acting, etc., everything you would expect from a CDPR game. What is not being talked about enough is the music. Music gets a 10/10. Normally I don't focus on the music too much in a game, but they nailed it here. I'm talking Hotline Miami quality music that really fits the Cyberpunk setting. That being said, the game is far from perfect.

The combat is okay. It can be a little chaotic with how detailed the game is, and many times with so much going on on the screen, I had no clue what was going on and the AI isn't great (although, the computer was able to flank me a handful of times).

Performance has also been a huge controversy surrounding the game. Playing on the PS4 Pro, I definitely have noticed some performance issues, but none have been game breaking. Sometimes while driving, the game will "glitch" for a few seconds to get caught up, the visual of a weapon will be missing from my hand, etc. However, for me, this was to be expected for this type of game, or really any massive open-world game. I would say the technical issues were about the same, maybe slightly worse for me, as Valhalla. They are present, but nothing game breaking. For these reasons alone, the game gets an 8 instead of a 10.

For everyone griping about the games performance on the base PS4 or Xbox One. What did you expect? This game was released right as next gens were, and any game this ambitious was going to push the current gen consoles. Anyone who expected this game to run smoothly on a base PS4 is being naive IMO, and I had even heard pre-release that this would probably be the case. We, as gamers, put CDPR in a no-win situation. We demanded a game that pushed the limits of gaming and what current gen consoles could handle. I am sure people would be upset if they dumbed the game down to work perfectly performance wise (wait, you're saying we waited 8 years for this?!?), they could have made it only for next gen consoles (people would have lost their minds over this), or they could have delayed again to patch it more. Considering that the devs already received death threats from the last delay, we as gamers made this decision for them.

I think we need to take a step back here and realize the impossible demands the gaming community has put on CDPR. Yes, they are partially to blame for making this ambitious of a game, but the demands the gaming community have put on them are unrealistic and unobtainable. There is never going to be a perfect game, but I think that was what was expected from Cyberpunk 2077. Again, if you thought a base PS4 or PS4 Slim would run this game smoothly, that was naive, imo.

The best metaphor for Cyberpunk 2077 is Johnny Silverhand himself. A messiah, a mix of Kurt Cobain and Che Guevara, a talented singer who loves to shape his own legend and has a charming personality but loses the struggle with his own demons. The same goes for the game. It tells a great story and forced me to ask myself difficult questions, but many of its gameplay mechanics do not evolve and its technical state upon release was abysmal. Cyberpunk’s true hero is not a person, but Night City – a vibrant, living creature of great diversity. The beauty of the metropolis is striking. [01/2021, p.22]

Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most disturbing and mind-blowing RPGs in history, where every decision has a deep impact on our trail. CD Projekt RED tosses us to the center of a city filled with disgusting delights where every character deserves our attention in an immersive experience and overall, very rewarding. From the sarcastic and shadowy tone imposed by the countless scenes in the game, to the flexibility we have on the choices to face every situation that is presented, Night City is truly memorable. It’s a shame that the countless bugs spoil or diminish the impact of some resounding moments, but we are without a question, in the presence of one of the best games in 2020.

Measured against the extreme expectations, Cyberpunk 2077 can't fulfill any of them. But all in all, despite the countless small weaknesses and inconsistences, with interesting characters, great story and dialogues or the freedom concerning gameplay, CD Projekt delivers a unique and great RPG that every fan of the genre needs to play.
